Extremely Disappointing. Not Worth the Money While the price and photos on the website might seem like a good deal, spending $140 on this room was an absolute waste. The photos online were completely misleading. The actual room looked nothing like them. As shown in the photos I’ve attached, the room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. There was grime on the counters, in the bathroom, and inside both the microwave and the fridge. The sheets and blankets were filthy. We even found a lizard in the room. To make matters worse, the front desk tried to claim we hadn’t paid, even though we had already booked and paid online. It felt like a shady attempt to charge us again. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration. This hotel is not worth your time or money.

Small, cozy hotel. I got the value for the price. 👍🏽👍🏽|The staff is wonderful!!! About 1 mile from Eagle beach. Close to grocery stores. I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Also a short drive to the busy strip. And free parking if you have a vehicle!

Really enjoyed my stay at Arubiana Inn Hotel. Staff were really helpful and accommodating the minute arrived. Couldn't ask for a better location, 10 minute walk to Eagle beach and 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. |Rooms are spacious, very clean and tidy, housekeeping around everyday offering fresh towels and toiletries., Pool area really nice too. Air conditioning worked perfect in the room too and great showers.

Great location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel is very cozy, quiet, comfortable and safe. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Rose was excellent! She was very professional and friendly. She was very accomodating with my requests and had excellent communication before I even arrived. Hair dryer and iron are at the front office. Great value. Only reccomendation is to relocate the street sign and add some lights to it since is not easily visible from the main road and you can miss the entrance. Will highly recomend if you want a relaxing time on a budget. Will be coming back!

Room was spacious with everything we needed. Excellent shower. Great storage. Outlets where we needed them. Nice pool area. Great and very kind staff all around. They did a dinner with Arubian food and a BBQ while we were there which were both good.||Quiet neighborhood. There aren't a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk though there are multiple supermarkets, one of them super. We had a car so no issue. Quinta del Carmen across the street was very good. Try the chef's choice tapas. Eagle beach is a hot but manageable 20 minute walk.

I cancelled a booking with free cancellation more than 17 days ago and contacted them because of the refund for the first time seven days later. After a short answer saying that they were looking into this matter nothing happened until I wrote them another message 5 days later. I sent them my credit card information for the refund and again I didn’t hear back from them for another four days when they asked me to fill out another form which said that they could authorize a payment with my credit card information and a signature. I asked them if that was really necessary since they just need to book the money back and again I didn’t hear anything from them. So I’m still waiting for a refund of almost US $ and out seems like they don’t really care to pay it back.

First, must make sure we are comparing apples to apples. This is not in on the water five-star resort. So with that expectation set:||Pros: ||Very nice staff.|Very clean . |Price is right. |Pool and courtyard area is grand. Lounge chairs very comfortable.|Homemade breakfast available . ( Additional cost , reasonable.) |Very close to Super Food grocery store . |Courtyard is locked to the outside world at night.|Free internet . ( Worked well) ||Cons: ||Aged and dated rooms. ( clean but cramped and old ) |King Bed was not comfortable. ( Sorry Arubianna , just not good ) |No hot water initially. ( resolved on its own quickly ) |Cleaning product used left an overpowering odor in the room AND around the inn . ( Fabulouso anyone ) ||All in all think of this as a three star hotel back in the states. We stayed for 2 nights , 3 days.||Check in process was odd. When I made the reservation I never got a confirmation email. I called back about a month later and they said yes it was on the books. I asked them for a reservation email and they said sure and I never got it then either. Oh well… || There was no one at the front office and no instructions on how to get in even though we had reservations. I had to call three different numbers on a paper in the office window but when she did answer she was very friendly and told me my key was in an envelope in a plant in front of the building. ||The pool and courtyard area was simple but very clean. All the other guests left each day so we had the courtyard to ourselves. Lounge chairs were very nice and comfortable. ||They clean with a very strong smelling cleaning agent. We ended up buying air fresheners for the room to try to mask the odor. It just turned it into a weird Apple cinnamon Fabuloso. But all was very clean .||Bed was sub-par. ||We would go back if there was a different bed and cleaning agent was modified . Those two things were very discouraging. |Simple fixes .

Small and Very clean and organized facility. Very attentive and easy-going staff. Pretty much all I was hoping to find during a holiday stay|It's quite conveniently located not far from Eagle Beach (need a car..) - if you are looking for a place to stay that wraps up some local flavor, far from the giant-sized Palm Beach hotels..this is a place I would suggest!
