Google
I love this coffee shop! They are so kind and welcoming. They even remembered me after only going one time making the visit personable which can be rare in a city like NY. I was craving a honey lavender latte and they make the best one I have found in the city. The coffee is so smooth and the flavor is perfect. I eye the pastries every time because they also look so good!

Heard about this through a tik tok comment and had to try it out for myself. They have a variety of lattes and teas. Especially loved that the coffee beans were from El Salvador. I got the strawberry choco latte and my girlfriend got the lavender latter. Both were really good. Also loved the ceramics they sold here. It felt like a slice of home here. Will definitely be back and bring my family here.

Google
Their cold brew is smooth as silk, no bitter aftertaste. Baristas remember my usual order (iced latte with oat milk) and start making it when I walk in. Cozy nook by the window is perfect for getting work done, and their avocado toast is always fresh.

Google
Amazing coffee, been buying the beans here for my partner and have also gifted a few bags to family. Everyone loves it. The folks behind the counter are also so friendly, it’s always great to see them. I always recommend this spot to anyone in the area!

Google
A simple and warm cafe with good service and coffee. The staff was welcoming and as the name suggests the coffee was fresh. The interior is good for brief work or friendly chats. I would recommend the mocha and flat white along with their lemon glaze cake.

Really great cafe. Great service, tasty chai, matcha, and the coffee itself is very good too. Small but seating is comfortable. A great place to spend an afternoon.

Google
I am obsessed with this place. Their iced chai latte is AMAZING. Their muffins are also very good, especially the lemon poppyseed. They play nice music and there are a lot of places to sit for such a small space. Our barista was super kind and helpful! And there are outlets available so I was able to do some work on my computer.

Google
Visited twice. Small, cheerful space with half a dozen places to sit. Excellent cappuccino. Small selection of baked goods and cold drinks. In addition to the cafe, they sell a small selection of woven bags and baskets.

Yelp
Really great little coffee spot. I had their passion fruit lemonade and it was really good! A great balance of lemon tartness with the sweetness brought in by the passion fruit. Service was really quick and friendly. The cafe also has lots of seating which was surprising for being so small. Definitely worth a stop by!

Yelp
I hate the dog days of summer. I didn't always hate summer. I still love what summer brings, more chances to be outside, backyard BBQs, being with people I like (heck, even the ones I don't are fine too), and exploring the city. With the increasing warming climate in the northeast, the sun usually beats me down pretty good by midday. As I get older, I need a Caffeine IV drip in the afternoons to keep me going. That's where The Artisan's Expresso Rose Latte did the trick. This was a smooth latte, not bitter and not too sweet. The perfect punch for the concrete jungle explorer. Yeah, with Artisan in the name, it's a little pricey but I'd rather have a sip of this smooth jolt than a sugar bomb down the street at that Star-something,... The ambiance is inviting with AC inside and street side seating if you want to feel the summer breeze.

Yelp
A charming local, artisanal cafe in the UWS. They have a few small tables and stools/benches, where people are often chatting or doing work. There are also handmade goods displayed for sale along the wall. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are always friendly. As a non-coffee person, I almost always opt for the White Chocolate Strawberry Matcha (with less sweetener) with oat milk - hot or iced are both good options. Their baguettes are also quite tasty, with my favorite being the tomato, pesto, mozzarella sandwich. Definitely recommend giving this neighborhood staple a try if you're in the area!

Yelp
This is a very cute, but small artisan café, where all the coffee is from El Salvador. They have cushion seats inside and outlets to charge your devices. A nice spot to get some writing done. They also sell a small amount of leather and wicker bags. I tried the mini vanilla chocolate muffin and it was rich just the right amount if you need a little pick me up. I always get an iced Americano with a pump of chocolate and they had the dark chocolate in the coffee was great! I would definitely recommend this place. It's very comfy inside to meet a friend or do some work.

Yelp
Got the white chocolate strawberry matcha & it was good but not super great. The flavorings were syrups instead of the actual ingredient listed. However, the iced latte was really good so maybe go for the coffees there instead of the matchas.

Yelp
Very cute local cafe with friendly baristas. The seating is fairly comfortable, and it's a good spot to relax, work, or meet up with friends. I don't drink coffee, but I think the matcha latte is quite decent.

Yelp
Say No to Starbucks and SUPPORT LOCAL!!! Amazing quality, please give it a try. Delicious coffees, amazing pastries, THIS is what a croissant is supposed to taste like. Flaky and buttery goodness not a flat cold pancake. Also have amazing bags made from recycled materials support local artisans, handmade, unique, gorgeous and different. Think about getting certificates for the loved ones in your life, for all those people around that make your life easier, your doormen, teachers, caretakers, nannies, dry cleaners, even your favorite restaurants ,where ever you've created your community, appreciate it and reward it as much as possible this holiday season, even a $20 gift card would go a long way and the person getting a hot coffee, let's say, on a cold day will think of you warmly.

Yelp
Lovely cafe serving great coffee, pastries, and artisanal goods. Of all coffee shops in the area this is my favorite for its plentiful and diverse selection of signature/special lattes and refreshments. My favorites are the strawberry chocolate latte, white chocolate strawberry matcha, and baguette sandwiches! Nice ambiance and great place to sit and chat with company too.

Yelp
Amazing lattes. A little expensive not horrible. Was about $6.10 for a small whole milk latte. It kept me awake all day on 4 hours of sleep! Fast service. Good cafe HAS OUTLETS

Yelp
Ordered a hot chocolate on a cold rainy day. It was delicious and a good sized cup. Staff friendly, there are a lot of other health alternatives such as sandwiches and veggies juices. It was cute decor with clothing pieces on display and for sale. Love to come back!

Yelp
Great little spot with comfy chairs and authentic coffee - a neighborhood favorite! Service is always top-notch, friendly and efficient. Busy on weekday mornings.

Yelp
Great coffee. I know it's weird but i'm withholding a star because I really wish they'd change their lighting to a warmer 2700K instead of the white lightbulbs. :)

Yelp
Really delicious coffee. I would recommend getting the cappuccino. There's no way and everything is really delicious.

Yelp
Too charming for the block it's on. Coffee is good, the people are nice, chill vibe. The El Salvador origins seem legit.

Yelp
Artisan is a welcome new addition to the UWS. It's easy to walk right past the small shop and miss it (like I almost did), but you'll be glad you stopped in. The owners are from El Salvador, and their coffee is grown and roasted on coffee plantations in El Salvador and imported. Each time I've visited, the owners have been kind and attentive. They clearly care about the quality of their coffee. Each drink is made with careful attention to detail. I've really enjoyed their hot and cold espresso-based drinks (cappuccinos and lattes), and I'm looking forward to trying their drip coffee soon! They also sell beans here, which I want to buy and try at home soon. In addition to coffee, they have pastries and some handmade goods for sale inside. The shop is small with minimal seating, but definitely a great spot to stop by.

Yelp
Wow, everything is good about this place -- coffee, pastries and service is top notch!! Highly recommend it.

Yelp
I was there 5 minutes ago just get off the car raining hard ... glad to saw artisan cafe... so I can have my favorite macchiato. It's been quite a while standing with men in front of me. The Sales lady or the she maybe the owner. We got eye contact already she didn't say anything .. or just say a moment at least while she is talking to the guy. So craving with macchiato. All of a sudden it' turn to a sad day.Good luck Artisan Cafe. I don't deserve maybe their coffee. I work just on the corner as a Care giver. I'm planning to surprise my patient for a coffee as well.Just wrote down my feelings. That's all

Yelp
I love sitting in this cafe. The coffee is rich and flavorful. I bought a bag of beans for home and it makes delicious espresso every morning. Proud to support this place.

Yelp
They make the best hot chocolate in town. My gourmet kids loved their hot chocolate. Pastries were delicious. Got a lemon loaf and donut bun. My americano was served in a cool cup and was delicious. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Yelp
Cute neighborhood coffee shop. Nice selection of beverages, and small selection of baked goods. Wifi available which makes a great spot to work. Also a nice selection of El Salvadoran handmade goods, bought myself a beautiful leather and recycled plastic purse.

Yelp
Just popped in for the first time. Coffee was excellent, and though it's a bit unassuming from the outside and I got my drink to go, it seems like it would be a great place to hang for a bit.

Sylvia L.

Yelp
This coffee place is pleasant. I like how the cafe is set up with handmade bags for sale displayed in an attractive way. I liked the comfortable seating inside the cafe. I had the drip coffee of the day, which was Bourbon Yellow, and it was very good. I hope more people from the neighborhood discover this place!
