My stay at Arte Vida Boutique Guesthouse in Salzburg was wonderful! I stayed in the loft apartment, which had a cozy, welcoming vibe with charming decor that really made it feel like a home away from home. The apartment was super clean, and the bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed. The view from the loft was stunning, making the experience even better. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of Salzburg’s top sights, yet quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring. It was also nice to have tourist pamphlets provided—they offered great ideas and tips for local attractions. A couple of minor notes: the loft is a 3-story walk-up, which wasn’t an issue for me but could be challenging for some. Additionally, a power strip in the living room would be helpful for charging multiple devices, especially with the twin bed setup there. The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating, adding a personal touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Arte Vida Boutique Guesthouse is a gem for anyone looking for a warm, stylish, and perfectly located spot in Salzburg!

Great apartment set up, perfectly located 5 m from restaurants yet quiet. strange but true. It's only a few apartments, reception is on limited hours, but the apartments have all the necessary facilities, very spacious bedroom ie very large, and the location could not be faulted for walking to anything

Recently stayed here with my daughters and we were delighted with our choice . We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived in the early hours and taken care of from that moment. The house was beautiful, spotless , quirky and very well positioned for everything we wanted . It was very well equipped and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

We are a family of 5 and stayed for 3 nights in July. We stayed in the loft apartment which was very spacious and perfect for our needs. There was a sleeping area for the three kids off the kitchen area and a separate large bedroom and bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. It was bright and airy and plenty of windows for ventilation. There are fans provided which were helpful as it was quite hot. The location is excellent, very central and we walked to the Fortress and around the city. We never needed to take public transport. The train station is a 15 minute walk only. Herbert was a lovely host and was very helpful. There was a book with really good information on attractions and restaurants left in the room. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. We self catered so did not eat breakfast downstairs. We did sit in the lovely back garden which had comfy chairs and a Morrocan Style tent. The decor is lovely throughout the building. A really enjoyable few days in a lovely city. Thanks to Herbert our host.

Great place to stay. Centrally located to all the major attractions and near cafes, restaurants and grocery store. We cooked in both nights. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The garden out back was beautiful to sit in with a glass of wine. Room got a bit warm in the loft but cooled off with open windows in the cooler evening air - I bet it could be much hotter in dead of summer.

Amazing place to stay. Very nice clean room and very kind host. It’s perfectly located in a quiet street. I’ll absolutely stay here again.

We are a family of 5 and stayed in the loft apartment for approx. 1 week. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm and equipped with everything we needed. The girls loved their sleeping area that has an amazing window with views to the fortress. We even watched the New Years Eve fireworks from the loft. The location is outstanding and the customer service provided by Herbert and Karoline was the best of our 5 week European vacation. They provided us with fantastic tips on where to go in Salzburg and nothing was too much trouble. We can't recommend this accommodation highly enough and we hope to return in the future. The communal area was also beautifully set up with food/drink available for a modest fee.

Wonderful, spacious studio right in the centre of the old city. Close to the beautiful Mirabell gardens and within a short walk of all attractions. Our apartment had everything we needed plus lovely high ceilings and the sound of church bells every morning. our hosts were incredibly helpful with tips and suggestions of where to go, bus stops and numbers etc.
