Arty Paris Porte de Versailles

Read the reviews before you book! The photos on the website are very deceiving, you do not get what you see. This hotel is not accessible to anyone who is not able bodied or uses mobility aids of any kind. There is a small elevator that fits two people maximum, it would not fit for example a wheelchair or a walker. There are no rooms on the ground floor. ROOM: Bad. Very small, the bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling, the shower head was broken, there was not hand soap or garbage can in the bathroom. The walls were damp and a strange colour, and the small vent that was in the bathroom was basically just a hole and had a disgusting smell that came from it every now and then, it smelled like rotten eggs and fecal matter. The door was heavy and wouldn’t stay open, very impractical for luggage. There was water damage throughout the room. The walls were white but stained and covered in dirt or some kind and other stains The walls are really thin and you can hear everything. LOCATION: Wasn't terrible, 5 minute walk to the tram for 2 stops then about 15 minutes into the city. Definitely not ideal with big luggage SERVICE: Seemed nice, we got fresh towels and shampoo packets all but one of the days. There is luggage storage available which is a plus. Do not recommend. There’s better places to stay in Paris for the same price.

I stayed in this hotel for three days, it was miserable. I was with my friend and the room was basically a cupboard. Two people couldnt move in the room at the same time. There was mold and in bathroom and the walls were dirty. There wasnt anything to hang the clothes. The bedsheets were dirty and hairy. When i told the girl in the reception for the bedsheets, she got angry and started yelling at me, she didnt even want to give me clean bedsheets but i somehow convinced her. There was so much noise from other rooms, you could hear all of that. Bathroom was the tiniest. Thankfully I am a slim woman but a fat person couldnt have fitted in that bathroom. And the rooms were cold i was freezing while sleeping during night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO NO ONE. Pay more money to another hotel but at least you sleep in a clean place.

The hotel is in fact a hostel, but with single and double rooms as well. I would give it a 4 out of five, although a giant drawback for us was the tiny size of everything. I am not a very big person, but to put your underwear in the bathroom is a challenge - you have to open the door. No space to put away your clothes and not much space for the suitcases either.Everything else is on a positiev note: friendly and helpful staff, good location for this price in this area, clean.

When they said budget they meant it. Smallest hotel room I've ever seen. No where to put your clothes besides on the radiator. No where for the suitcase,good job we only had very small bags. Could not sit on the toilet and close the door. Not very clean either. Lift could only fit one person and luggage or two people without luggage. Bizarre!! On a positive note we were there in March, freezing outside but the room was very warm. Excessively warm really but better too warm than too cold. Bedding was clean. Very friendly helpful young lady on reception.

It's a nice hotel but the bathrooms are small and the shower head holders were broken in 2 rooms out of the 3 I booked. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. If you're looking for an affordable option in Paris close to everything then it's a great option. Personally if I was to visit again I would spend a bit more to improve my experience overall as the bathrooms were too small and there was no air conditioning. They do have fans though but I had to ask reception for one as one room didn't have one.

It's a good hotel and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great, just keep in mind there's no air conditioning but they do have fans in each room. The rooms are a good size but the bathrooms are very cramped and the location of the toilet in one room made it impossible to sit on because of the wall being in the way. I booked 3 rooms all together and only one of them had a shower head stand that wasn't broken, we had to hold it for the other two. The beds were comfortable and you are able to fully open the windows. This place is an affordable option but I think the location makes it worth it more than anything else, I would probably just spend a little more to enjoy any future visits to Paris.

If in could give this nothing I would. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Pictures are SEVERLY outdated and do not reflect the actual building. Dirty, dark, damp everywhere. Random busted lockers just sitting in your room, lights hanging off the walls, no decor. There was a mattress tucked in the reception area when I went in. Immediately checked out. You’d be better sleeping on the streets.

The room is very small but clean and comfortable for adult. The place is located near convenient store and restaurant. The elevator is very small and can be used only for transferring the luggage. It is ok and suitable for adult without young kids as it costed reasonable price.
