The food is mid, meat was harsh not easy to eat but tasted good, Pasta tasted weird like it's been leftover The tall waiter was amazing with us at first But then another waiter came to service he was short kinda fat and angry all the time, after we ate he kicked us out he kept saying things with his hands waving in air like "go out!!" Even tho we didn't do anything to upset him and other waiters were wandering too why he acted like this i was happy at first with the tall waiter he was helpful but the other short waiter was loud unpleasant behaviour and now i know why the restaurant didn't had many customers

The food was overall good, but it took long to arrive and the waiter was forgetting about us or to bring us everything we ordered. Prices were okay but there wasn’t a single waiter who was talking any other language than Albanian and it was hard to communicate.

The staff are not friendly, they practically don't give you a menu, but they verbally offer you two or three things that you don't even know what they are or how much they cost. Slow in bringing food, quite dirty environment and considering that it is located in the Gorani region and that most of the visitors are from that speaking area, they don't have a menu in Bosnian or at least in English.

Nice location Restaurant was good and the food was good but the toilets were absolutely shocking. Management really need to wake up and have a cleaning system in place. High traffic and peak season means you need to clean toilets hourly!!!!!!

As for the view and the location is definitely 5 stars , but the hotel , restaurant and especially the receptionists are terrible. The room was very cold, if you have a kid with you they would be freezing , we asked the receptionist for help and they said they would bring a heater but no than we asked twice but they would keep saying the same thing and we ended up without a heater on our room. The ambient at the pool was to cold you would start to shake . For the restaurant, the waiters weren't friendly and positive, the food was cold and we asked to reheat the food. When we asked for the bill we paid the amount on the bill and then they said we have to pay extra for the dessert we added the last and than said that the coffee was on the house . I don't think it's worth it.

The food was terrible and i had to wait 1 hour for just a pizza, my kid was starving and didnt get his food the food was cold and it was very soggy. One of the worst hotels i hvae ever been in. Everything else was beat like the sking resoirt and other stuff but another thing was the rat in the toilet, a rat came out the toilet and bit my kid and ge got rabies.

I have to say that Staff is very kind. But very very few staff.|4-5 people which works on the same time on Restaurant Bar and Waiter, Reception. To it gave me the feeling that those people are overwhelmed. From the morning 8 until 23:00 same people working is not a good thing to see. |Then of course you have to wait 20-30 mins just to order because only 1-2 man cannot serve 30 tables on the same time.||The restaurant works until 23:00, but not the kitchen. I was lucky I came for dinner at 8. All that was left on the menu's were pizzas :/|Paying with Card at restaurant was not working -> Another backup POS is very much needed.||Not any Parking Lot Worker -> This is concerning, because people can block your car by parking after you, therefore you have to wait until X person finish his day because you also have no network to call that person. I'd to wait 3-4 hours until that person finished his day on skiing. If there was anyone who takes care of parking lot by not letting people to park the car how they want, this would not happen.||Cleaning not done on time, I went to the room for check in and saw that the room was not cleaned, because there're very few cleanser for the amount of the rooms.

The service is so bad! We waited for the waiter for a long time, only for him to tell us in the end that they don't serve coffee.
