HOTEL ARTUR

Highly recommended. I stayed at Artur Hotel 3 times in 5 years, and every time I came here, I witnessed that they work hard to provide better quality service to their guests. Beautiful location, CLEAN room, rich breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Congratulations and thank you for everything.👏🏻💯🙏

Even though our first day and night were difficult, we had a very good stay overall at Hotel Artur. We arrived on a hot summer evening, to find two problems. First, we were able to receive only one functioning card room card-key (which also had to be used to activate the room's electricity), for a family of four. This was inconvenient. Second, we found that the room we were given had not been air-conditioned in a while. It took about 6 hours for the air-conditioning to bring the room temperature down to a bearable level for us to sleep. After that difficult first day and night, other employees of the hotel stepped in to give us a second functioning room key so that we could keep the air conditioning on when we were outside for a few hours. Other than those issues, our stay went well and we enjoyed the hotel's central location near the seaside promenade very much.

Stayed here a couple of nights. Nice central location just a minute or so from the main promenade. Very central mcdonalds next door and plenty of other places to eat or drink nearby. Staff were polite. Breakfast very good. Wifi was a bit sketchy but still worked.

Great location! This hotel is perfect as a base for exploring Canakkle. It was clean and comfortable 3 star hotel. Breakfast is included too & was a traditional turkey breakfast. staff were friendly and helpful.|Hotel is basic but is perfect if you just need a room to sleep in.

Location is spot on! Close to all the action and ferry service. Plenty of eateries and shopping. Highlight for us was the wonderful reception staff. The english speaking female receptionist went above and beyond for us several times. Helping us find a local english speaking pharmacist and helping us navigate our way around the bus system as we made our way into Greece was exceptional and very much appreciated. Room was adequate in size, but super clean and serviced daily.

From check-in to check-out and everything in between we had an excellent experience. We can’t say enough about the staff who are incredibly friendly, helpful and their English is excellent. We were delighted to find a plate of baklava and chocolates waiting for us in our room. The hotel lobby, rooms and breakfast area are tastefully finished. The bed and linens are very comfortable. The bathroom has a roomy rain head shower and comes with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shower cap, hair dryer, bath sponge and even a disposable toothbrush and paste. One bottle of complimentary water was provided daily in addition to a small mini bar with very reasonable prices. Breakfast is included and is traditional kahvalti. We were in room 502 on the top floor which had a large terrace with a nice sunset view. The hotel is a 5 minute, 20 lire drive from the airport and right across the street from the ferry terminal. It’s a 5 minute walk from a replica of the Trojan Horse and is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. We booked 2 half day tours through the front desk the morning of our arrival. One to Troy and the second to Gallipoli to visit the ANZAC memorial sites so there’s no need to rent a vehicle. Canakkale is a lovely city and we look forward to returning to it and to the Artur Hotel.

Excellent little hotel, perfect for a visit to Gallipoli and Troy.|The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean with toiletries provided. I especially like the bigger bath towels. Everything scrupulously clean. We visit after Turkey had just come out of total lockdown, so COVID-19 restrictions were still in place which severely restricted the provision of meals. Breakfast was pre-ordered and tasty, but other meals were only available as takeaway. The normal menu in the room promised delicious meals from the restaurant next door, which was Covid-closed! Best of all at Arthur Hotel are the staff. They couldn’t do enough for you, were very knowledgeable about ever changing rules re Covid and best of all, the cost was extremely low!

The hotel was neat, a minute walk from the ferry, which was perfect.. our room was nice and clean. The staff was very welcoming and supportive when we were asking about things to do and how to get around. I liked my stay and would recommend the place.

Delicious. We walked around cannakale, tired of kebap and same ole same old. We just wanted pasta, and found that plus excellent service and coffee here too. And so reasonably priced! My pasta was only ten lira, my boyfriend had chicken tagliatelle for only 12. Definitely check this out!

Best p/r ratio, quite clean rooms, fresh and wide enough, only a few meters far away to coastal side, caffes&bars and c.centre, very nice breakfast included 90 tl per day.
