The food in this hotels resturant is out of this world, 100000000/10 |Perfectly cooked shrimps and medium rare steaks plus amazing cheescake desert. I will recommend this place to the whole world. |Room was very nice and stuff were super friendly. |Wish i can give u guys more than excellent review 👍👍👍👍👍

The room and breakfast were good but unfortunately I had a bad experience overall. 1 - the hotel was hosting a wedding which was loud and audible in my room. I asked at midnight when it would end and they said 3am and there was nothing they could do about the noise keeping me awake. I booked 10 months in advance and I think I should have been warned during that time in advance or allocated a room that wasn’t right above the restaurant to begin with. 2 - at 1am, a receptionist came through my locked door with a master key while I was undressed and in bed. This was a serious breach of my privacy and security and I was disturbed and unable to sleep after that. There is no other lock or bolt on the door so I felt unsafe. They should have, at the very least, knocked first before entering straight in. 3 - when I checked in, a receptionist told me I paid for two guests which I thought was an error, but they confirmed and said that two guests would be covered for breakfast. I invited my friend to join me for breakfast the next day, and the staff told me the receptionist made a mistake. They decided not to charge me but they treated me like I tried to sneak someone in which was unfair. They offered me a bottle of wine to apologise when I checked out. I don’t drink and couldn’t take it on the plane anyway but I appreciated the apology. Mistakes happen and I’m sure others will have better experiences at this hotel, but I think all of these issues could have been solved by better practice as I’ve suggested above.

Nice and quite hotel. The rooms are clean, beautiful and comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful. They serve tasty breakfasts at a lovely patio. Guarded parking just over the street. I was there on a business trip and definitely will come back there next time

ART-mazing concept hotel. Very nice rooms with big king-size beds. I was pretty positive, convinced about the whole style.. Definitely one of the best 3-star hotels I visited.

We would like to warn people about this hotel. On the day of departure, we were robbed at breakfast. Most of the cash was taken from the wallets of the residents of the two rooms. The arrogant behavior of the receptionist was particularly infuriating. It seemed that it is our own fault that they have robbed us. We called the police, but nothing was found. I think several employees were involved in the theft, some were watching us in the restaurant while we had breakfast, others were robbing in our rooms at the time. I hope this message will reach the necessary people and relevant authorities.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, maybe one of the best ones I’ve been to when it comes to value for money. First off it smells amazing, and apparently they have a special scent made only for them. The rooms are huge and decorated in a way that feels welcoming and at home. The restaurant has good food and you get a free wine coupon and 10% discount upon check in. Location is good, close to both metro and tram to accès the old city/ city center within 20 minutes with public transport. The old city being even closer. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the bathroom even has glaring body wash and shampoo, never ever seen that before !! I even extended my stay by one extra night because I enjoyed the stay so much. Would definitely recommend !

I had a great experience at this hotel. In particular, Barbara was amazing. She patiently gave me great tips for exploring Warsaw and was just an excellent person to represent the hotel. I stayed in the Golden Gate room. WOW. Totally my vibe. Industrial, spacious, top floor and comfortable. No question, I will stay at Stalowa 52 exclusively whenever I return.

One of my favorite places to have ever stayed. Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere. The staff was amazing. If you want a luxurious and creatively elegant experience in Warsaw - this is your space! Location is also amazing!
