The front desk staff is so friendly! We loved talking to them. The AC works very well. The room was spotless. It is just an overall super cool hotel. The beds were shockingly comfortable. We loved the addition of the Marshall speaker in the room. The rain shower was also another big plus- it had great water pressure. The location couldn't be better. I will stay here every time I'm in Amsterdam in the future.

Had the best time at this hotel! It is in the most central location so it is very easy to walk everywhere around Amsterdam. The beds are so comfortable, the bathrooms are luxurious. They give you robes and slippers. The A/C works so well. The staff is so kind. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Just returned from a lovely two night stay in the art'otel. We arrived very early and were warmly welcomed to the hotel, we were checked in and our luggage stored so we could go straight out to explore the city. When our room was ready we were surprised to see that the room was nice and big for a city centre hotel with an amazing view of Central Station (Canal View Room). The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well, bathroom area was lovely and toiletries provided were of good quality. All staff were very friendly both in reception and the bar. We did not eat in the hotel as we ate whilst out exploring the city. On our final morning we had a little hic up with the pool opening times but reception quickly resolved the issue and enabled us to enjoy the pool before checking out. Overall a fantastic, spotless, friendly hotel in a great location, we hope to return soon.

A great location, walking distance to Central Train Station, trams & canal cruises. The hotel itself has a wonderful modern vibe. Our room was quite big. It was clean, comfortable with a big bathroom a large shower space and separate toilet. Online check inn/check out and smart key option made the process so much quicker. The staff are kind and helpful. With options for breakfast, dinner & bar all accessible. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Amsterdam.

This hotel is in a superb location for exploring the city. If you're arriving into Amsterdam on the train, you walk out of the station, and it's literally across the square. The decor is unusual with the various pieces of art dotted around. Rooms are of a decent size with a very large television fixed to the wall. The staff were friendly, breakfast was adequate although the coffees served were not hot. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated along with the room upgrade we received.

My wife and I went to Amsterdam to celebrate our 50th anniversary during the tulip festival this April 2024. We have traveled to most of Western Europe and perfer to find reasonably nice hotels with elevators that are located near public transportation when staying in major cities like Berlin, London, Athens, Paris, Rome, etc. This hotel is directly across from the Central Station with easy access to tram stops for intercity travel. Also, canal cruise boat docks are located across the street from the hotel. ||In the past, I have never written a review of the places we have stayed but felt like this place deserved a comment. Generally, rooms in Europe tend to small as compared to rooms to the US. But, we found the Art'otel room we stayed in to be very spacious, beautifully decorated, high ceilings, and extremely soundproof. We had a room with a beautiful view of the city looking towards the Central Station. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was also spacious. Robes were provided in the closet. ||We found all of the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Maria for making our stay memorable by providing flowers, champagne, and a hand-written card for our anniversary. In short, this hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations in every way.

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the Prosecco at check in, I’ve stayed at park plaza a few times but figured I’d try something new. Rooms were clean and modern a d staff was friendly. Main complaint is that the pool access is really awkward, you have to walk through a restaurant to get to it a d it was pretty uncomfortable to do so in my bathing suit.

This is a lovely hotel located right in the middle of central Amsterdam. Location is ideal for visiting all of the tourist locations. It is quite a busy area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are a nice size! We enjoyed our stay!
