"Superlatives reign at this massive Palm Beach resort. Among the outsize offerings? The biggest casino in Aruba , with more than 500 slot machines and 26 gaming tables, as well as the island’s largest spa. Its 414 accommodations aren’t lacking for space either: Each room has a walk-in closet, double-sink bathroom, and private balcony; the highest-end suites are so palatial their balconies alone measure up to a sprawling 500 square feet—with ocean views to sweeten the deal. When you’re not playing roulette or indulging ina moisturizing coconut-milk wrap, kick back in one of the beachside palapas , or practice your breaststroke in the free-form pool, complete with cascading waterfalls and a volleyball net (a serene adults-only pool features a swim-up bar if that’s more your speed). In keeping with the more-is-more theme, guests are spoiled for choice with seven on-site restaurants, bars, and cafés, including a Ruth’s Chris Steak House, where the 500-degree plates ensure another best—the hottest meal in town."

Our room was great. If you are getting a pull out bed, just know the bed is not the greatest. Ask for more pillows as my wife and I needed 2 for under our head. The front desk staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The food and drinks are a bit expensive for what you get but figured that would be the case with any tourist area. Overall great time.

Once again I had a fabulous time while vacationing in Aruba. I will never get tired of visiting this beautiful place. I was traveling with family and we spent a week at our timeshare and then extended our vacation at the Marriott Stellaris. Being that this was our 27th visit we were able to see some of the people that always make our trip memorable. Jeffery Cores is one hard working man. As busy as his job is, he always makes time to not only check in with me but with my family as well. Ben is the big boss but he also makes sure to stop by and say hello. Rossinny and Visia are both very friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate how they make us feel so relaxed. We had the pleasure of meeting Raymond who worked at the VIP desk and was very nice and friendly. Although there is renovations taking place at the resort, it did not affect our experience. We had a delicious dinner at Ruth Chris and looking for to our next visit. Every time we visit Aruba we have the best time.

Overall, a decent property with a few large issues. The rooms are large, not overly-dated, and our air conditioning worked well for our entire stay. The service was also pretty good at the front desk and at the amenities. They will set up a spot for you on the beach and serve you (very expensive) drinks and food. Out front, there are usually taxis ready to take you wherever you need to go. However, there was ongoing construction around the resort. While we were informed of this at check-in, we were told that the construction was isolated to the south tower, so we should not be affected in the north tower. Imagine our surprise when we got off the elevator on our floor and were greeted with a large construction wall and the smell of welding right outside the door to our room. This was a bad start, but it only got worse when our relaxation time by the pool was interrupted multiple days by loud hammering, cutting, and drilling. Another, even more permanent, downside to the resort is the fact that you are constantly bothered by timeshare people. They try to present themselves as typical hotel concierge staff and are very hesitant to be honest with you, so naive guests may be roped into something they do not want to be a part of. In summary, a fine place to stay if the price is right, but in my opinion there are higher quality places to go on the island.

rarely leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I recently stayed at this Marriott expecting the level of quality and relaxation I’ve come to associate with the brand, especially given that this was advertised as an “ocean view” room. Let me be clear. There is no true ocean view. What I got was a partial glimpse of the water over a sea of parked cars. I’m not exaggerating. My “view” was primarily a parking lot. Calling this an ocean view is not only misleading, it’s disappointing for anyone hoping to wake up to serene beach vibes. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt off. There was no welcoming island vibe, no attention to detail, and definitely no wow factor. For a destination hotel, especially in a place as beautiful as this, the experience was flat. It felt more like a mid-tier motel with a high-end price tag. I’ve stayed in Aruba before at resorts that were peaceful, polished, and true to their marketing. This was not that. If you’re planning a special trip and want something that feels like a relaxing, luxurious escape, this probably isn’t the place.

We have been here for 5 nights and I have nothing but good things to say. I was worried based on some negative reviews regarding construction and other various things. Don’t let those reviews deter you! Everyone here is so nice and accommodating. The construction noise is minimal and it’s only during the day. We were able to take a solid afternoon nap with no issue. There is music in the lobby at night but you are in Aruba so it’s expected! We reserved beach chairs in advance for a little extra but I also saw empty ones so thinking we would have been fine booking the complimentary ones. Resort is very clean and plenty of good food on site and within walking distance. Beautiful resort and beautiful island!

Gave the rating I did because they only kept 3 of the 5 reservations we made and it happened two years in a row. They gave alternate rooms (King bed instead of double queens) for the time being until other people checked out and then they moved the two rooms to the correct style the next day. The front desk was really hesitant to offer much compensation for the reservation error. It just seems like they overbooked and also there was construction at the same time which means less rooms overall available. Just wanted to share the lessons learned so others have the info and can make their own decision.

everyone on the staff is SO incredibly nice and accommodating. the 2 stars is strictly from the hotel itself. told us that construction was from 10-6 yet we were woken up at 7am to hammering every single morning directly above us. entire hotel stinks like mold and we were all waking up with a scratchy throat and stuffy noses because of it. if you’re coming as an adult couple wanting to relax, pick somewhere else as this is a very kid-friendly, loud, party environment. everyday was happy hour with a dj at the pool playing a million outdated songs. so many other hotels on the island that are worth the money

Have stayed many times at the Marriott Stellaris - Aruba and it never disappoints. Especially love the casino! We have had exceptional customer service and specifically would like to call out Jeffery C. the slot manger. He went above and beyond our expectations- Highly recommend this hotel and casino when visiting Aruba!
