ARTIEM Madrid

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The hotel is very well equipped, with a decent gym, a (mostly)free grab and go cafe with free decent coffee and free snacks. Rooms are large for the price (I stayed in the cheapest smallest one too). The bed was very comfy, as was the easy chair. Evident measures to improve environmental impact which was impressive. Hot drinks station in room and small fridge, good WiFi and large TV. I could have stayed longer I git so comfortable. Only a short trip on the metro into the centre... And I even had a nice walk to Retiro park one day...

We highly recommend this hotel as it is well located and so beautiful. The Green is a huge plus: comming back in the evening and be able to get some snacks and drinks was really nice. Have to mention Staff, who are absolutely amazing, polite and so helpful. We came to Real Madrid match, stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. Our boy got Real Madrid scarf from staff, which was another small thing but so thoughtful. Thank you team. We wish you all the best in the future and hopefully we will be back soon.

Was pleasantly surprised with the standard of service at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They also offer a complimentary snack bar which was a great touch. Could do with some better soundproofing in the rooms but apart from that the hotel is great. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at the Artiem Madrid, a modern and quiet hotel located just outside the M30 ring road for a couple of days. Bus line 21, which runs frequently, takes you to the city centre in about 35 - 45 minutes. The staff gave us a very friendly welcome, and the elevator was fast and convenient.|We had requested a room on an upper floor, and this wish was heeded. Our room was spacious, though the view was not particularly attractive. The beds were two single beds pushed together. The bathroom was quite large, a little improvement might be a grab bar in the shower, but basically everything worked perfectly: air conditioning, fridge, kettle, safe, TV including international channels and Wi-Fi.|Breakfast was excellent, with hot dishes available on request. A special feature of this hotel is that in the breakfast area snacks and drinks are offered throughout the day and evening, most of which are included in the room rate (e.g. pudding, sandwiches, soft drinks, wine, coffee).|We had a very pleasant stay at the Artiem Madrid and highly recommend this hotel.

This is a relaxing, comfortable and clean hotel with great service. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. Complimentary drinks and snacks so you are made to feel very welcome. The location is in a quiet suburb but there are a few bars and restaurants in the local area. It is well served by bus and metro.

The rooms were big and very comfortable. The Green Corner with free drinks and food made all the difference to our trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with 20 min metro journey into the city centre. I would highly recommend.

This place is for people that don’t care about point collecting in the big hotel chains. I arrived at 1 am and needed a drink. They surprised me by offering a free choice of local beers, wine and Softdrinks and Spanish snacks like Tortilla, Fresh made guacamole and much more after the restaurant is closed. Thats so awesome and I will be back next time in Madrid!

We stayed at Artiem Madrid for 3 nights last week. It's a very nice hotel. The bed was comfortable, with 3 types of pillows, the bathroom was quite nice with a great shower. There were free snacks available as well.The staff were really great, went out of their way to be helpful. I thought at first that I wouldn't like the location, since it's quite a ways from the center of Madrid, but there's a metro station only 8 minutes away. Additionally the neighborhood is quiet- there are apartment homes, parks, small restaurants (with great food!), a small grocery, plus a local church where we attended Mass. We would definitely stay here again!
