I took my elderly mother to Naam Thai last Sunday, and Restaurant Manager Omi made our visit truly exceptional. Upon arrival, she noticed my mum felt cold and promptly turned off the fan above us for her comfort. When we ordered fish, she thoughtfully offered to have it deboned—perfect for seniors. ||Since we were seated near the pool, Omi noticed my mum admiring the view eith a smile. She kindly suggested Artyzen’s resort and spa promotions, adding a delightful touch to our meal. At billing, she even pointed out senior discounts—a considerate gesture we appreciated. ||Naam Thai’s staff, offer authentic Thai hospitality. Their attentiveness made our afternoon perfect. Personally highly recommend it, especially for families with seniors—we’ll definitely be back!

A refuge of serenity in pleasant surroundings. Breakfast and staff were amazing. Everyone learned my name immediately and greeted me with smiles. Jenna was especially nice and efficient! The room was comfortable and very clean. Despite friendliness, politeness, and goodwill, the concierge staff just weren't knowledgeable to provide correct answers to my questions.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time! This is an older grand classic hotel with no in-house casino, so nice and quiet. I was here many years ago when it still was operating as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau. Since then, the rooms have been fully renovated to a very comfortable standard. The lobby is as grand today as it ever was, absolutely fantastic! A lot of history in the walls in this beautiful hotel.||The pool-area in front of the hotel is huge and simply superb, probably the best in Macau. Beautiful!||Excellent in-house restaurants that comes with excellent service. We were very happy with all our meals and service here. The hotel also offers favorable dining offers to in-house guests which we gladly benefited from.||Very friendly and professional staff at the front desk. Great house keeping services as well.||The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle-bus service.||On the weak side; the toiletpaper-holder was loose and fell down from the wall upon arrival and had to be fixed (took a solid hour!), the ironing board was broken and had to be replaced, the carpet in our room was quite stained and needs a deep-clean badly - and most importantly, the safe in the room was standing loose and was not attached to the wall. The last issue is simply not acceptable in my opinion and calls for proper action from the hotel management.||In spite of the shortcomings mentioned, we still had a memorable and comfortable stay in this historic hotel and will probably be back again!||Very important: Make sure you book a room with beautiful pool/garden view, as the view on the other side of the hotel is not nice at all (you look into some old and ugly buildings)!

I was extremely surprised of the experience I had at the old Mandarin oriental now rebranded as Artyzen Grand Lapa. I would often times stay at Harborview due to it being a newer facility with similar amenities. However, this hotel provides a crib, which is really important for us since we have a little infant. Another huge positive is that the rooms are relatively larger than other rooms in a similar price range. Included in the hotel fee is access to their clubhouse and pool. The clubhouse has a playground for kids of all ages. Although our kid is an old enough to fully use the facilities, if she were bigger, she would definitely have enjoyed the playground. The pool surprisingly big and is for adults and kids. For those swimmers who want a deeper pool, there is a section of the pool that reaches 2.2 m. Finally, I think the food quality is quite excellent for the price. We spent two nights at this hotel and I got the burger on both days for dinner while my wife purchased the African chicken on one night and some fusion food on the other. Mind due to that they have a promotion where if you use your Hsbc or bank of China credit card, you’ll get 15% off your bill, which I thought was a huge perk. Overall, five stars throughout and we will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

for such a non expensive price to get a 5 star rated hotel, absolutely amazing. the service in the hotel lobby was great, have free tea for you to drink, staff opening doors for you, with a polite manner. the room was pretty big, very comfortable. one of the best experience is the very big pool with a massage pool next to it, u can enjoy yourself in the massage pool even if you don’t know how to swim. an absolutely amazing experience in this hotel!

Definitely gonna stay in this hotel ! The Front Dest Patrick was amazing and very nice to us . I love his service! He always smile and he even arrange us a connecting room knowing that we have 2 rooms. He is very helpful and even allowed us to check out until 1pm. It really means to us and we enjoyed our stay without any worries at all .. my baby also celebrated his 3rd birthday and he offered us a cake . We really appreciate everything. Thank you !
