We stayed for 4 days and everything was amazing. The staff were professional and kind, the restaurant food was delicious, and our hotel room was warm and clean. We had a wonderful stay at Artisan Design Hotels 9 nights. The location is perfect—close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. We needed help with a person with disabilities. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, had a lot of thoughtful little touches that we appreciated. The bed was comfortable. The staff were always kind and helpful, and the reception team was very quick and assisted with everything we needed. I would especially like to note the high level of professionalism, responsiveness and empathy demonstrated by the esteemed Mrs.Mariam Khugashvili. The food was delicious both in the restaurant and through room service. One evening we were pleasantly surprised - they even brought a small dessert with a handwritten note, which was a really thoughtful gesture. I’d be happy to come back. Artizan Design Hotel is a true gem in Tbilisi. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive and the breakfast was fresh and delicious! Rooms were beautifully designed! The peaceful garden is perfect for relaxing, and at night the hotel is so quiet that you sleep wonderfully. A perfect blend of comfort, style, and calm.

Located at the heart of Tbilisi old city this quaint little hotel has extremely good service. Breakfast spread is large and fresh. Staff is very courteous and polite and service is fast. Check in is at 3:00 pm which is a bit of a drag. Open air restaurant is well decked up for Christmas.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a very fresh, tasteful design and a warm atmosphere — the lobby, the restaurant, the bar, everything feels thoughtfully put together and just pleasant to be in. The location is great too, very easy to explore the city from here. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier — that made my day easier. My room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy, and the bathroom had everything I needed. I felt comfortable right away. The only small things I missed were an iron in the room and maybe some paper tissues — not a big deal, just something that would make the stay even more convenient. One thing I found a bit unusual is that they scan the credit card at check-in as a deposit, without actually placing a hold — not a problem, just something to know in advance. Overall, a lovely and stylish place to stay in Tbilisi with a warm and welcoming vibe. I would happily stay here again. 🌿✨
