Nice location Restaurant was good and the food was good but the toilets were absolutely shocking. Management really need to wake up and have a cleaning system in place. High traffic and peak season means you need to clean toilets hourly!!!!!!

As for the view and the location is definitely 5 stars , but the hotel , restaurant and especially the receptionists are terrible. The room was very cold, if you have a kid with you they would be freezing , we asked the receptionist for help and they said they would bring a heater but no than we asked twice but they would keep saying the same thing and we ended up without a heater on our room. The ambient at the pool was to cold you would start to shake . For the restaurant, the waiters weren't friendly and positive, the food was cold and we asked to reheat the food. When we asked for the bill we paid the amount on the bill and then they said we have to pay extra for the dessert we added the last and than said that the coffee was on the house . I don't think it's worth it.

The food was terrible and i had to wait 1 hour for just a pizza, my kid was starving and didnt get his food the food was cold and it was very soggy. One of the worst hotels i hvae ever been in. Everything else was beat like the sking resoirt and other stuff but another thing was the rat in the toilet, a rat came out the toilet and bit my kid and ge got rabies.

I have to say that Staff is very kind. But very very few staff.|4-5 people which works on the same time on Restaurant Bar and Waiter, Reception. To it gave me the feeling that those people are overwhelmed. From the morning 8 until 23:00 same people working is not a good thing to see. |Then of course you have to wait 20-30 mins just to order because only 1-2 man cannot serve 30 tables on the same time.||The restaurant works until 23:00, but not the kitchen. I was lucky I came for dinner at 8. All that was left on the menu's were pizzas :/|Paying with Card at restaurant was not working -> Another backup POS is very much needed.||Not any Parking Lot Worker -> This is concerning, because people can block your car by parking after you, therefore you have to wait until X person finish his day because you also have no network to call that person. I'd to wait 3-4 hours until that person finished his day on skiing. If there was anyone who takes care of parking lot by not letting people to park the car how they want, this would not happen.||Cleaning not done on time, I went to the room for check in and saw that the room was not cleaned, because there're very few cleanser for the amount of the rooms.

The service is horrible!!! Me and my friends got ignored by the waiters, they have a lot of attitude and they just took a tip for themselves without even asking if I wanna leave a tip. This place is horrible!

"I paid 20 euros for a ski pass that takes you to the ski slopes, which then implies you can use other lifts to go up. But unfortunately, only the main lift was operational. I asked one of the workers why the other lifts weren’t running, and he responded in the worst way possible: 'What do you think, that we’ll waste so much electricity just for these few people?' This was because it was a weekday and not the weekend. This is outright exploitation, and it’s terrible!||||Even though I paid for a 20-euro ski pass, I couldn’t even use 40% of the services!||||Additionally, the staff at the restaurant near the ski slopes are extremely unfriendly. I understand they’re exhausted from working overtime without breaks, but it’s awful to see them struggling with so many people. Even if you greet them, they give you a cold and dismissive look.||||On top of that, when I was served a 'Sharr burger,' it was ice cold. I complained to the waiter, but he completely ignored it and didn’t even care!"

I dined at the restaurant when there were no other guests. I ordered a pizza and a water. My understanding of the region is that waiters do not typically hand you the check unless you ask for it, because it is viewed to be rude to give someone the check (you are kicking out the guest). When my pizza arrived the check was given to me immediately (I didn’t ask for it), and the waiter demanded I pay for it immediately, before I even got to eat. This is extremely rude by not much regional standards but also worldwide standards. There was no one else at the restaurant. It was as if he had typecast me as a solo traveler of a specific ethnicity and did not trust that I’d pay for my meal.

Very good location and the only one hotel in the surrounding. Toilet is tiny and dirty. Restaurant tables, accessories for dinning and glasses are not washed properly. Guests were heavy smoking in the lobby. Water in the pool not very warm.
