Pretty good burger spot with excellent service. Really enjoyed the pretzel appetizer, and my man and cheese burger was surprising good. I was NOT a fan of the jalapeno watermelon which has some weird seasoning on it along with some jalapeno. All in all we had a large party and they were very attentive and most everyone enjoyed the food.

Burger was properly cooked and my order was correct. Everything was great except the fries were not hot - likely batch cooked and left I while, I guess. The taste and value for money of the burger was great so deserves 4*. Staff were excellent.

Nice selection of burgers and great sides. Good beer list too. Can eat in the bar area or regular seating. Lots of TVs in the bar.

We all loved our dinners. However, the onion dip was horrible. We shared this with our server who was very gracious and took it off our bill. We sent most of it back to the kitchen/dishwasher anyway.

They are amazing and the food is so good. We stayed at the hotel next door and came in for a to go order less than an hour before they closed. I was so nervous about being those people since it was so late and obviously they would be starting / stared to cleanup. The woman at the hostest desk was nothing but nice she was so friendly, took our order no problem and even gave a discount for staying the the hotel. The food was great they made our items perfectly, even though it was late we could tell the kitchen staff cared about making our food and didn't just throw it together because of the time.

Very good place for a burger first time here, Tastes amazing. Fries were very fresh and Nicky seasoned burger was cooked to my perfection. Great atmosphere and very good service definitely a nice place. I Recommend you try.

We were very happy with our meal at ABC! Delicious pastrami wings, great drinks, and exceptional burgers and sandwiches. My fiancé enjoyed the dry aged burger and said it was rich with the Guinness butter. I thought the French dip grilled cheese was really unique, and it tasted great. If I had one critique, I just wasn't a big fan of the Caesar salad dressing - they probably use anchovies in it like most places and to both of us it was just a little too heavy on that flavor. We couldn't resist one of their crazy milkshakes for dessert! We ordered the Mississippi Mud one, and the brownie on top was so good! I would definitely come back again when I'm in the Manchester area. The food came out quickly and the staff were friendly to us.

Can’t say enough how lovely this place is! Nice ambience, clean bathrooms, the revers come back several times to check on you! And the food! The burgers are phenomenal. They are juicy, flavorful and the smash burger had those char bits. The Mac and cheese was soooo good, yummy buffalo and fries. I loved the French onion soup, and I also had the Tinga tacos which I could eat 7! We ended with the monster milkshake! Oreo of course😛

I like good burgers, and ABC serves good burgers. Serving upscale burgers is a challenge, given the limitless possibilities of toppings, breads, etc. Cooking every burger to the requested temperature is a challenge which, in my experience, not even the best burger joints do flawlessly. The burgers I have had at ABC have been good enough to draw me back several times, and this time, a special on the menu caught my eye: a blackened salmon sandwich. I love fish, and while my prior experience has convinced me salmon and sandwiches just don't mix. This one was excellent! I was impressed that the waitress asked me what temperature I wanted the salmon cooked to -- I realized I have never been asked that when ordering a salmon sandwich. I am not certain I can recall all of the ingredients, so I won't spoil the secret, but the experience will certainly bring me back more frequently. The service is always good, as is the ambience.

I've been here tons of times over the years and always have a solid experience. They have a fully stocked bar w TVs for all the games. They have plenty of seating for large parties. They have patio seating for nice days. Every burger / sandwich I've ever had here has been great! They always have a nice rotating draft list of local beers. Decent bourbon / whiskey selection. Nothing too unique but nice variety for a burger joint. The pretzel is HUGE. Cooked perfectly. We also had sliders to start and they were good too. My pastrami Reuben was full of flavor as well. Service is always great here. Our waitress helped by making recommendations and let me try a couple beers before making a decision. Pricing is fair but food is always consistent. Parking is plentiful, and it's conveniently located near all the shopping you'd need in Manchester. I will continue to visit for years to come.

We were there by accident. Bode lady wanted to drop us off at the Other Guys and right before turning in the parking lot and I was this place on the left so I asked if we can try this out instead. To keep this short. I ordered the French dips sandwich and my son ordered their signature burger. How good were these sandwiches. See photo below. My French dips sandwich was so toasty, good amount of shaved steak and crispy French fries. Well done AGC I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who loves a great burger or sandwich. By the way, the service was wonderful, friendly and attentive too.

I wanted to love the place! I went 3 years ago (it was great then!) and decided to stop by with the family. It was so disappointing the second time around. We didn't receive any cutlery or napkins when we were seated and had to ask for them twice. Got paper napkins but nothing else. Our burgers were both overcooked (well done not the medium rare we ordered) and the fries were lukewarm (not freshly made; we saw rows of fries sitting under the warmer).

The food was amazing. Huge portions and definitely filling. It also came out quick. Nice, large open restaurant with comfortable seating. Music playing in background and nice employees.

The amazing food! Happy Hour Tacos for 3.00 Tuesday. 1 Blackened and 1 Shrimp Taco. I ordered my favorite truffle fries with truffle oil and olive oil on the side. My main dish consisted of Blackened Salmon bowl with rice , Edamame and crunchy coleslaw. Atmosphere always inviting and friendly.

On a drive back to Maine from Hartford, my friend and I swung into Artisinal Burger Company. They had just opened, but I was surprised by how many people showed up right at opening. We sat at the bar and had a great experience with the bartender. She was awesome, friendly and made a delicious drink! The food was so good and they had a special gluten free menu!! Always love that I don't have to guess or ask too many questions when I order. The burger was mouth watering. The bar area filled up quick on a Monday with a wide array of customers from families to business meetings to just two hip chicks from Maine (us).

Few years gone by, reviews are mixed still. Give them another try because I have yet to learn my lesson. Get a mushroom swiss burger, upgrade to truffle fries, get a grilled cheese hot dog because it sounds good, and a blackened fish taco because why not. We also got a french onion soup, because beef stock with onions with a healthy glob of cheese on top sounded good. The french onion soup had a good flavor to it. not so much onion, more of just beef stock. the cheese on top was pretty good as well. The rest kind of fell flat. The hot dog was a good quality hot dog, I appreciate the quality and that they split and grilled the hot dog to get that caramelization on the inside of the hot dog. but the bun was way too big, so you would get more bread than hot dog. Wouldn't call it a grilled cheese dog but more a cheese dog, but clever naming makes for better sales I guess. The blackened fish taco smelled heavily of fish. it was nowhere near fresh so we immediately sent that back. The hamburger had no flavor other than ground beef. there was no seasoning, the swiss and the mushrooms were on the burger but provided no flavor. Every bite on the pallet was a little resistance from the bun, then just straight up hamburger meat. The truffle fries were cooked well, but had no truffle flavor. just parmesan cheese and that was it. Not bad, but not great either. After all this time, I still find this location lacking. The saddest part is that they do try. They grill their buns, they use a good quality bun, they do a proper sear of the burger, the toppings are in a decent ratio vs the rest of the burger. But then they make these fundamental mistakes like not seasoning their burger that just makes the entire dish one note and disappointing. I've also had a properly seasoned burger from them before years ago, and when they execute it's a very solid burger. In a couple more years if they are still around I may forget that I'm not a fan of this place and try again. It's still way too spotty to recommend though

The atmosphere and friendly/fast service certainly do most of the legwork for this place. While it's a beautiful restaurant and patio and the servers are so nice and prompt, the food was sub par. We had a delicious appetizer (mac n cheese bites, the only highlight) however our burgers were disappointing. For my husband, his was edible even though he asked for some pink, and got more on the well done side. Overcooked is always better than under. However, my burger? I ordered well done. I got pink on the bottom half and well done on the top half... not only was it undercooked but it was unevenly cooked. And what's even more sad is the waitress said "oh this happens all the time" with a tone that told me she was frustrated with the chef. If you want to be a specialty burger place, you should maybe cook the burgers correctly.

Artisanal Burger continues to impress...for a restaurant that touts its burgers and beer. While the burgers are diverse and delicious, Artisanal's much more than that...from shrimp tacos and the best French Dip sandwich that exists on the planet to tasty fresh salads and boozy shakes. For the price point, I can't imagine a better joint.

This is my first time here. This place is huge! For my drink, I'm having a Blueberry Smash Mocktail made with blueberry syrup, Lyres Sugar Cane n/a Spirit, lemon juice, simple syrup, mint and soda water. For my soup, I'm having the Creamy Tomato Bisque made with housemade bisque, croutons and basil. It's small, but well garnished and tasty. Next up, I'm having the House Salad and with baby field greens, grape tomato, cucumber, radish and sherry vinaigrette dressing. This is big and tastes great! For my entree, I'm having the Felafel Veggie Burger made with lemon tahini sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, naan flat breadsand a side of coke slaw. This falafel is a first for me (OK maybe once before). Quote, This is good. I love the unique taste! Cole slaw is good too. For dessert, I'm having the Keylime Pie made with Graham crackers, key lime custard, key lime mousse and raspberry. Oh yeah! This is good!

Service was fine, except we had to ask for cutlery and napkins. The burgers were mediocre and the fries were awful. The onion rings were not sweet and had no flavor. I can't believe I spent so much on such a bland meal.

Overall good service, the space has a large capacity and lots of parking. Family, casual vibe. The burgers were well cooked but definitely lacking some flavor, I was a bit disappointed in the smash burger. The salad and the wings were great, I would probably come back just to have those two items.

Adra made my night she was super friendly and I loved her energy from over the phone until I left with my first time takeout, I will be back just based on her customer service! (before even trying the food)

Artisanal Burger Company has the thought/concept right but not the execution. Most of The burger descriptions sound yummy but I should have known better since there was aioli (mayo) listed on a lot of them. I'm not a fan of mayo so I usually have it removed, but at the same time, I don't like messing with the chef's/owner's creation. Entering, there were 2 people who said they would be right with us. Both seemed vibrant and friendly. We were seated, then got a lackluster server. Not that she was bad, but she definitely didn't understand the assignment. We started the meal with Nachos and Blackberry Cider. The Cider was excellent. I never had that flavor of hard cider before. I liked the nachos! I'm thinking maybe they got cold because We were talking and they were sitting but they were still good. I Was trying to decide between the Goober and the Turkey. My reservation was that the turkey had a cranberry aioli. I wanted the cranberry but not the aioli and wasn't sure if it was pre-made or mixed on demand. Then I asked about the Goober which she said she never tried and should have left it at that, but instead she suggested I get it with the peanut butter and jam on the side then add as needed. Why would I do or go thru that? Lol So I chose the wild mushroom burger. I thought I would be getting fresh "wild mushrooms" and while I could be wrong, the taste and texture was very much giving me canned mushroom. The onions were bland and soggy. The burger's patty itself lacked flavor (inside) but I could tell they did sprinkle something on the outside. Although a little greasy, I enjoyed the bun. My princess ordered the American burger without bacon. She did not enjoy any of it from the bun to the burger. She took a few bites and left it alone. I'm curious if they use the same pre-made patties and seasoning for all of their beef burgers? I tasted her fries. They weren't soggy, but they weren't crispy either. The flavor was good though. With my meal I substituted the fries for the onion rings. So for the cost of fries (built into each meal) plus an additional $2.00 for the substitution, I got 4 large onion rings? I ate one and it was a great onion ring but that price was questionable. Our server asked if we were finished, Yes. And since half of our food remained on the plate, Asked if we wanted it boxed to go, No. Then asked if we enjoyed our food. Haha. "The Nachos were good" was all i said. She didn't seem surprised, wasn't apologetic, and didn't ask anymore questions, Then just gave us the bill... I might do a starter or 2, maybe even try a shake or a salad but I probably won't be getting another burger from here anytime soon... While in concept, the menu at Artisanal Buger Company sounds good, I need them to step up their burger game execution. I want an amazing burger from a "burger company" The supporting cast should not outshine what's supposed to be the star!

I was not expecting this place to be good as it was. Wondered in with a burger loving group expecting there would be limited items for me to eat. I mostly eat vegetarian and I will eat seafood. There were many options from salads, grilled cheese, mac & cheese, falafel burger, and even gluten-free options are available. It was great to learn that everything is made in-house and using local ingredients. For the table, we ordered the Fried Dill Pickle Chips and our burgers were Spicy Burger (a daily special) with French Fries, Chorizo Burger with Onion Rings, and Salmon Burger with Jalapeño Watermelon. Everything was so delicious and full of flavor. The jalapeños watermelon is a must try--watermelon in jalapeño juice and coated with Cajun seasoning. So good! And if you thought the burgers were the main event, make sure to save room for dessert. Their crazy shakes are a must. We got the Mississippi Mudslide & Salted Caramel Cinnamon Delight. Before our meal was over, we were already talking about our return to Artisanal Burger Company. The atmosphere was low-key and not too busy for a Saturday evening. The staff was wonderful and food came out promptly. There are many other menu items that I can't wait to try.

Good food, nice environment, and decent prices all make this a great place to eat. On nice days the patio is a great place to enjoy your meal along with a refreshing alcoholic drink or on hot days a great milkshake. Salmon dish is one of my favorites and hummus app is great. Burgers are good here I just wish they had more bread choices as I am not a fan of the buns. I have been here multiple times and will continue to go.

We go to Artisanal almost every week, the food, beer selection, and staff are great! They recently closed for a week for renovations and I was interested to see the updates. We always sit in the bar area so this review is about that. The good: love the new bar stools, the back is so comfortable. The not so good: new super bright lights in the bar. One of the things I have always liked about the bar is the lighting - not too bright. I really hope they adjust the lighting because atmosphere is so important and it detracts from what I liked about the bar. Also, not a fan of the new paint (I thought it was unfinished - looks like dry wall). So, please dim down the lights!

Service was great and burgers cooked as requested. The decor and lighting was adequate with lovely landscaping.

Just went the other night and never disappointed. The service was great and HH prices for drinks great. The variety on the menu will satisfy everyone. The food is tasty and cooked just they way your order it. Don't miss out go soon

Food is consistently great as is the service (typically sit at the bar). That said, giving only 4 stars since they got rid of my favorite item on the menu - the spinach artichoke dip! Was the best around - just doesn't compare anywhere else. Please bring back the spinach artichoke dip for a full 5 stars!

This place has become a tradition for me to go to whenever I take the hike up to Manchester to get new work boots. Comfortable atmosphere, and seating is spacious, you definitely wont feel like a sardine. The Dry aged burger was a home run. Brussels and poutine were great as well. Drinks came quickly and service was attentive and courteous.

Despite my burger being mediocre, I'll still give this place 4 stars and even come back. I got the local burger. It was a sad smash style (fast food type) patty. Between the words "artisanal" and "local" I was not expecting this. Also, the large beautiful bun, fresh lettuce and tomatoes were set up for a tavern style patty, and just dwarfed the patty. My wife got a few tacos. She loved the shrimp. The fish was mediocre. My daughter got the hot dog off the kids menu with a side of brussel sprouts. Both were fantastic, though the brussel sprouts did come cooked in bacon if that's an issue for you it's not mentioned on the menu. I got a side of Caesar salad and it was also great. Despite the shortcomings, I think parts of this menu are fantastic and I could order a 5 star meal here. The staff was also friendly and quick, so I'll probably stop by again sometime.

Cool spot right over by the Buckland plazas I got to try the other night. Big burger guy and they had an awesome selection of artisinal burgers to choose from, which certainly made it a bit harder having such appealing options. I only did take out, but the service was still kind and polite, with my order being right on time when my friend and I arrived to pick it up. The interior had a very mellow and relaxing atmosphere to it and certainly plan to go and dine in when the opportunity arises!

I love the burgers here as much as I love the French onion soup. Stay next door on business regularly and hard not to eat here every time I visit.

Visited ABC burger company for the first time today. Was happy with how quickly we were sat and how nice and accommodating our server Kasey was through the entire visit. Food was fresh and accurate. Espresso martini was made well. Overall good experience in a family friendly restaurant. Extra points for great service!

What can I say?!!!the food delicious, service great! Ambiance great. Portion sizes great! Dessert was delightful!!!!! My kids had milkshakes and they were creamy and sweet and just divine. Anytime I visit I'm so coming back here!

The onion rings were extremely greasy and they gave a serving of 4, they were big but it was a small order. The bun on the burger was very stale. Wings were good.

When I checked into the Hampton Inn I asked the front desk concierge whether the restaurant next door was any good. "Sure! They have good beer and quality burgers." Was the reply. Honestly my dining experience didn't stray too much from that recommendation. Maine Beer on tap didn't hurt. My Wagyu Burger was tender and juicy and flavorful, on a fresh baked roll. Service was delightful. Not a bad spot of burgers and beer is your thing.

Love the menu options! Burgers are good! fries reminded me of fair fries but made better! Service was quick but we went on at a quiet time. The high tops in the bar area were lovely!

Great burger and fries, pretty standard college town atmosphere like a place parents take their kids. Service was not great as our server was not attentive and when the bill came to about $45 he asked if we wanted change for the $100 bill. Lol.

My boyfriend and I opted to get a bunch of appetizers instead of entrees and that was a pretty nice choice. ABC has a great selection of apps and we were pretty satisfied with the variety. Not pictured was the buffalo chicken dip, which wasn't anything too impressive. My only complaint was my drink, the watermelon mint whatever, tasted more like dirty water--no hint of watermelon and was charged $5 or $6 for a small cup. oh well!

There was little wait for this restaurant. The portions were plentiful and the burger really filled me up. The burger looked greasy, but it was not at all. The restaurant was really nice and spacious too. I would definitely recommend!

Great burger, service was excellent, many allergy friendly choices and really good coffee!! Plus it was really close to the highway on our trip.

The Mac and cheese bites were amazing !!! The truffle fries tasted different, I'm not sure if I liked or disliked it. And the garlic burger was very dry and wasn't to my liking. My experience there was terrible because though there were two waiters serving me, they didn't do their best job. One was in training but should have been taught to check in every now and then. As I sat down I wasn't approached until I called out to those individuals who were assisting another customer. They still didn't correct their behavior and during my entire time there I had to keep calling them over to my table while I watched another waitress tend to her customers to her best ability. I've even had to call over to the waitress who was serving her table twice and she kindly helped out even though, she was not initially taking care of me.

Been coming to the restaurant for several years for group gatherings. Food was sub par this time around. Burger temp was not what people ordered, too well done; Lost flavor. Dessert cookies were hard as a rock. Wait staff seemed either overwhelmed in the tables they were supporting or non interested in service. Not the same as past experience.

When I saw the Black Garlic Burger on the menu of Artisinal Burger Company in Manchester, there was virtually no chance I was ordering anything else. It came with a huge medium rare beef patty, a "black garlic cheese spread", sautéed mushrooms, herb mayo and arugula, and it was served on a fresh brioche roll. Side note - those brioche stocks I bought are way up this year. The burger was well cooked, uber juicy and delicious, and I would recommend. The fries were pretty good too. Service was both friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was kind of dark and cool. Had a great looking bar for watching sports. 4.5 Stars

If you're a burger lover, you need to make your way to ABC in Manchester! They offer a lot of appetizers but my family always end up getting the colossal pretzel. I got the Double Trouble again because eating cheese on top of cheese on top of cheese is always the right way to go. I mean c'mon, I can't NOT order a burger that uses grilled cheese instead of buns. Their truffle fries are just addictive, you may have to get another order. Quality beef, cool atmosphere, definitely need to visit!

A satisfying dinner. All the ingredients were fresh, the food was prepared expertly, the service was prompt, and everything turned out hot. Ironically, the burger was the only item without any seasoning, although seasoning it was a simple process. Not overly costly either.

Whenever I visit my family in CT I need to go to this place. As a matter of fact, I was there for 2 weeks recently and came here 5x within that timeframe. The menu isn't very large but has great options and every time I've come the food is delicious. I am big on salads and I absolutely love their Southwest Salad and ABC Burger Salad. I always add chicken to the Southwest Salad, but you can also add a turkey burger, veggie burger, beef burger, shrimp, calamari, or salmon to it as well. The portions are a good size and I leave with a happy but not overly full belly. If I want to get an appetizer I typically order Fried Mac & Cheese bites, Fried Calamari, or Crispy Cauliflower which never disappoints. They are also known for their big and elaborate milkshakes, which I haven't personally tried because that's not really my thing, but they look beautifully delicious and are a very popular item there.

I've frequented Artisanal Burger quite a few times due to its excellent location. The interior is pleasing, boasting a spacious bar area and a well-designed patio. I have sampled various items from their menu, including their renowned burgers, salmon, milkshakes, and more. While the burgers are satisfactory, I find the fries to be the standout item. Personally, I believe the burger could benefit from additional seasoning and improved execution. Despite their diverse burger options, I feel there's room for enhancement in their preparation. Surprisingly, I found the salmon crunch bowl to be more enjoyable than the burgers, as its flavors harmonize well, resulting in a satisfying meal. In summary, Artisanal Burger is good, but there are areas where improvement is needed. As part of the Doro Restaurant Group, they maintain a high standard, yet there's potential for them to elevate their offerings even further with some adjustments.

Burger joint in a large modern space (with an outdoor patio), that has a comprehensive menu of both food and drink options Although the focus here is burgers, they have lots of other American food in addition to burgers as well such as sandwiches and salads. The burgers are pretty sizable I have been here twice now, and both were positive experiences. The first time I came I got a regular burger, and I loved it. The second time I came I got a turkey burger, and it was fine, but it was not quite up to the standard of the burger I had the first time. I also had a few of their custom shots (the birthday cake, the jelly donut, and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch) and their quality also varied. From worst to best they went Cinnamon Toast Crunch, birthday cake, and then jelly donut. The fries were great

Cam on a sat around 4:30 and had our pick for seating our server was attentive especially with my food allergies. We started with the fried Mac and cheese which was a hit! The brussel sprouts were swimming in the dressing and not that great. Burger has options to customize and swap for grilled chicken, grass fed burgers, veggie etc Cobb salad was solid and I think had an entire avocado. They also have crazy milkshakes and can spike them!

This was our second time here- RUN DON'T WALK to the doors of this establishment. From the comfy booths, to the attentive service (thank you Rebecca!!!) to the delicious and fresh food- 10/10. The French onion soup was to die for, my husbands burger was dripping with goodness and the COLOSSAL onion rings were insanely delicious. The best onion rings we've ever had. Kids meals were great too- we will be back for more!!

Stopped in for a quick lunch, service was amazing, great menu selections. I had the double trouble which is an amazing burger between a 2 grilled cheeses as a bun... definitely enough to share.. The pastrami wings are something very different and glad I tried them.. it's a dry rub that is used to season pastrami.. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu
