⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I travel a lot, and this is honestly one of my top 3 hotel experiences. ARTIEM Madrid exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The room was quiet and spacious, with an excellent bed and high-quality amenities. The breakfast is outstanding with plenty of fresh options, and the 24/7 snacks and drinks area is a BRILLIANT CONCEPT — such a thoughtful touch after a long day out. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and attentive. A special shoutout to the general manager — even without meeting him or her personally, the quality of the management clearly shows through the team, the organization, and the overall experience. And a special mention to Carlos at the reception — outstanding. Welcoming, attentive, natural, and incredibly professional. He reflects perfectly the spirit of the hotel. Just a small suggestion: having slippers available in the room would add an extra layer of comfort. Overall, exceptional value for money. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Hotel Artiem Madrid. The rooms are spotless, spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. However, the reception staff was the real highlight—polite and extremely helpful.|After a long trip from Tokyo, we arrived in the morning well before check-in time. To our relief, our room was already ready and available without us even having to ask. Since our return flight was at night, they also graciously granted us a late check-out, which made a huge difference.|The breakfast is incredible and very complete. There is a wide variety of fresh breads, a healthy food station, juices, and eggs and omelets made to order. I highly recommend this hotel!

I have to say that we had an amazing stay !! Hotel was very nice and quiet and i liked how it was eco-based all around. Friendliness of the staff was also very high. Room was comfortable and cozy, with nice street view and i even got a welcome card which i never got in any accomodation. Hotel has a nice locatiom not far from metro or bus station. Also, big thanks to Carlos from the reception desk, he was very friendly and very helpful during our stay. We will definitely come back one day to have experience again. Thank you ARTIEM Madrid.

Superb service at this hotel, 24/7 mini bar with snacks drinks and alcohol available for free. They also tried to add a personal touch by having personalised greeting cards in the room. Room was spacious and clean, water in shower was good. Overall happy with the stay, only downside was the location. Takes abt 50-60min by public transport to reach city centre and tourist attractions.

Very nice hotel! The location is great, not near center but manageable—just 20m from a bus station, with several other lines within a 3–10 minute walk and Metro Line 7 about 10 minutes away. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi (€20–25) or 35–45 minutes by bus. ​The breakfast is really good and definitely worth the price. A huge plus is the hotel bar/lounge with food and drinks included in the stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable beds; housekeeping checks in daily to ensure you have everything you need. There is also a small gym. Overall, a 10/10 stay for the price!"

I loved my stay at the Arteim Madrid! As a regular traveller I like to be as fair and balanced as possible but I must say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed for price to quality ratio. On arrival I was greeted by the friendly check in staff and it was all very quick as I had done the process online beforehand. I had a deluxe room which was big and generally very quiet even though it was at the front towards the road. I could occasionally hear children's footsteps above and other guests until quite late at night but compared to many Spanish accomodation it was quiet. The breakfast choice and quality was very good although a better choice for hot options and especially for vegetarians would have been welcome. The Green Room was fantastic and offering free drinks and snacks 24/7 was amazing! The hotel is quite far way from the centre but I am a keen walker and still managed to do it all on foot although bus and metro options exist. On arrival I took the 200 bus from the airport to a nearby bus stop at a cost of 5 Euros payable on the bus. On the return I got a direct Uber to T1 and it was only 9.5 Euros. Overall what a great place and thanks to all the lovely staff.

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The hotel is very well equipped, with a decent gym, a (mostly)free grab and go cafe with free decent coffee and free snacks. Rooms are large for the price (I stayed in the cheapest smallest one too). The bed was very comfy, as was the easy chair. Evident measures to improve environmental impact which was impressive. Hot drinks station in room and small fridge, good WiFi and large TV. I could have stayed longer I git so comfortable. Only a short trip on the metro into the centre... And I even had a nice walk to Retiro park one day...

Was pleasantly surprised with the standard of service at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They also offer a complimentary snack bar which was a great touch. Could do with some better soundproofing in the rooms but apart from that the hotel is great. Would definitely come back.
