We had an unexpected and very scary situation while staying at the Marriott Stellaris Casino when our son became very sick, and I can honestly say the hospitality we received was the best we have ever experienced at any hotel, anywhere.
From the moment staff learned what was happening, they took care of our family in ways that went far beyond expectations, including arranging free transportation to and from the hospital at 1:00 a.m. when we needed it most. Edward deserves special recognition for checking on us multiple times throughout our stay and thoughtfully bringing our kids children’s books to help keep them comfortable and distracted during a stressful time.
We also want to thank Gabriel, one of the servers on the beach, who went truly above and beyond by going into the kitchen and having homemade chicken soup made from scratch for us. That small act of kindness meant more than words can express.
The compassion, care, and humanity shown by the entire Marriott team turned an incredibly difficult experience into one where we felt supported, cared for, and never alone. We will never forget it. Thank you to everyone at the Stellaris.
