It has a fabulous collection of vintage presses and letterpress types and many of the printing machines are still in use. The studio is also a gallery of sketches, posters, drawings among others and many book editions and printings are made in the studio workshop. One can buy handmade books, cards and other handmade and printed illustrations, created with various themes, colours and shapes. Pendant notre promenade aléatoire, nous sommes passés devant une vitrine, très simple. C'est le bric à brac d'illustrations, sérigraphies et petits objets qui a attiré mon attention. Après quelques hésitations, nous avons poussé la porte timidement. La jeune femme au fond de cet atelier rempli de souvenirs, recherches, "petites obessions" nous a fait signe qu'on était les bienvenus. Si vous aviez vu ça ! J'aurais pu rester des heures ici... C'est en fait l'atelier de typographie d'Inez et son mari. Ils y présentent leur travail et celui d'autres artistes, portugais et brésiliens, illustrateurs et sérigraphes. C'est un vrai cabinet de curiosités ! Nous nous sommes offert une chouette affiche et avons dicusté avec Inez qui parle très bien francais. Si vous passez par Lisbonne, allez y faire un tour !
