Aruba Surfside Marina

We really loved this place! It was very clean, in a great location (everything was either walking distance, or a short drive away), and the staff were super nice! The view from our balcony, where our lovely breakfast was served every morning, was amazing! If we ever make it back to Aruba, we will definitely stay again! We did purchase a fan to sleep with, to drown out music from a restaurant/bar located a short walk down the beach, and that worked great!

Amazing hotel by Surfside beach. Has private beach and it’s right next to 3 restaurants and beach clubs. 10 mins walk to downtown. Love it!

We had an excellent stay at the Aruba Surfside Marina last September (2024). The breakfast at the balcony overlooking the ocean was very nice. The room was very spacious and tidy.||There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby.||Thank you for the outstanding service and the attentive staff.

If you want to sleep find another place. Next to a race track, Nightclub included best dj iv'e heard no sleep al night, loudest beats ever. + a fridge with a jet engine to keep you awake. If youre a vampire this is the place for you. The rest was pretty decent.

The place is amazing! The rooms are air-conditioned and we had breakfast in the outdoor veranda. With clean waters, the hotel is located in front of the "Pinchos Bar and Grill" and of a small seaport. You can reach the center of Oranjestad in 15 minutes by foot.

This is definitely a gem not far from all activities. We loved the oceanside view from our room. Having breakfast on the balcony facing the ocean was a plus. We cannot say enough about Marta who helped us with breakfast and our room. She was delightful to chat with and has such a beautiful spirit. Thank you to Ms. C. the office manager who was also great. Once my husband told her I was vegan she went the extra mile to make sure my breakfast was vegan friendly. All of the staff was very friendly. The room had a good size refrigerator which we appreciated. The couch could have been a little more comfortable and that is why I only gave a 4 but other than that a 5 would be appropriate because we spent all of our time outdoors. We were lucky enough to view a wedding reception on the beach side courtyard during our stay. The marketplace shops are within walking distance, but you can take a taxi if needed. Reflections and Barefoot restaurant are right on the beach minutes from your room. We traveled to Aruba with friends who have been there several times. We would definitely love to return.

The rooms are cute with a great view, staff is friendly. It’s a great no frills place to stay. And it’s at a nice middle ground between the popular parts of the island, with some neat close by places if you don’t want to drive or take a taxi.||I mean, who spends a vacation only in their room and only in a resort? This has what you need.

We stayed 10 days at Aruba Surfside Marina for our 25 wedding anniversary and they made us feel very special. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back again!!!!!!!!||They did have 2 events in the courtyard while we were there but for us it wasn't an issue. When we went to bed we closed our bedroom door and it wasn't too loud and I had no problems sleeping but it was pretty loud in the living room but again not an issue for us.||The beach out front is beautiful and not crowded at all and the sunsets were amazing. There are no chairs out on the beach but you can take the lounge chairs out there, it would be nice if they had some light weight chairs that you could take onto the beach to enjoy the sunsets but we hauled out the lounge chairs for us. ||Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Having a microwave and a full size fridge was great!! Even had a small ice maker in the freezer that I made good use of. A/C worked very well and kept our room cool.
