Arverna Cit'hotel Vichy

I booked this hotel using Delta miles, and I had a wonderful stay. Cozy, perfectly clean, high quality mattress/linens/towels, a bottle of filtered water (you can refill it as much as you want, and I also used it to bring the thermal water), delicious breakfast (specially yogurt!), and the true hospitality. I am looking forward to the next stay. Thank you so much!

Wonderful small hotel a short walk from the train station. The owner and his partner are charming gents. The hotel is very cute. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The location is close to many of the attractions and is situated in a quiet area.

What a lovely experience I had here. The Arverna provides topnotch service, a quiet yet very convenient location (I never needed to use my car, just walked everywhere), and a beautiful garden patio where I enjoyed breakfast among the flowers. The hosts were kind and attentive, with excellent restaurant recommendations for me. They even surprised me with a gift on my birthday! I'll go back to Vichy...not just for the waters, but to stay here again.

This was our third stay in this great hotel. A friendly welcome, comfortable, clean rooms with everything you need for a good stay and a great breakfast. Look forward to our next visit. Very reasonable car parking available a short walk away or on the street outside the hotel.

The perfect hotel, The guys that run the hotel are amazing, fabulous service. Rooms are immaculate , everything has been beautifully designed and carefully thought out. The garden is so pretty with a terrace and plants. The owners can’t do enough to help you. It’s the best place we’ve stayed in a long time. Funky art and furniture everywhere. We loved it. Fantastic helpful and personal service. Couldn’t fault it at all. Would highly recommend it, wish we were staying longer.

What an absolute delight!!! Smack in the middle of the old city, the owners (including the 17-year old doggie) are the nicest people on earth, and the place is fully renovated, with whimsical art throughout. It doesn’t get any better.

Once in a while you find a hotel that gets everything right. What an absolute gem. Great people, tastefully decorated, big clean rooms. Just perfect. Very very highly recommended.|There's a multistorey carpark nearby as well. I just love the place.

We stayed at this hotel for the Ironman Vichy event, for four night. The rooms are spacious enough, extremely clean and very well-appointed. Everything in the room is top-notch, including the kettle and cups, the air-conditioning, bedding, lighting and bathroom. ||||The breakfast was excellent. The service was also friendly and very efficient. The managers went out of their way to provide a very early breakfast on race morning, and did this cheerfully. ||||The managers were very friendly, offering any assistance needed, had excellent restaurant suggestions and were very capable with the logistics of our event, including bike storage and going in and out with our equipment. They also arranged for a shuttle to get to the race site so early on race morning. ||||Overall, the experience was perfect, but the cheerfulness and efficiency of the managers made it absolutely exceptional in my estimation. I've been in a lot of hotels for race events, but I've not often had such a great welcome.
