I booked for 4 nights from Dec15 to 19, 2023.
- I arrived at the hotel at 16:00 on Dec15 Friday. The hotel was locked and not staffed. The notice on the door said I should have received an email with a security code to retrieve my key from a box on the door to check myself in. But I did not receive such an email. I called the hotel and there was only an answering service. Fortunate another guest helped me to call and got hold of a staff, who provided the security code on the phone, which enabled me to check in.
- on Dec16, my dirty towels were not changed. I requested to have some clean towels, via the phone, again, since the front desk was not staffed, again. The staff on the phone promised to have the towels delivered within one hour. I waited from 18:00 to 22:00, nobody came. I called more than 5 times, nobody answers. It feels like staying in a ghost castle, there is neither staff nor guest (no wonder!) here.
