Overall, my experience at this restaurant was quite mixed.
Positives:
The interior was cozy and nicely decorated.
Our food arrived quickly.
The dishes were flavorful and well-presented.
Negatives:
From the very beginning, my family and I felt unwelcome due to the waitress's attitude.
She asked multiple times who ordered each dish (I was translating for my parents), but when the food arrived, it was placed randomly on the table without regard to who ordered what. Normally, that wouldn’t be an issue, but given how particular she was earlier, I expected better coordination.
The waitress was confident she could remember everything without writing it down, yet only 2 out of the 4 drinks we ordered were initially brought out. I had to remind them again, and even then, only one more drink arrived. It took three reminders to get all our drinks.
We also asked for boiling water for my daughter’s food, but I had to remind them four times before it was finally brought—even though the restaurant was half empty when we arrived, which made the delay even more surprising.
To top it off, they served us still water without asking and charged €4 for it. I understand that in Cyprus you often have to ask for water, but charging for something we didn’t request feels wrong.
In summary, while the food and ambiance were decent, there were several small but frustrating issues—especially regarding service. When you're paying above-average prices for a meal, you naturally expect a better experience than what neighboring restaurants offer. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
