ARTHOTEL STALOWA 52

I stayed here for work and booked a room for two nights. Overall, it was okay, but nothing special especially for the price (close to €100 per night). The room was spacious but not quiet at all. I was woken up several times by noise from the hallway and the room next door. I flagged it to the staff, but they didn’t seem to care or do anything about it, which was disappointing. Breakfast had a very limited selection, and I also tried their dinner a Caesar salad which was dry, small, and not great at all. I wouldn’t recommend eating there. As a place just to sleep, it’s acceptable. The location isn’t ideal, but it’s decent.

I stayed at Arthotel Stalowa 52 as my Campervan needed a repair and was town to Warsaw. Even though it was an unplanned stay me and my 2 dogs enjoyed our stay. Nice and big room (2 dog blankets and 2 dog bowls were on the room), well equipped, mostly quiet, nice breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff, Good position to explore Warsaw, which I did by electric scooters that you can rent everywhere arround. Nice are also the displayed art paintings and the music that plays in the lobby and the restaurant - nice athmophere! Would definetely stay there again! Advice: As I needed to work from my room I had some issues with the hotel Wifi during Video conferences - the connection sometimes interrupted and the transmission quality could be improved. Luckily I had my own mobile Wifi with me so not a problem for me. But as a business hotel this could be improved for other customers maybe.

A very reasonable hotel choice while in Warsaw. While the area might seem a bit questionable at first, the hotel itself is nice and cozy. I was genuinely surprised by the breakfast buffet selection — even wines and champagne were available.

One 23sq meter room to myself (Green Peace) I think. I could use a larger desk for doing work, but otherwise the room is great. Inviting decor, pillows that aren't too soft, large TV. It wasn't noisy either. I did not have time to try the restaurant below.

The food in this hotels resturant is out of this world, 100000000/10 |Perfectly cooked shrimps and medium rare steaks plus amazing cheescake desert. I will recommend this place to the whole world. |Room was very nice and stuff were super friendly. |Wish i can give u guys more than excellent review 👍👍👍👍👍

The room and breakfast were good but unfortunately I had a bad experience overall. 1 - the hotel was hosting a wedding which was loud and audible in my room. I asked at midnight when it would end and they said 3am and there was nothing they could do about the noise keeping me awake. I booked 10 months in advance and I think I should have been warned during that time in advance or allocated a room that wasn’t right above the restaurant to begin with. 2 - at 1am, a receptionist came through my locked door with a master key while I was undressed and in bed. This was a serious breach of my privacy and security and I was disturbed and unable to sleep after that. There is no other lock or bolt on the door so I felt unsafe. They should have, at the very least, knocked first before entering straight in. 3 - when I checked in, a receptionist told me I paid for two guests which I thought was an error, but they confirmed and said that two guests would be covered for breakfast. I invited my friend to join me for breakfast the next day, and the staff told me the receptionist made a mistake. They decided not to charge me but they treated me like I tried to sneak someone in which was unfair. They offered me a bottle of wine to apologise when I checked out. I don’t drink and couldn’t take it on the plane anyway but I appreciated the apology. Mistakes happen and I’m sure others will have better experiences at this hotel, but I think all of these issues could have been solved by better practice as I’ve suggested above.

Nice and quite hotel. The rooms are clean, beautiful and comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful. They serve tasty breakfasts at a lovely patio. Guarded parking just over the street. I was there on a business trip and definitely will come back there next time
