Great value for the price. Beautiful rooftop bar with friendly and accommodating staff. Centrally located in Arusha with lots of great restaurants and nightclubs within walking distance. Located just off the main road so it is relatively quiet but easy to start your safari. Offers a nice view of Mount Meru

The place was super nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very great location in the middle of the town. Nice rooftop bar. A place which is really affordable and worth staying.

We had a slight communication issue before our arrival, but the staff, especially Estha, handled everything well with care. She was responsible and quickly helped us sort things out, and gave us the assurance we needed. The hotel's location is another big plus – right in the heart of the city with easy access to supermarkets, the bus terminal, and other conveniences. Yet, despite being so central, the atmosphere was quiet and escape from hustle and bustle.

It's a hostel not a hotel. They don't have self contained rooms. The place was clean. If they could make the rooms more comfortable by changing the bedding and use more appealing sheets and covers.

indeed a good place for backpackers! first I stayed one night in a double room with my friend for 30.000tsh. came back a month later and the price was 48.000tsh for the same room. we travelled on a low budget, so I asked the manager how come the price had changed — without hesitation, he told us we could stay for the same amount as last time! I can definitely recommend this place.

The staff is nice. All spaces are cleaned often. The location is conveniently central. The price is affordable. However, BIG problem with BEDBUGS. Several rooms have bed bugs and they need to fomigate the hostel, clean the bed sheets at 90 degrees celcius and possibly change the mattresses. We got bitten the first night and changed room two times until we thought we had found a room free from bugs - until we got again bitten the last night and decided to leave. Since the first night, nothing was done. The rooms weren’t closed and no team to fumigate was called. The way the manager handled our complain was absolutely unacceptable. She was desrespectful, leaving us alone in the reception without answers, and shows she is not ready to work with international standards. The hostel showed no interest or support when I showed my body covered in bites. “We’re sorry”, was the only answer with no further support or elaboration provided. The treatment we received is not acceptable. In a normal place, we would have been offered help to buy a cream or skin treatment and the refund of at least one of the 6 nights we spent in the hostel. This is a public health issue.
