Arthur is a lovely hotel in a central location, but what really sets it apart is its staff, particularly Mor and Mahmood. Unbelievably kind and helpful, they went WAY BEYOND what one would reasonably expect. Because of them, I would not think about staying anywhere else when I'm in Jerusalem.

We spent the weekend there with a group of close friends to celebrate a special birthday. We didn't really have any expectations since the main purpose was to spend time together ... what an AMAZING suprise!!! This hotel was so comfortable, the rooms so luxurious and the staff so friendly and pleasant! (and breakfast was simply perfect! instead of a million different things, a smaller selection of the finer things, all done so well - they also had a "happy hour" on Friday afternoon with great refreshments (pizza, soup, stuffed grape leaves) which was a real treat!. The location (within walking distance of the Old City and all the amazing sites) is perfect (we stay there on the weekend during the week it may be noisy from the pedestrian walkway below but that's the trade off for being right in the center of all the action!). There aren't any real facilities, its more of a base to sleep while enjoying the surroundings, but in that category it is simply perfect+ thank you Arthur Hotel!!!

Took hubby, son and girlfriend for a weekend downtown . Although it was very cold outside, the hotel was warm, cosy and welcoming. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. We had one terrace room and one balcony room. Very comfortable beds, nice toiletries, hot water, decent cupboard space , nice view and quiet on weekends (see below). Good breakfast. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond . |So why not five stars? I wish I could give 4 and a half: the hotel does not look spruced up, from the entrance door which could do with a good lick of paint to the grouting in the bathroom; no teaspoons - how is somebody meant to eat a yoghourt - with a table spoon or those annoying wooden sticks? And no proper coffee machine in the breakfast room (also on Sunday, not just on Shabbat). Small things but I felt the lack of them. |Beware - there are significant building works in the adjacent building which is being teared down apart from the facade . The noise starts at eight am weekdays. I would suggest enquire before booking. |It was a nice weekend all in all.

This is an excellent boutique hotel. Very well located. We walked everywhere or took the tram. Staff were very gracious and glad to see us! Room was adequate, clean and suited our needs. Breakfast and happy hour were fine. We would stay there again.

Arthur hotel in Jerusalem is part of Atlas hotel group, Last year we stayed at the Harmony hotel also belonging to the Atlas group in Jerusalem and we have had a fabulous stay. This year we decided to stay at the Arthur hotel. We fell in love from the first moment. The check in was very easy and the reception was kind. The hotel is cozy and clean. Very comfortable and has a perfect location. The crew was service oriented and tried to fulfill any of our wishes. Breakfast was excellent. We also used the parking arrangements of the hotel which worked perfectly for us. One can tell that the place is managed professionally with lots of care and love to the guest as well as to the employees. We will definitely come again also with friends. Very good value for money.

Hotel is a small boutique hotel in the central part of Jerusalem just off of Jaffe street. Very convenient location. Staff very friendly. Room with a view was a construction site. Breakfast was plentiful and very good selection. We were there Oct. 7. The staff ushered us to the bomb shelter located within the building several times. They were helpful, informed and assisted in any way to guide patrons through this ordeal.

I was here in early Jan/Feb of 2017. It’s still WORTH writing a great review because I STILL recall how much I enjoyed the memories of staying here! A great choice. It was a beautiful hotel. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was good. It’s location was perfect as we were able to be in the heart of the area with easy access for walking to plenty around the area.
