We loved our stay for 5 nights. Hotel in a good location on a wide quiet street. Hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the biggest and best we have seen in hotels. Wide choice of hot and cold food all excellent quality. Would definitely stay here again.

An excelent hotel. Great value for price. The service comes with a smile. The service of the front desk and the dining room crew is outstanding and profesional. We stayed there for five nights. Breakfast was fantastic. You can order special dishes like various pancakes and eggbenedict with no extra charge. Special coffee from the barista bar. Location near bus 147 and U2. I rented there a bycicle and it was easy to travel to Alexanderplatz. Mattress hard and comfortable. Clean. Minifridge. Aircondition when it is hot. Every request was answered. Most recomended. Fantastic for couples and individuals, or small families. Centrally located, the hotel is very quiet and decorated neatly and coherently across all areas. Very comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast (individually made eggs and smoothies of selection).

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to several key attractions, making our stay even more comfortable. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the staff, in general, was warm and attentive. We would like to especially highlight Yamila, who assisted us during breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to find that she could communicate in sign language, which allowed my husband, who is deaf and mute, to feel comfortable and well taken care of. This is not something you commonly encounter in many places, and it truly made a significant difference to our experience. It would be fantastic if more establishments had staff trained in this area, as it enables all guests, regardless of their needs, to enjoy their stay without communication barriers. We leave very happy with our visit and will definitely be eager to return in the future. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very nice and well situated. However since we were staying in a room in the street side, it got a little noisy from cars and buses passing by. It makes sleeping at night quite difficult since it was noisy outside.  Overall it was a good stay.

Quite simply in my opinion the best value hotel I've stayed in Berlin. The staff are fantastic the location is perfect with a Ubahn station 20 mtrs away. You can pretty much explore the city easily from here. Breakfast is great as are the rooms super showers. Its a very relaxing atmosphere as well nothing is too much trouble

We thought this hotel was fantastic! From check in to check out we had no issues whatsoever. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional at all times. The two girls behind the bar who served us over our three days, in particular, we're brilliant. They offered a superb service and deserve recognition for their hard work. The hotel is located a few yards from the underground and is also in easy walking distance of all the popular locations; Alexanderplatz 20 mins, Brandenberg Gate 35 mins. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was immaculate and very quiet. The bed was an actual double rather than two singles pushed together, it was also very comfy. We didn't use the gym or dining room so cannot comment. If we do visit Berlin again we will stay here, it is faultless. Thanks to all the staff more your efforts and making our stay enjoyable.

Excellent location! Walking distance to the major sites. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Very fresh and every option you can think of! Staff in breakfast area and check in are very friendly, professional, and hard working. Really enjoyed staying here! The only negative is there was no way to stream from phone to tv like other hotels and none of the channels are in English except Bayern 3 radio.
