"Part of a boutique brand of art-centric European properties, Art’otel is one of six chic stays, each of which showcases pieces by different post-1945 artists, from Andy Warhol (in Berlin) to Dutch star Joepvan Lieshout in Amsterdam . At the Budapest incarnation, 579 works by contemporary U.S. painter Donald Sultan are spread across 165 sleek accommodations that overlook the Danube or Buda Castle, as well as in various common areas, from the restaurant to the meeting rooms. There’s also a fitness center and event space for up to 180 guests, but perhaps the biggest selling point is the location. Right in the center of town, the hotel sits about a 10-minute walk south of the city’s iconic Chain Bridge."

The front desk staff as very friendly and helpful. The view of Parliament from river view room was breathtaking. The location is very convenient...near grocery, pharmacy, and transportation. Can quickly walk up hill to Fisherman’s Bastion right behind hotel. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Water pressure was decent. Bath was good size. There wasn't really any storage, so unable to unpack and lived out of suitcase. Cleaning service was worst I've ever experienced. Changing towels was only thing they did. We had to repeatedly call front desk to have trash emptied or receive toilet paper. They never restocked coffee or provided clean cups. We were there two weeks and sheets were never changed. If weren’t for horrible cleaning service, would give five stars.

When I was booking my trip I had a concern that it was hard to find a hotel that was close to everything but it seemed like everything was so spread out. I do have to admit we did a lot of walking since this place is on the Buda side and we kept going to the Pest side. I was very happy with service, I emailed them about setting up a shuttle from the airport to hotel. My flight was delayed but I got off the plane and was happy to see the driver waiting I was kinda concerned they might not wait. Then I also let the hotel know a couple days before I was leaving at that I wanted to have shuttle again to go from hotel to airport at 245am. I got down the reception area about 230 am and they were waiting for me already. I think it's a nice place but as mentioned lot of walking to places. There is a grocery store just down the road not far away and also a small shop just around the corner to get drinks. I was not impressed with the restaurant though. The breakfast was good but I feel like it was rather pricey though for what you get. I would have gone to mcdonalds but it's long ways away maybe mile and half/2 miles. I would stay here again though it's a nice hotel in good area. They do have a great view of the Parliament esp at night very neat.

Serious safety issue! We stayed at Park Plaza Budapest from 20–24 December and were extremely disappointed with the level of service and safety. On the evening of 23 December, after being out all day, we returned to our room and found the door completely open. After checking, the hotel confirmed that the lock was working properly and that the housekeeper simply forgot to close the door after cleaning. This is a serious safety breach. Had anything been stolen, we would have had to contact the police. After this incident, we no longer felt safe in our room, and our holiday mood was completely ruined. Cleanliness was also far below expectations: Dust in the room A spider inside the room No proper daily housekeeping during the stay Additionally, there were technical issues: A poorly functioning bathroom faucet One morning with only cold water, no hot water at all What made the situation worse was the lack of responsibility. The hotel manager did not come to meet us at check-out, and staff said we should “just send an email.” No real attempt was made to resolve the issue on site. We booked this hotel through Radisson Rewards, trusting the brand’s standards, but unfortunately this stay did not meet even basic expectations. Safety and cleanliness should never be compromised. Sadly, this experience seriously damaged our trust in this hotel.

Very good location . We paid £30 for uber from airport to the Hotel . I think most centre Hotel similar journey . Just the fronts door you already can see the No:1 photo spots of Budapest ( Parliament building ). We choose the back view room for the Fisherman castle . Very good welcome , room size good with small fridge and kettle ( tea & coffee included). * Pillow not comfortable. Safety box battery cover missing ( so be careful if use it ) * Breakfast prices we can’t accept so not request . We have dine in on the last night we stay at the lobby restaurant , lazy to walk ( actually many restaurants around less than 10mins walk ) . Prices ok , size a bit small ! But please ignore the chicken dishes ( frozen chicken breast like rubber ). And we book with Expedia , it show will get some offer / discount, unfortunately the waitress told No . Check out on 12noon 👍🏻. Keep baggage for free if your catch evening flight. Walk to M2 🚆 “ Bridge “ Castle “ all not far .

We stayed at the Park Plaza for 2 nights whilst exploring Budapest. The location is great, right next to the Danube with views of both the castle and the parliament building. Everywhere we visited was within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The hotel is very modern and clean looking. Our room had everything we needed, it was modern, cosy and spotlessly clean. All staff around the hotel were friendly and welcoming. This hotel is excellent value for money and would highly recommend.

I do not know why this is called a Radisson. The truth is location is great, the staff is great, the food is great but but but it is very cold, the AC is not working and the hot water is working. This is not really a hotel. I would be better off staying in my car. It is warmer and more comfortable specially if you are with a family.

Very nice hotel with a fantastic outlook over the Danube and Parliament, we booked 4 nights in a superior room, took the hotel up on an offer to upgrade to a Danube view and glad we did. Wonderful views of the Parliament and right opposite the shoes on the Danube memorial.|Room was on the 6th floor and very spacious and well equipped, bathroom with a wonderful shower complete with a rain shower.|The breakfast was very good and although not advertised you can order poached eggs.|The Art Bistro was very good, serving food and drink from 12:00 till 23:00, |We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found some good restaurants nearby and a few little local pubs.
