Perfect for a cozy romantic date or a lazy Sunday brunch! The food was lip smacking good and the menu offers really great flavor combinations, cooked just right with really friendly service. Definitely recommend for the warm and hygienic vibes.

Arthur's theme has warm and inviting ambiance, the service is attentive and friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Would love to go there again.

Had a fantastic time with family! The food and service were excellent. Tried four different types of meat, each with its own distinct flavor. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore European cuisine.

My husband and I dined at Arthur’s Theme (KP outlet) last night after making a prior reservation via District. We had opted for an offer that included a 10% discount on the final bill along with 2 complimentary alcoholic beverages. To our disappointment, the restaurant refused to honor the beverage offer, claiming it had been discontinued and blaming Zomato for the confusion. What followed was a frustrating and time-consuming back-and-forth with both Zomato Customer Support and the restaurant staff. Instead of enjoying a relaxed evening, we ended up spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue that clearly stemmed from an internal miscommunication between the restaurant and Zomato. At the restaurant, we were met by Navtej, who we believe is the owner. Unfortunately, rather than offering any resolution, he flatly denied the offer and continued to shift the blame to Zomato without taking any responsibility. As people who dine out regularly, we were truly taken aback by the lack of accountability and basic customer courtesy. While the food was decent (deducted one star as it was a bit heavy on garlic for our taste), this unpleasant experience left a bitter aftertaste — not from the meal, but from the way the situation was handled. Sadly, what was meant to be a pleasant evening turned into a stressful ordeal.

A nice place to dine with friends and family. The ambience gives warm old rustic vibes and is the best place if you want to sit and talk with people without loud music as compared to other restaurants in the area. There's sitting provision for a group of 2 to even 12 people. The food was pretty good - both in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and had great variety. The service was prompt.

Positives - The salmon bruschetta was perfectly balanced in taste and flavour, the done-ness of vegetables in my Main was spot on and they weren't over salted (some prefer less salt like me & crunchy yet cooked through) The doneness of the duck main was as listed in the menu - medium rare. The pepper sauce for the steak main was good. -Valet Parking parked my car in a safe spot within sight Negatives - My order for a bottled drink was taken but I had to ask for it again after 15mins (***the restaurant was at less than 1/3rd occupancy at 9.30pm on a Sunday evening - in think it's reasonable to expect basic promptness and competency in service) - Duck main protein severely lacked seasoning - Steak main protein was a thick medalion of buff that required visible effort to cut(and so much more to chew - but I don't waste food) to cut with a relatively sharp steak knife, it was not just well done, it was well done and then squeezed for every last drop of meat juices inside before keeping under a heat lamp maybe. We(me and my friend) mentioned to the server prior to placing the order when he(server) himself brought up the done-ness levels question and my friend said "Medium Rare please, beech main pink bhi raha toh theek hai, its is perfectly fine for both of us" and yet 🤯... -They didn't have the dessert we wanted. on a Sunday you run out??? Okay so maybe lead with what items in the menu aren't available at the start of service? Idk or take them off the menu? Put a sticker saying Unavailable on the item name? -Tables are seated WAY too close for it to be called fine dining - sorry but if I have to whisper to my friend so we don't disturb the table next to us and I find it a bit inconvenient and I'm certain the table next to us did aswell cause we could hear all their conversation - maybe increase the music volume just a bit so it doesn't feel eeirly awkward to speak at the table we're seated at. I felt outright uncomfortable from the get go. Like someone died and we were at a funeral. Not kidding, it's the worst I've felt walking into a restaurant. Worst. I didn't make a fuss there because I didn't want to ruin it for other diners or my friend and since it was his treat aswell. I would have politely and in sufficient detail given the chef/owner/server the best constructive feedback IF ANYONE CARED TO ASK! No one did. Not even once. Not even after the bill was paid and we wished them thanks and goodnight 🤷 Why should I come here again? To me it appears you'll don't give two hoots about how good or how bad your service and food was. Just assumed all copacetic? As someone who's worked both front and back of the house and has a limited sense of the craft of cooking and hospitality I don't at all think I'm being unreasonable by expecting basic service for the prices you charge, maybe even charge more if you can guarantee basic good service but drop your prices and the fine-dine label if you can't do so. Writing a review only because I think this will reach someone who cares about Arthurs Theme enough to keep a close eye on what's going on with their baby and fix what's not working, or who's not working. Cause I know what it takes and how tough the industry is but I also know that you can only cheat a customer once. Hope you act on this

Happy New Year to all!! To celebrate my New Year, I dined at this restaurant. The service was very quick since I reached the restaurant after 3.30 pm. 😁, so obviously it's post lunch time. I ordered a mocktail which had a very refreshing pineapple flavour. For the main course I ordered Spaghetti, the name of the dish was, "Nicole" and for my dessert I had Tiramisu. The service was very quick and even the staff were professional. I loved the texture of the white sauce, the salt was slightly less, I had to add it. The Tiramisu, oh I just loved the part when you bite into the sponge cake and it is so well soaked with the coffee liqueur. I just loved it!! The mocktail towards the end didn't have any flavour, so I didn't have it. Overall a very good experience for my New Year. Plus, there was a cute stray cat meowing at other customers. Loved it.
