I went in today to purchase two shirts Raul Hernandez Murillo was working there and he was extremely rude THE WORST EVER he was working towards the back and when I told him I needed help checking out he pointed to the kiosk I told him I was paying with cash and he just rolled his eyes I asked him if there was a problem since I could since the attitude he said No, so he checked me out he said my total was $34 and some change , I paid it. I put my two shirts on the counter and DID NOT SAY A WORD TO ME. I looked at him and said may I have a bag? He said bags are .20 cents. I said I’m okay with that again he rolled his eyes and grabbed a bag and tossed it on the counter , I said can you please put my merchandise in the bag ? You know ? That really isn’t my job. I said you know what ? Give me my money back . I took my receipt from my hand and started the process of the refund which clearly he could not do. It literally took him 20 minutes to do so. In the mean time his line got huge and he was super nice to everyone else but me. I told him YOU KNOW ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED HAD YOU JUST BEEN NICE SND DONE YOUR JOB, he looked at me and said HELPING YOU IS NOT MY JOB. So since GOD does not like ugly , he put him in a position to have to do something he did not know how to do, due to his ugly actions .On top of that he refunded partial the money not the entire amount . And I have the receipt to show proof. I was just too mad to stay and argue. I just left. I would like a follow up with upper management, please . This guy cannot handle customers.
