ARTOTEL Haniman Ubud - Bali

We had a wonderful stay at Artotel Haniman Ubud. The staff were extremely polite, attentive and always ready to assist. They fulfilled every request we made, not only did they prepare a beautiful honeymoon decoration on the bed, they also surprised my husband with a birthday cake and even came to our room to sing for him. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall environment was peaceful and pleasant. For those who are driving, the hotel also provides parking space, which is very convenient. Truly a memorable stay, highly recommended. 🫶

I’ve stayed at this Hotel twice already and can fully recommended it - both the Studio 30 and 40. Located very centrally in Ubud but yet quiet and somewhat secluded. Rooms are modernly designed, well furnished and clean. The housekeeping team (and team overall) is super nice. They all did a great job, esp Lea who created cute towel art. For breakfast you get daily vouchers you can then use at the adjacent Flock restaurant. They have a dedicated breakfast menu for the hotel guests. Breakfast was delicious and the Barista is very talented in latte art. I can definitely recommend staying here and would always come back!

Highly recommend Artotel. The studios were 100% clean, very quiet and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is large with good water flow. The staff are exceptional - so polite and helpful. We were welcomed with a free drink at the adjoining cafe, complimentary biscuits and discount food vouchers.||Artotel is very good value for money. Amazing stay at ARTOTEL Ubud! 🌿✨ Our stay at ARTOTEL Ubud was absolutely perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully modern, and feels brand new — every detail is thoughtfully designed. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Ubud, yet perfectly peaceful and quiet, away from all the hustle and noise. The staff were all wonderful, kind, and always ready to help, but a special shout-out goes to Dek Was and Merta. Their towel art was incredible — such creativity and care! Every day they surprised us with a new towel creation that made us smile. Those little touches make a big difference. Also there was a nice coffee machine in the room with unlimited coffee cups, you just had to ask ☕️ In short, a stunning hotel with heart, where design, comfort, and genuine hospitality come together perfectly. We’ll definitely be back! 🌸

Honestly this place was fantastic. This hotel is situated just one road behind the main road which makes it less busy but still very accessible for food and walking around the area which includes monkey sanctuary, ARMA, and Ubud palace. Staff were really friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed and it was almost 2 hrs later that I reached but they kindly walked me up to my room as it was late. Would definitely stay here if I’m back in Ubud!

The location is excellent, close to most attractions, restaurants, and cafes (all within about 25 minutes walking). I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the services were great. They provide laundry service, a private car with driver for sightseeing at a fair price, and even affordable massage options. Just a note: if you leave food leftovers in the room, you may find ants 🐜, so it’s best to keep things tidy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to delicious restaurants and the monkey forest. Easy to get a grab to further more remote areas. Room was lovely, comfortable beds and pillows. Fabulous shower! One of the best I've experienced on this trip. Only thing is that breakfast is limited and they were often out of ingredients as it wasn't a buffet, you order off a set menu and only allowed certain drinks (e.g. have to pay extra for herbal tea). No kettle in room, need to ask for one. If you want to have food delivered to your room prepare to have to give the tray back straight away. No slippers or rove and the sink is outside in the bedroom area. When we asked for drinking glasses they told us we only got two because the restaurant next door provides them but housekeeping did clean them. Just little things. Other than that great stay
