Firing their local custodian without warning to bring in a private cleaning company in their stead is pretty indicative of the attitudes driving this place: All some arts organizations aspire to be is a means to push money around the table of their owners.

My Voice is where me and my sister went. And it was Great . So much Variety in art. They also have art classes for all ages. Open to the public.

Great gallery space! Lots of weekly classes to choose from. VERY friendly and encouraging staff. They do a great job of showcasing local art talent from multiple mediums.

I adore Arts Visalia! They had a phenomenal selection of classes to enjoy. They also have a gift shop with unique handmade good from local artists.

Beginner Oil painting class. An enjoyable experience... i would have appreciated a bit more technical instruction, rather than just a prompt with a palette of colors, but i did enjoy the experience. I learned of many other experiences offered here, which I fully intend to participate in. Very casual atmosphere with friendly, informative and encouraging people. Looking forward to attending more events, and I highly recommend gor anyone with a creative itch.

It's really a blessing to have a visual arts center in this community. They have had several really good directors over the years. Kevin Bowman was a pleasure to work with, easy going, and really knew how to make things happen. They offer excellent classes for kids at quite an affordable rate and those classes are taught by highly qualified professional artists. Highly recommended.

Arts Visalia has reopened, its gallery space remodeled, so many artists' work can be showcased. Michele, the new gallery director and the Arts Visalia board, has done an amazing job during the difficult times of Covid shutdowns to keep the arts alive in Tulare County and beyond.

Creativity of exhibits brought to this venue are paralleled in the staff’s thoughtful organization, careful arrangements and diverse art forms to produce a gallery one would expect to find in a large culturally rich city.

A wonderful place to view art. The gift shop offers lovely and unique gifts well priced.

Wonderful community arts space for local and national artists. The art is diverse, well done and exhibit worthy. Exhibitions change monthly. Art Classes for children are a center piece of Arts Visalia as well as a variety of classes for adults. Av is a local gem.

I came here today and loved it! It was free to visit and even on a Friday afternoon, there was plenty of parking. In fact, there were only a few people inside. There's mostly just one big room and one small side room. You could easily comb the entire place in 30 minutes. Off to another side, there is a gift shop with lots of handmade crafts (like wooden carvings, jewelry, and pottery) from local artists and art prints for sale. There is a new exhibition every month with opening night the first Friday of each month. They also offer lots of cool art classes for adults and children. I am already planning my next visit :)
