Artist & Craftsman Supply Louisville

Really cool store with a wide variety of supplies for artists! I love all of the paint on the walls, ceilings, and floors throughout the store. Staff I spoke with were very friendly.

I moved to Michigan for a few months, and although Detroit has Blick, there’s just something about Artist & Craftsman back home that I miss that just isn’t the same here. Is it the friendly people? The way they display their items? The vast variety of supplies and trinkets? All of the above??? I absolutely love this location for all my art supplies! Highly recommend for all types of artists, beginners too!

This place is always worth a visit! Any time you’re nearby OR need anything fun or crafty or art related, this is THE spot! I always find something fun, and can also rely on it for art staples as well. I am usually here looking for a unique gift or for things to casually craft with, like a small painting project with my daughter. They have the best little zipper pouches for holding stuff with funny phrases or beautiful pictures on them. They have ALL the art supplies for someone in need of the real deal stuff, and for the amateur just poking around for something fun. Staff is always ready to help as well! Because of this store, our family started a tradition of painting wooden rolling horses I found here for derby, and each derby we jazz them up more than the last!

Love this craft store. Any time I'm there the customer service reps are doing their thing and brainstorming with a client on the current project or art needs. It's so nice to see people still caring about their jobs and having a positive can do attitude.

The place seemed well organized and lots of staff helping people. It was crowded when I went, near the Christmas holiday. I will warn though that based on Google results I thought this place would have scrapbooking supplies and they did not. It is more geared towards painting, drawing, etc. than paper crafts like scrapbooking.

I love this store. The availability of so many different paints, paper, and other supplies inspired me to explore several new (to me) ways of creating art. My workspace is now very happily cluttered with all my new experiments.

It's probably the best art supply store I've been to in Louisville. They have everything you need and things you might have never seen. My wife and I went in to get a few things and was very surprised by the amount of quality art supplies they had in stock.

Great prices and way better than hobby lobby & micaels store for me as professional artist shop for mediums & many other supplies. In & out. Simple to get orders from staff. Great place.
