Staying at this hotel was quite an interesting experience! The room and elevator were extremely small, but as a solo traveler, it was perfectly fine for me. The young lady at the reception was very friendly, and I appreciated how everything was conveniently located nearby. Overall, a decent stay for solo travelers looking for a well-situated place!

The staff where super friendly and very helpful while we was staying at the hotel. The room was clean and fresh towels and bed was made everyday. The location was a little bit out the way from the centre but we knew this before booking the hotel and the metro was easy to get us around in no time! The room itself was great the bed was “broken” in the middle so a very uncomfortable sleep for a few days. Also we picked a room with and private bathroom and shower but when we got there the holder for the shower was completely snapped from the wall so my partner had to hold it in place whenever we had a shower. Room was very tired with wallpaper peeling off the walls etc! As we came to explore Paris and would be spending much time in the room it didn’t seem any point to moan as all we would be doing is sleeping and not spending anytime in the room itself, maybe I should have Said something but we got there at 11pm and night and after travelling all day I really didn’t want to fight to explain we wasn’t happy. The price of the hotel did reflect on a few things so I wasn’t expecting this to be a 5* venue.

stayed at this hotel from 25th to 26th January, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of support after I checked out. I accidentally left my red phone in the room (on the top of the bunk bed) and contacted the reception for help.Unfortunately, the front staff were dismissive and didn’t seem willing to assist. Despite requesting a double-check, I was told there was no phone, and the matter felt brushed aside without much effort to resolve it. It’s disappointing to feel ignored when you’re relying on a hotel for basic support.

Unfortunately, this is not a good review and I had high hopes coming here. |We were first unfortunately, not provided the room that we booked (we booked a double with private bathroom but was instead provided a twin) which still looked nothing like the photos when we checked upon reaching the room.|Upon telling reception this, they first said the photos on booking.com are of rooms they DO NOT HAVE at that location (which is 1. miss selling their customers)... and 2. they then said, if we had used the bathroom they would not swap the room. |Funnily enough, we had not used the bathroom, but the receptionist decided to come and check.... when at the room they DID NOT check the bathroom but instead saw my partner sitting in the room and said we could not swap because he had sat down (there was no change to the room at all). ---- We soon left / checked out and didn't stay at the accommodation!|1) Miss selling people of the rooms and charging incorrectly for them (Not being given the right room)|2) Poor customer service at needing a change for what we paid for / not swapping the room|3) Room (even the twin we shouldn't have been given) was tiny and the bed was right as you opened the door from the hallway as seen in the photo (me from standing in the hallway)|4) added poor cleaning, photo of the bathroom showed dirty floor and mirror.

Managed the stay. We requested 2 single beds rather than a double bed but they said we had to pay more. Room was very small and crampy. They provide free toiletries, gave us an extra pillow on request, water, juice and coffee free from downstairs kitchen. Location is about 45min walk from the Eifel Tower. Breakfast costs €8 for a very simple breakfast. Can rather pick up a meal for €5 outside one of the local restaurants. Tram is about a 15min walk from the hotel. I however don't find this hotel worth the price they charge.

The hotel was NOTHING like the photos. The bathroom was smaller than my closet at home. The TV was like something from 2010. Holes on the edges of walls. The elevator can just barely fit two people. The only good thing about it were the kind staff. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

I love this hotel, cheap as compared to others + including breakfast + perfect location near to metro or buses + safety wise + staff always wearing smile on their faces, treating well to the customers

The rooms are incredibly cramped. The elevator is so small that a coffin might be more comfortable. The shower is even smaller. In fact, there is so little leg room in the bathroom that sitting on the toilet will force you to hug the sink. But the lighting is good enough that it’s not creepy, so I can’t give it the “coffin” descriptor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable living experience, but it’s definitely cheap and relatively well located for its price.
