Artisan Pizza Napoletana

What a great little restaurant. Delicious food, homely staff and one to be recommended. Jurgen( the chef) and his lovely wife have been running it for 10 years. Support the local community and come here. 👍

What is there NOT to like about Artisan. OK... the first time we went, I was a little stand-off-ish because I have always liked thin crispy crust. But I soon got over that with this Artisan style. The crust is thin and has such a great flavor. And you haven't even gotten to the main part of the pizza yet. Such a wide variety of toppings and flavor combinations. Truly something for everyone. If you ever get a chance to watch a pizza or 2 being made... it is a show in itself.

Artisan Pizza Napoletana was a delightful find, conveniently located just steps from our Airbnb. Despite being packed, the service was impressively quick and efficient, ensuring we didn’t wait long to indulge. The atmosphere added to the charm, with chefs preparing pizzas right in front of you—it’s like dinner and a show! The food itself was exceptional, with authentic Neapolitan flavors and perfectly cooked crusts. The wine selection complemented the meal beautifully, making it a well-rounded dining experience. If you’re in the area, this spot is a must-visit for great food, a lively vibe, and seamless service. Can’t wait to return!

My family loved our meal on Saturday 1/11 at Artisan Pizza! After a long day at the beach, we were all craving pizza and decided to stop by. In vacation mode, we completely forgot it was a busy Saturday night at what turned out to be a nice-attire restaurant. We walked in with wet hair, our beach gear and without a reservation. The owner greeted us warmly and, despite the restaurant being fully booked, offered us a lovely picnic table under a tree just outside the main seating area, which we were more than happy to sit at. The Neapolitan pizzas were delicious, perfectly paired with a great bottle of red wine. And the homemade gelato and "passion fruit cello" were the perfect ending to a lovely meal. A big thank you to the owner and staff for accommodating us so graciously—it made our evening unforgettable!

My husband and I really enjoyed the authentic pizza here! We were transported back to Italy! I had the marinara and my husband the Margherita, we both enjoyed ours. Juergen was so kind to inform me of a cancellation and was able to fit us in. The atmosphere is also charming. Remember to reserve in advance !

I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza. The wine options are great. I had a chardonnay which I enjoyed. The owner/chef came by and asked how things were and that felt special

We really enjoyed our food, but were extremely disappointed in the service. More specifically, I felt that we were treated differently based on being black customers. Although we ordered our food before four tables, we were the last to receive our order. Additionally, the servers seemed upset when we asked questions about the menu items. I asked for one moment to finalize my order and the waiter never came back. Also, when I went to order gelato, the waitress told me a flavor, Goat Cheese & Honey, wasn’t available when the very next table was just served that same flavor. The icing on the cake was when the female owner offered every table some type of jelly shot for digestion yet it wasn’t offered to us. While I’m sure they are most people don’t care, this place clearly doesn’t value non-white customers. Great food, but horrible experience. I felt belittled and embarrassed by the way my husband and I were treated.

Great spicy picante sausage pizza, lasagna, and gelato last night! We always eat here and enjoy watching the chef prepare the pizzas. Don’t want to miss the place while you’re here!
