I am a Resident Artist at Arts Warehouse (upstairs in Studio 13) and I love working and creating at AW among so many other talented and friendly artists. AW is unique in that it offers visitors the opportunity to peruse 3 large gallery spaces and visit 15 working studios in the back to watch artists creating in a myriad of mediums from oil paints to textiles to ceramics. Pop in for a First Friday Art Walk (every first Friday of the month from 6pm - 8pm) when all of the artists will be in their studios sharing their work at once. You can also register for one of the many workshops offered throughout the. month (from watercolor painting to wheel throwing). Enjoy!

It was a super cool experience to go to the Arts Warehouse. It’s about a 20 minute experience to really get into the work. The artwork was fascinating to look at. I enjoyed being able to look at the artists studios and see what art pieces they were working on. There was a guy there that was really nice and friendly and elaborated about the artwork and any questions that we had.

A very fun and fascinating place. The art is great and you get to meet the artist. Great!

Kass O'BRIEN gave a super class in clay hand molding and throwing on y wheel. She is encouraging and very talented Highly recommend this class

A gallery in Delray Beach where people can find beautiful art pieces, artists can have their studios to expand their creativity and community can get spaces to do events. Highly recommend!

Went there for charity event. What a great and unique place to have an event. The art is beautiful and unique. The event staff is very nice as well.

This business has a lot of promise but needs teachers that talk less and have their workshop students practice more. I have been to 4 of these workshops where the teacher talked for more than half of the 2 hour class and then left the students 45 minutes to actually practice what they were taught. The water color teachers are better at letting their students practice more but it's still an issue. Students of these workshops should be allowed to practice techniques as they are being taught... not for 40 minutes at the end of a 2 hour workshop.

I attended a PBS event at Arts Warehouse. Parking in the area can be problematic but I was able to find a street space a few blocks away. As indicated by its name it was a former warehouse which now has art galleries, artist studios and hosts events and workshops. They are open Wednesday through Saturday, you can visit for rotating art exhibits, and Art Walks, the first Friday of every month, 6-9 pm. Admission is free. Staff who greeted me were friendly.

I concur with Ariel's great review of Arts Warehouse. It is worth stopping in when they have exhibits. I saw three exhibits over the course of an hour. The place is big enough to handle three shows at once! I particularly loved a photography exhibition called, "I Look at the World" which featured some works by four emerging Black photographers. It was great. With our current political climate, the art speaks to our time. Be sure and explore the individual artists' studios on the first and second floors. Delray Beach has a thriving arts scene which includes the Arts Warehouse which opened in 2017 in the Pineapple Grove District. The Community Redevelopment Agency spent 2 million dollars refurbishing a warehouse where they added three gallery spaces for rotating art work and 15 artist studios. Arts Warehouse was created to be an arts incubator to emerging artists in Delray Beach,. The Arts Warehouse provides a place where they can create art while developing their careers and honing their business skills. The Arts Warehouse also offers monthly workshops to the public. By investing in the arts the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency has found a direct link to a stronger economy. The Arts Warehouse is open Wednesday through Saturday. Admission to the gallery is free. I came by to see the current exhibition and was greeted warmly by Lucas who was volunteering. Currently on display you can see Echoes Unveiled by Katya Neptune representing 20 years of her work supporting orphans in Rwanda,, Africa, and Cap Haitien, Haiti, Coming Home by resident artist Dominique Dennis who was inspired by her childhood memories of growing up in Haiti, and A certain Thread by three women artists, Rachel Anzalone, Shawna Moulton, and Yachi Yakir-Avin. The current exhibition will be on display until October 19th. If you are in Delray Beach and enjoy art, I highly recommend stopping by this cultural institution.
