Arteastiq (Jewel Changi Airport)

Located at the top floor of changi airport Paris-like tea lounge, great ambience for catch up over a cup of tea. We ordered the high tea set, it was very worth the price as the food was delicately served and flavour was great. First up is the tea- the tea pot and bonus butter cookie is just adorable. The cold lychee tea is better than the hot lemongrass. The crepe with duck and truffle is delicious, lightly warm and buttery crepe paired with nicely truffled duck meat, yums ! Then the set— Nibbles by the shore The oyster was fresh and delicious, the soursop sorbet is amazing!! The meh- ones were the prawns and the bread with salmon cake. Otherwise all the seafood was very fresh and tasty. For its ambience and service, would definitely come back again. Would love to try their other menu!

Excellent place that my husband and I always want to return to whenever we visit Jewel. We love the food and tea here, especially the duck crêpe! The satay platter, squid ink pasta, and high tea set are all really lovely too. We usually go for their lychee or peach tea, which never disappoints. The service is good and welcoming. The only small downside is that the tables can feel a bit cramped, especially at the 2-seater tables where seating is quite close. That said, it’s still a very nice, relaxing place to dine. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely keep coming back!

The food was fantastic. I didn't expect it to be so good. Although the wait was 50 mins for the food to arrive, almost loss my patience. But when the food arrived, OMG, it was worth the wait. Satay platter was great, well seasoned with the right amount of spice. The baked rendang quinoa, mind blown! Had crab pasta, squid ink pasta too! They were all awesome. Due to the long wait the did his service recovery. Well done! Deservingly 5 stars for the awesome food.

Every time I come to jewel, I always come to enjoy here. The food is very nice, good atmosphere and clean. Cocktail has lots of options and I have tried lots of food and they all do not disappoint. Nice to enjoy here with friends and family. Is quiet at a nice level and the staff is nice. Chef cook very well :)

Had dinner here & tried a few of their modern dishes — Sambal Barramundi, Utah Fries, Har Cheong Squid & Cheese Tofu. Flavours were creative Also had fresh oysters, though they were served without the bottom muscle released from the shell. Another small downside: the dining table was quite small, so it felt a bit cramped once all the dishes arrived. Service was attentive & overall it was still a pleasant dining experience.

I have been a loyal customer of Arteastiq since I was a student and have always brought friends here over the years. This is the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience. I will avoid Arteastiq Jewel at all costs from now on! 1. The service is horrendous. When I arrived, I stood outside waiting because all the staff were using their phones, and no one acknowledged me. The store was empty, yet no one attended to us. Later, when I wanted to place my order, I pressed the service bell at least 10 times, but nobody came. There was a lady wearing a black T-shirt (not in uniform, so I’m not sure if she is a part-timer or not). Whenever she served food at our table, she just threw the plates down and walked away. 2. I ordered my steak rare, but as you can see in the picture, it was not rare at all. This photo was taken after I told them that I thought the steak was overcooked, and this was what they served me. Anyone who doesn’t eat steak can search on Google, a rare steak should not have any dark color inside. I have been going to Arteastiq for steak for over five years, and the Orchard outlet always makes it perfect. I’m not sure why they couldn’t do it here. 3. When I told the server the steak was overcooked the first time (yes, the lady in the black shirt again), I politely explained that I had ordered rare and that the steak seemed overcooked. She opened her eyes wide, stared at me, and shouted, “RARE?” Then she took the plate and left. Ten minutes later, she threw the new plate onto our table and walked away. 4. The new steak was still overcooked, as shown in the picture. However, since she looked very impatient and unwilling to serve us, we decided to give it a try. It was so terrible that I had to spit it out immediately. Not only was the meat dry, but it also tasted really bad, as if it had been left out in the air for a week. 5. The food was terrible, but I thought at least the lychee drink couldn’t go wrong, right? I was wrong. Not only did it taste like water, but there was also a sharp plastic spike in the lychee that almost went down my throat! Imagine if someone didn’t notice it and swallowed it. Anyway, I hope everyone sees this and avoids the Jewel outlet. All it does is bring down the name of Arteastiq.

The food was phenomenal. I really love the onion soup and the layer of torched cheese on top. The steak was juicy and cooked well, but it was a bit tough. And lastly, the bolognaise is creamy and had great flavour. I highly recommend this restraint and would come again.

I arrived in Singapore at 9.30pm and had a booking at Arteastiq for 10.30pm. They messaged me in advance to kindly remind me that last order was at 11pm, and even sent me the menu so I could decide early. Because of that, they were able to prepare everything in advance and still made it possible for us to celebrate my husband’s birthday properly, despite the late timing. Really thankful and appreciative of the thoughtful service and flexibility.
