Very bad service, bathrooms are very small, I got 2 rooms in both rooms air conditioning very slow I asked the manager he said we don’t have any solution I asked refund so I can go elsewhere he refused to refund. In the breakfast more then 3 dishes finished and no refills while the staff watching it’s finished, horrible experience, stay away from this hotel

Right first off all just want to say the worst hotel right WiFi does not work ac does not work we asked for a room change rights asks us for extra money bathroom seat broken sink broken theu pit water not cold breakfast taste like sick we got two cups of milk when leaving asked us for extra money room :401

The staff doesn’t respect me and after that he tok about specifically national as they take all the hotel they stay ,…etc , I would mention this national stayed in there money Secondly the room so dusty I dont know how much it was worth but so much no clean no good staff and nothing Thirdly I saw the price less than in the system when I came to hotel he just said okay this my price and if you don’t like it go , whattt I am paying to have good service not disrespect and then he told me that you can take form the system !!!!! I can’t believe that if there is less than one star I give it to this hotel And they now tried to explain the situation to make the tourism come to them but when I came they spoke the tourism took all the rooms in all the hotels the staff and the same customers and the staff know that I am a student and know Turkish but they content to speak about the tourism and they try to make me feel that I am lying but I show them then he said yes we have this without breakfast I said okay I don't wanna breakfast them he said okay take it online!!!! I came to you and said It is okay we have it and then took it online what kind of staff are you, btw This is the worth hotel in the Bursa, and the rooms are. The worth and so bad unclean, if you wanna truth you will know from my comment because I will not lose for something trivial.

The hotel is so bad. I don't recommend it. Below is a description of my resone . The employee who is in the reception is racism according to arab people. The rooms are dirty, and the service is bad. They don't deserve any star.

Beyond 5-star! Superb location and view (corner room). Few steps away from tourist attractions, Ulu Camii, Koza Han, and many more! Room was sparkling clean even furnishing a bit old.

The location is amazing and the view, from the fifth floor up, is breath taking only if it is of Masjid Cami and the bazaar/old city. I personally enjoyed walking around the hotel; it's convenient enough. Rooms are a bit old and and are worth a makeover: old heaters, leaky washrooms and shabby closets… Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was awesome! But just for that view, I would stay there again, no problem.

During my accommodation of this hotel I had a lot of troubles, which I changed 6 rooms until I picked up some decent room, the reasoning for that as followings: Each room had a specific problem, such as the internet, fridge and air conditioning ware not functioning. In addition, what surprised me that you are not able to communicate with the employees that provideing services in the hotel. The communication was like speaking with deaf people, which was something very annoying. Ultimately, this hotel not deserved even one star.

I stayed 1 night here as part of an organized tour. The bed was comfortable but the room was uncomfortably hot, there was no way to turn off the heat and there was no air conditioning. I had no sleep that night. There was a free buffet style breakfast. The hotel is across the street from the Ulu Cami mosque and covered Bazaar. There are restaurants nearby.

Service was friendly. Breakfast looked kind of gross. I could not, for the life of me, sleep here. The ac was broken and the room was hot and humid all night. The bathroom is tiny and the water smelled of garlicy sulphur. If you want to shower, plan on not being able to move because there is no room. Theres also a huge soap dispenser IN the shower, that limits space too. Also, this area is SUPER loud at night. There were riots or parades or some sort of thing going on into the early hours of the morning.
