Arubiana Inn

We are currently staying here. It’s now our 3rd day and have yet to find anyone to speak with. Office is still closed! We had to check ourselves in. That would have been fine if we would have known. We arrived to the whole place locked up. Our phones didnt have service so we couldn’t call anyone. We just screamed and banged on the door until another person heard us. Apparently our keys were in a mailbox but no one told us that. Our tv remote doesn’t work and the safe is broken. I’m certainly ok with having a basic room but this is ridiculous. Never again will I stay here. We have been waiting to speak to someone since we arrived. It’s now Monday and still no one here.

Extremely Disappointing. Not Worth the Money While the price and photos on the website might seem like a good deal, spending $140 on this room was an absolute waste. The photos online were completely misleading. The actual room looked nothing like them. As shown in the photos I’ve attached, the room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. There was grime on the counters, in the bathroom, and inside both the microwave and the fridge. The sheets and blankets were filthy. We even found a lizard in the room. To make matters worse, the front desk tried to claim we hadn’t paid, even though we had already booked and paid online. It felt like a shady attempt to charge us again. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration. This hotel is not worth your time or money.

Really enjoyed my stay at Arubiana Inn Hotel. Staff were really helpful and accommodating the minute arrived. Couldn't ask for a better location, 10 minute walk to Eagle beach and 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. |Rooms are spacious, very clean and tidy, housekeeping around everyday offering fresh towels and toiletries., Pool area really nice too. Air conditioning worked perfect in the room too and great showers.

Small, cozy hotel. I got the value for the price. 👍🏽👍🏽|The staff is wonderful!!! About 1 mile from Eagle beach. Close to grocery stores. I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Also a short drive to the busy strip. And free parking if you have a vehicle!

Great location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel is very cozy, quiet, comfortable and safe. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Rose was excellent! She was very professional and friendly. She was very accomodating with my requests and had excellent communication before I even arrived. Hair dryer and iron are at the front office. Great value. Only reccomendation is to relocate the street sign and add some lights to it since is not easily visible from the main road and you can miss the entrance. Will highly recomend if you want a relaxing time on a budget. Will be coming back!

Room was spacious with everything we needed. Excellent shower. Great storage. Outlets where we needed them. Nice pool area. Great and very kind staff all around. They did a dinner with Arubian food and a BBQ while we were there which were both good.||Quiet neighborhood. There aren't a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk though there are multiple supermarkets, one of them super. We had a car so no issue. Quinta del Carmen across the street was very good. Try the chef's choice tapas. Eagle beach is a hot but manageable 20 minute walk.

Small and Very clean and organized facility. Very attentive and easy-going staff. Pretty much all I was hoping to find during a holiday stay|It's quite conveniently located not far from Eagle Beach (need a car..) - if you are looking for a place to stay that wraps up some local flavor, far from the giant-sized Palm Beach hotels..this is a place I would suggest!

Nice staff and clean facility. Beach was within walking distance, as were grocery stores and one nice restaurant. Facilities were in need of major upgrades; outer doors did not seal shut, no exhaust fan in bathroom, beds and linens need replacing, no coffee maker in room as advertised, etc. We were surprised to be asked for $100 security deposit on check-in. What hotel does that? All in all, it’s about what you would expect for the price you pay. So it’s not bad for a night or two if you’re on a budget. People were friendly.
