I had a wonderful experience! The check-in process was smooth and efficient with a 2 PM check-in time, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Jakarta, making it very convenient to explore the city’s attractions, dining spots, and shopping areas. I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property is. The chic, artsy design throughout the hotel gives it a modern and stylish vibe. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to provide a hairdryer in the room, as that would make the experience even more comfortable.

Always a great stay whenever I return to Jakarta. Friendly and helpful staff that will assist you throughout your stay. Room is in good sizing and cozy. Many choices of F&B. Breakfast is good and you don’t feel rushed. Most importantly it’s near Sarinah and Sabang culinary area. Recommended!

Just held an event in ARTOTEL Thamrin and I can say they have the best services. They help me with lots of stuff, from room, meeting space, food, and many more. My recent stay at ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta was fantastic, largely thanks to the wonderful staff. Their friendliness and willingness to help made a real difference – one of them even shielded me with an umbrella on my way to the taxi during a rain shower. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of tasty options. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate croissant and the comforting chicken porridge. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable atmosphere.

I stayed only one night in Artotel Thamrin but the experience was excellent. The staff was warm and absolutely kind and did everything to made my stay as confortable as possible. They also prepare us breakfast even if we left at 4.00 am.|Only one thing, room was a little bit noisy but we were tired from the flight and we slept well despite the music of the rooftop. |I absolutely recommend this hotel.

The ambience here is really cozy and relaxing — perfect if you're looking for a slow-paced bar with a beautiful view of Jakarta’s skyline. The service is also top-notch. If you're the type who likes to ask for recommendations, the waitstaff here are super helpful and more than happy to suggest something that suits your taste. The food is also delicious and definitely worth trying. Highly recommended for a chill evening out!

We visited the hotel for pictures because this hotel was recently featured in a famous movie. We already asked for permission to a staff and proceeded to take pictures. However, after taking pictures, the security staff was very arrogant, yelling at us because we didn't make any purchase. Yes, we knew usually a purchase was customary. But we were in a hurry and thought it was OK after we asked for a permission from the other staff. If it was kinda mandatory, of course we're happy to make some purchase in the cafe/restaurant. No need for the security to yell at us. Have been hoping on to so many hotels for work and leisure, but this one is the most annoying.

Best place to stay ever! Soo clean and humble staffs as well❤️ Adel was very helpful and leaded the decoration for me during my birthday. Congrats and lovely front office team. For sure we’ll come back!
