ARTOTEL Thamrin - Jakarta

Stayed for new year eve. Location is superb, just hundred meters away from Bundaran HI and Sarinah mall. But I give review for the breakfast. Staffs are fast in giving refill. Taste amazing. Many variations too. You MUST try croissant and danish. Airy, light, crispy, perfect balance of sweet and salty✨️ I would love to return just for them. Though, the room is too dim for my preference. And the door for shower room works as a door for the closet and I just dont find it smart. Luckily, the toilet is clean and has no smell. Overall I would recommend for both single or family trip. Just remember to request for low floor.

Booked this hotel by accident, without really know where it was exactly since this would be my third visit and the first two trips I had free accommodation. But to my surprise it’s walking distance to most of the places I wanted to go and places I’m glad was near the hotel. ||My room was good for one person and it came with breakfast and the win for me was having ‘Indomie’ as part of the breakfast buffet ☺️. The breakfast spread was not lavish but good options and happy with it. Room Cleanliness, overall, I give it 4.5/5. ||Would I book this hotel again? Yes, a high possibility, if I’m traveling solo or just with my wife because its value for money, the staff were welcoming and friendly, always smiling and willing to assist. ||Thank you for making my stay a good experience.

Recommended place for staycation, business meeting and ... new year eve celebration. The location is very strategic and easy to be accessed by MRT, Transjakarta and other public transportation. I truly appreciate the greetings and the services provided. Keep up the good work, Artotel!!!

Hotel is very convenient, right beside Sarinah, where you can enjoy Filosofi Kopi till late night. It's also walkable to the mall - about a 10 minutes walk to Grand Indonesia. Room-wise, it is rather small and extremely dark (although it's supposed to be the "vibe" of the place, as shared by the reception). It could do with more charging points - for non-locals, please bring along an adaptor as well!

I love this hotel. Very chic and youthful feel and i enjoyed the vibes, even for a 50+ year old person.||Location is good, right next to Sarinah and within walking distance to many eateries and the large Grand Indonesia mall.||Price is very reasonable as well for a hotel located right in the heart of the city.||This is my 2nd stay here and I will definitely return again.

One of the best hotels in Jakarta. It's like a luxury, boutique hotel located in a great area. The service is one of the best I have ever encountered. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I never miss the breakfast buffet, so many options and it's all very good.

I had a wonderful experience! The check-in process was smooth and efficient with a 2 PM check-in time, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Jakarta, making it very convenient to explore the city’s attractions, dining spots, and shopping areas. I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property is. The chic, artsy design throughout the hotel gives it a modern and stylish vibe. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to provide a hairdryer in the room, as that would make the experience even more comfortable.
