The stay at the hotel was wonderful! We booked a room for one night — the hotel is clean, organized, and filled with art and beautiful little details. Everything is so well thought-out and high-quality. The hotel staff was amazing. We enjoyed a lovely happy hour between 17:00–19:00 with delicious soup, wine, and other snacks. Breakfast was incredible, and the hotel’s location is just one minute from the beach!!! We highly recommend it — an amazing hotel with 100/100 service. Thank you to Sasha, Igor, the wonderful massage therapists, and the receptionist whose name we didn’t catch. Thank you🙏🏻

Igor is wonderful and accommodating ❤️ as are the kitchen and restaurant staff. We enjoyed every moment. Sauna and gym. Breakfast is fabulous and 5 o'clock wine and light snacks are a lovely touch. Right in the centre of Tel Aviv yet very quiet. 5 minutes from the beach and Bogroshov Street is just around the corner (good chinese restaurant, bubble tea, sushi).

I stayed here 11-18 Nov 2025 having also been here the previous year. As usual everything was great - superb breakfast and also complimentary snacks and wine/drinks every evening between 5-7pm. Location is great - 3 minutes from the beach and right by all the great restaurants and buzz of Bograshov Street. Note that there are major roadworks outside as Ben Yehuda is being dug up for the new light railway (location will be even better when this is finished).

The hotel is lovely. Igor at the desk was incredibly helpful as was all the staff. The room is not huge but certainly for single or couple good, clean and well appointed.|The location is great, the beach is right around the corner. A great Thai restaurant on the corner. There is construction going on in the street out front but never noticed any noise. Maybe because weren’t in room most of the day.|No view though.

I came to Israel shortly after the passing of my mother and just before my birthday. I chose the Artist Hotel because I wanted to stay in a cozy, safe, environment. A larger hotel would have been overwhelming for me emotionally. They understood the assignment! ||Everyone at the hotel was so warm and kind. Management, reception, the breakfast staff and housekeeping all worked together to ensure my stay was memorable. ||Nothing was too much to ask. They were always willing to help me and provide information as needed. ||They even “held” me through some tearful days. ||The room was immaculate. It had all of the things that I needed for my stay. It was nice to have beach towels andI loved the happy hour with the snacks and the wine. It was a nice addition after coming home from a long day walking around and after the beach. ||I can’t remember the last time I felt so cared for and dare I say nurtured. ||The Artist Hotel is what you need - even if you don’t realize it yet. ||I highly recommend it. ||And LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! ||Thank you to everyone. You have my immense gratitude. ||Enjoy!

I have stayed at the Artist Hotel by Atlas Group multiple times over the years and even recommended it to several families — but after this recent visit, I will never return. We checked in at 5:00 a.m. on July 23, having prepaid for the previous night (July 22) just so we could get some rest after a 24-hour journey from Mexico. To our shock, there was no air conditioning working in the entire hotel. In the middle of Tel Aviv’s July heat, the room was completely unbearable — we were sweating and couldn’t sleep at all. The air only began working around 8–9 a.m., but by noon, it had shut off again. I spoke with the manager, Tamar, who agreed to refund the cost of the previous night, which seemed fair. However, the problems continued throughout our stay. Room 302, where we stayed, lost air conditioning again two more nights. We woke up Thursday and Friday at 4:00 a.m., drenched in sweat because the air had shut off in the middle of the night. I complained multiple times and was promised that it would be fixed. Tamar also promised to address a leaking sink in our other room (307) — but that too was never resolved. On Friday, a technician finally discovered the problem: the air conditioning in Room 302 had a 9-hour timer, so it shut off automatically every night — no one had bothered to check that earlier. The worst part was Tamar’s attitude. I waited in the lobby Sunday morning to speak with her — she never showed up. When I insisted on speaking with her by phone, she yelled at me, called me a liar, and dismissed my concerns in a shockingly unprofessional manner. When I said we shouldn’t have to pay for two nights in a room without proper air conditioning, she literally told me: “Not gonna happen.” I was told I had refused offers to switch rooms — that never happened. No one offered me a solution until after three nights of discomfort. Tamar’s behavior was rude, combative, and completely opposite of what a hotel guest should expect. The hotel itself feels poorly maintained — far from what it was when I stayed here two years ago. Sadly, I’m now reaching out to families I had recommended this hotel to and telling them to cancel their reservations. A hotel should be a place of comfort — this was the opposite. I do not recommend staying here anymore. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and restores the standards this hotel once had.

Staff is as pleasant and helpful as any hotel I’ve ever stayed with. Hotel is modern and clean. Enjoyed the afternoon happy hour in the lobby. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
