A big NO for this hotel!!!||We had a flight cancellation just five hours before our planned trip, and we reached out to the hotel hoping for a reimbursement or at least some partial refund. Unfortunately, the staff refused, claiming they were fully booked due to two trade events.|What’s frustrating is that the room could have easily been reallocated, yet they chose not to accommodate us or refund our money!|We understand there is a non-refundable rule after a certain time, but in cases like a last-minute flight cancellation (completely out of our control!!!!!), there should be exceptions. Everything else we had reserved for this trip was refunded without issue, but the hotel refused even a partial refund and chose to keep the money and have an empty room for 5 days!! We were excited to stay here and would have happily booked again in the future if they had shown some flexibility and courtesy.|I know you won't, but you should be ashamed!!!!
