This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant.
We ordered two steaks and one lobster pasta. After placing our order, we waited nearly 30 minutes before any food was served, and our actual eating time was no more than 15 minutes. What made the situation even more unacceptable was that a table next to us, which arrived later than we did, received their food much earlier than us.
After waiting for an unusually long time, we realised that the lobster pasta had not been served at all. When we asked the staff about it, we were told that the order was “missed by the system.” What shocked us was not just the mistake itself, but the response — there was no apology, and the staff member asked us, in a rather confrontational and unapologetic tone, whether we wanted to place the order again, as if the issue were somehow our responsibility.
By that point, we had already spent almost 50 minutes waiting, and our dining experience had been completely ruined, so we decided not to reorder. Shortly after, the staff returned and asked in a condescending manner if we wanted a complimentary ice cream. There was still no sincerity or accountability, only a dismissive attitude that felt more insulting than apologetic.
The food itself was average at best, but the service was shockingly poor and highly unprofessional. From missing an order, to failing to explain or apologise, and ultimately shifting responsibility onto the customer, this goes far beyond a simple mistake — it reflects a serious lack of basic service standards.
This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values decent service.
