Arthur River Sunset Holiday Villas

Perfect location for escape from everything. The Edge of the World plaque was amazing.

This was our second time staying at Sunset Holiday Villas. We opted for the other cabin this time and weren't disappointed. Lovely layout, warm and comfortable. Coffee and tea provided. Well equipped kitchen which we used to prepare food. Comfortable bed, nice decor and well-located. We love staying in Arthur River due to its proximity to such amazing beaches!

Very comfortable, spacious and well set up accommodation. Overlooks the Arthur River with a good position for observing birds on the river edge, and great views out to the ocean. Stayed 3 nights, would have loved to stay longer, very relaxing, we will return.

No dramas with price or payment. Clean, warm and you can check the surf from the kitchen. Self contained with washing machine. Edit: I've upgraded to 5 stars in hindsight, as they got us in last minute!

NOT RECOMMENDED. The units were advertised on Airbnb for a total of $136 a night each so I did a booking for one night, through Airbnb, only to, a few hours later, receive a message from Airbnb saying the booking had been declined. I then received a short message from the owner telling me to book through their own website - no explanation given. On checking availability and price on the Sunset Holiday Villas' website I found that the room I had wanted to book with Airbnb was available at a higher price!!! The question in my mind was "if the room was available and could be booked on the owner's website why could it not be booked on the Airbnb website?". I then sent the owner a fairly terse message through Airbnb advising as I had already gone through the booking process with Airbnb that I did not want to go through it again on the owner's website. I then booked a room at another property. Subsequently the owner sent me a message advising that they were having problems with Airbnb and were trying to leave Airbnb. In my view that is the owner's problem and they should have accepted my booking and left me out of their Airbnb problems. As I said earlier I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

Really helpful owners who make booking easy. Great views, comfortable accommodation with nice furnishings. Really reasonably priced, would stay any time.

Excellent accommodation spotless in every way roomy top location highly recommend it could not fault it and would return in a flash.

Quite but very cold and windy. Cruise was lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff.
