Exceptional and authentic hospitality in a wonderful place! We were welcomed and taken care of, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Joanna and Maria were fantastic, and the breakfast truly surprised us! The accommodation is very close to the square of Milia, and it also offers parking space for cars. I will definitely return to this beautiful place.

Milies is a lovely little village at the heart of the Pelion Peninsular and Archontika Filippidi is a beautifully restored mansion house , down an old donkey track from the central square. Finding it is not easy BUT its totally worth it - for the stunning views, the excellent home-made breakfast and the welcome you will undoubtedly get from Ioanna.||Sitting on the terrace looking out over the Pagasitikos Gulf, whilst drinking good coffee and eating home made pies and cakes, is an abiding memory..||Go - you will not be disappointed.

OMG. Best value for money EVER. Amazing meet&greet by Ioanna and her beautiful 1 y.o son. Home cooked breakfast/huge/fresh/home made! Stunning views. Perfect location 50 metres from the town centre. Large parking. The VIBES-1865 building!!! Last but not least, the SMILE 🌻 of Ioanna!

Beautiful homestay! The building is old, but taken care of by the owner very well. In the upstairs part there is a common area for everyone to sit and relax on the round sofa. The room is small but comfortable. It was clean, and nice. I would probably suggest for bringing your own hairdryer because the one in my room was not working that well. There is breakfast too btw -- breads, jams, coffee, juice, boiled egg and homemade pie by the owner. It is not buffet but really nice. I would recommend this place.

Great host, amazing fresh breakfast with great view and traditional homemade delicacies, very quite and safe, A/C, traditional style and clean feel! Gmaps will send you to the right place. (Not always the case in this area).
