Google
A fun place to share and try new things. I love the chimichurri sauce, it adds such a good flavor to the meats. Didn't love everything on the platter, but it was a fun experience. Roasted chicken and flank steak was my favorite. Husband loved one of the sausage flavors the best. Told waitress I needed all meat gluten free and she agreed it was. When it came there was fried and battered items all mixed in with the steak, so disappointed here. I had to only eat things not touching the fried items. Veggies side are mostly peppers. Mashed potatoes are good.

The food was pretty good. Some of it was very unique. Our server was the sweetest and helped us so much! She recommended the perrillada asado for feeding three people, and i think it worked out well for us, but it could differ from group to group. The tripe, sweet bread, and blood sausage were very interesting and not for me, so be aware. It also comes with three sides, which are good sizes. They also have an array of beautiful deserts!

Google
Wow wow wow! Food is great! Only other place I've had food like this was in Miami. This place tops it with the fresh waters and the killer view of the mountains. I had the pineapple mint Agua fresca. The plate on my post is the utah. Yes, it does come with picanha. We ordered their house salad. The salad was very refreshing. Dressing is on the salty side. I didn't taste it and just poured it all. Good but I would have used a little less. This place is a must.

Google
Have been here 3 different occasions since its opening. I would have rated at 5 Stars back at its opening. The asado fries are great, empanadas are great. The main reason for the low review is our ribs were tough and also the steak had no flavor. In my opinion you shouldn’t have to add salt or seasoning to a correctly cooked meat. I asked the waiter why our ribs and steak were so tough. He didn’t even reduce the bill, just said next time it will be better. Hmm? There won’t be a next time.. sorry folks I was disappointed.

Google
Our first experience getting Argentinian food. Very delicious high quality meat. We got the Parillada. Great dessert too!

Google
Amazing food. It tastes very fresh and high-quality. For example, it seems like they make their own noodles. We’ve been here twice now and are happy with the food! They do a great job with every genre. The tuxedo cake (not pictured) was incredible as well! Our server, Lissette, was amazing and so friendly. She did fantastic and was so kind and helpful.

Google
We arrived just 20 minutes before closing, and instead of turning us away, the staff welcomed us with big smiles and open hearts. They made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. Everyone was incredibly friendly and took time to connect with us—sharing stories from their home countries and genuinely engaging with our family. It happened to be my daughter’s 19th birthday, and they brought out the entire staff to celebrate with us, bringing instruments for us to play and turning the evening into a joyful, unforgettable experience. It was, without a doubt, the best birthday dinner we’ve ever had. The kindness, warmth, and positive energy of everyone working there truly made this night special. The food was amazing and so filling, the perfect compliment to such a joyful evening. We will absolutely be back—and we’ll be telling everyone we know to go too. Thank you for making a memory we’ll never forget.

Google
Delicious food! VERY heavy. The complimentary bread was incredible, especially with the chimichurri. We got a few empanadas (beef and ham and cheese), which were okay. I wouldn’t get the empanadas again, personally. Didn’t seem worth it. I got the Chivito sandwich and my husband got the Choripan sandwich. Both were great! Neither of us could finish ours, because the meals are very heavy. We also got some horchata, which was excellent.

Yelp
The Carne Asada Fries were amazing!! This was some great food! Great service and I'm definitely going back! Also had a great Ribeye Steak!

Yelp
Server was very rushed and impatient to begin with. The cloth napkins were wet and we requested another set yet they were wet again. Bone marrow was cold on the inside and not once did the server apologize for any of the issues above. Very indifferent and lack of concern. It's really too bad as it used to be such a welcoming place with amazing food. People they now hire with absolutely no work ethics.

Yelp
If there's one thing that Asado does really well, it's the meats! I was really impressed that with the 1/2 chicken I got, it was still flavorful under the skin and very juicy and moist. The mashed potatoes were silky smooth, which i realize some like chunks, but this was awesome. I really appreciated that the server gave some honest insight into which side dishes were better than others. The complimentary bread is always so good. The only downside was our waiter disappeared for about 20-30 minutes, so our water wasn't filled for quite some time. Otherwise, a great night out!

Yelp
I like the taste, the service and the exterior and interior. The lady who serve us was friendly and helpful. She explained the different cut of steak and help us avoided a drier cut. The fried fish fillets were so light and flavorful. The rice. I am a fan of seasoned rice (can I still call them white rice?) We couldn't decide if we should have flan or Tres leches cake?! Decisions decisions... she recommended the cake because as a flan lover herself, she still suggested we try the cake. This has become the place that I stop by every time I'm in town. I'm not sure if I'll ever order the platter over $100, but I snapped a picture just to show you that they're not lying!

Yelp
Salt. The one ingredient I felt was missing from everything and could've easily taken my three star rating to five. The menu is fantastic, but the execution fell short for me. The meat was also a bit overcooked, in my opinion. But the worst part was that all of the sides were lacking seasoning in a big way. (Especially the fries!!) Our waiter was really really nice and a pleasure to be around. But ultimately my first time at Asado fell short.

Yelp
The food here was amazing and the service was great! We got our food within 10 minutes of ordering and still tasted really fresh. The ambiance is great and would be a perfect date if you are looking for a medium priced option.

Yelp
Service:2 stars, not attentive and fast. We ordered mid well done stake but midum rare. They took my water to refill but forgot to bring. They did not check on our food and anything to refill that we had to constantly try to catch their attention Food: 3 stars Empanadas was dry and dough was roo thin that it was more crunch. Alafore, they were SO STINGY with dulcet de Leche. There was a thin thin layer of Dule de Leche. Mildness was same. Dry. Very disappointing

Jennifer K.

Yelp
We were unfortunately disappointed with our food. I had a steak which was cooked well but lacked seasoning. The vegetable side was great, but side salad was very plain and not dressed well. My husband's burger was truly terrible. The meat was dry tough and overcooked, the egg was dried out and overcooked, there wasn't enough sauce to compensate for how overcooked everything was. The empanadas were just okay. Kids Mac and cheese appeared to be boxed Kraft Mac and cheese so pretty underwhelming. We did like the fries. The one thing we would definitely go back for is the tiramisu- that was very good!

Yelp
Great food. Excellent service. Super flavors. Very authentic. When we visit Orem again, we'll be back.

Yelp
I am a big fan of big steaks, so when I saw this on the menu, I had to have it. It came with all their sides and some bone-marrow, which was delicious. The preparation time was a little long, but I was with a big party and the steak was huge, so it was to be expected. The waitress initially tried to convince me to share the steak as it is normally enough for 3-4 people. I assured her that I eat way more than I should on a regular basis and that I wanted it all for myself. The restaurant itself is an ode to Argentina and it was nice to watch some fútbol while enjoying the evening energy with friends over a delicious meal. If I'm ever craving another massive and perfectly cooked steak, I know where to run to!

Yelp
Just moved from Texas to Utah and craving good steak so came here. I had the Milanesa Napolitana - a breaded fried cutlet topped with cheese & ham atop tomato sauce & fries. It was very thinly pounded so super crispy and extended clear across my oblong plate. My daughter in law had the entrana sandwich - basically a steak sandwich. Two grandkids had mac & cheese and one had the kids fettucine with shrimp. The milanesa was terrific. My daughter in law is quiet but I noticed she ate her whole big sandwich. Grandkids were appeased. My son ordered horchata which he did not like, saying it was watery with an off-taste, so you may wish to avoid it, getting one of the other drinks instead. For dessert I got the Chaja cake which was okay but not amazing. Fewer peaches than I expected. I got the kiddos alfajores because they were cheap and they loved them so yay. Service was friendly & easy but the waitress did not speak English well & we had to repeat a few things. No biggy. Seemed far superior to the loud & obnoxious TRUreligion joint next door. I plan to come here again and risk the parillads!
google avatar

Eric H.

Yelp
It's still a five for me. Service was friendly and great. I see complaints of slow service but this is good food and for me that deserves to take time. Just relax and enjoy the atmosphere here which is comfortable and nice. I tried the entrana which I liked and the asado fries again. I also tried the pineapple mint drink which was delicious.

Yelp
Asado was a great dinner choice while I was visiting the area. Our server was the best and helped us to navigate the menu. We both started with some Fresca drinks. They were refreshing and light but we wanted to taste a bit more of the fruit (not a bad thing though). The complimentary bread was sooo good that we had to ask for more! I had the Asado Cordon Bleu and it was really interesting, good and a huge serving. I loved how the dish was put together because it was much different than you'd typically see. The other guest had one of the beef dishes (can't remember which one) and thought that it was very good. I highly recommend this place!
google avatar

Kelly S.

Yelp
The parking lot was a bit busy but we found a spot and had a small walk. The staff was prompt and sat us immediately. We had very quick service. The bread they served was delicious. We had the burger, meat pie and Milanesas. Both were good. The Milanesas was recommended by the waiter and I enjoyed the item but probably wouldn't order it in the future. The fried seemed to be homemade. The portions are large. The place was clean. I would definitely come back but would perhaps try another entree. The dessert case was tempting too but we were just too full from the portions to get anything.

Yelp
The food tonight's was so good. I tried something new and was not disappointed. The food looks and tastes beautiful. The waitresses and staff we had tonight were so kind and showed up just the right number of times. The lighting is delightful and the sports atmosphere is tasteful, but not over done. I had the Asado Cordon Blue.

C.J. R.

Yelp
Phenomenal food, staff, and service. Bone marrow and tomahawk ribeye was tremendous. Definitely my new favorite spot in Provo area
google avatar

Rich H.

Yelp
Ordered 2 beef empanadas for an appetizer they were not cooked and cold. How do you mess up cooking empanadas? I prefer the Argentine Corner and drive from Utah county but craving milinesa
google avatar

Derrick D.

Yelp
We tried Asado for the first time and it was great. Food was delicious and the variety on the menu was great. Portions were large and the service was good. A bit pricey but worth the money as the experience was great.
google avatar

Patty B.

Yelp
I recently dined here yesterday and unfortunately, the experience was quite underwhelming. The food was very basic, lacking the flavor and quality I had hoped for, especially considering the reputation of Argentine cuisine. The steak, which should have been the highlight of the meal, was disappointing the meat was really tough and the rest of the dishes followed suit. Overall, it was not a memorable experience, and I don't plan on returning.
google avatar

Megan K.

Yelp
I am painfully full but it was worth it. In hindsight, I could have shared one meal with my friend- the portions are large. They have a picture of Messi and Diego on the wall, so I assume it's very authentic Argentinian food. Everything was served on wooden planks and their house bread was served with chimmichurri that was delicious. If I weren't so full, I would have tried one of their desserts. They were all in a display case and really looked amazing!
google avatar

Nycole R.

Yelp
WOW! I'm not sure what else to say...but I'll give it a try. Asado is a slightly upscale place with a ton of character and FLAVOR! I tried several things on the menu and each one was better than the previous. My only complaint was that I filled up on the delicious appetizers and left no room for the main course. However, it worked out well that I had leftovers to enjoy for a few days-the portion sizes are very generous. The service matches the quality of the food. We were commenting to ourselves about being cold and moments later there was a heat lamp near our table, pointed at us. Everything about this restaurant exudes greatness. I'm excited to return in the future and enjoying even more delicious food.
google avatar

Marco B.

Yelp
For the price I was expecting better food, nice service and ambiance: that's about it

Cal G.

Yelp
food and the service is normally pretty good. I would avoid busy hours/ days. We had missing items and undercooked meat. Maybe they were too busy to be consistent? But spending over $100 you expect some of that.
google avatar

Carmen E.

Yelp
Amazing service and food!! Ambiance also great. Decorations, the music, everything was amazing. I don't have any other word. Please try them you wont regret it.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Got the parrillada asado, and all the meats were cooked perfectly. Antonella was an amazing server with the best energy! Very well decorated as well, with a nice aesthetic. 10/10 would return if I was staying in Utah
google avatar

Yelp
Warm greeting our server attended us in a timely manner she did not hesitate to help us with the menu I ordered asado fries (appetizer) which was brought to us speedily asado fries is flavorful the surf and turf was shared the salmon was tasty and buttery it had a nice grilled taste to it the little bit of rice that came with the food order was

Yelp
WOW! Love this place. My taste buds know they use quality ingredients in everything they make. They're meats were perfectly selected. The empanada appetizer was perfectly cooked. Great filling and delicious golden flakey crust. The chicken was so flavorful all the way through and the ribs were to die for. My only complaint would be that the veggie side dish was not up to par with the rest of the food and I would have requested the steak rare or medium rare because the skillet it was served on dried the medium cook out. The chajá dessert was different. I don't like cake but this cake was delicious. All the elements were skillfully prepared. I wish it was served with whipped cream or ice cream because it was very rich. The service was phenomenal. Vale and the rest of the staff were welcoming and helpful with our many questions about Argentinian tradition. We will definitely be back.

Zaida R.

Yelp
Gracias Antonella. Todo muy delicioso y gracias por tu atención hacia mi esposo y a mi... estamos felices de tan espléndido lugar

Yelp
Came here for birthday lunch and it was AMAZING! Our waitress took amazing care of us and was so funny. We had empanadas and calamari to start and the plate of calamari was huge! Even though we were basically full when we got our entrees, nothing went untouched. The food is to die for the vibe of the restaurant is relaxed, just enough background music to fill any silence but we were able to talk and hear one another the entire time! We'll be back!
google avatar

Yelp
This place was amazing! The food was delicious. I shared the ASADO fries and a variety of the empanadas with my husband. My sister ordered the Utah burger. We all love our food. It was very flavorful and high quality, fresh ingredients. They served the fries will an asortment of meats on top plus a generous amount of cheese. They also brought out two sauces that were ANAZING. One was a chimichurri and the other had a texture like pico but a unique (to me) flavor . The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions about the food with patience and kindness. This was my first Argentinian food experience. I will go back anytime I am visiting the area. The prices were reasonable for the quantity, quality and deliciousness! I only wish I would have taken some pictures. I recommend giving this place a try. Easy parking, plenty of tables, great atmosphere. I which I would have had time and room for the yummy looking pastries they had in a glass case near the register.

Yelp
First timer over here but heard so many good things we had to come for a birthday celebration. A cute charming place that seems perfect for a lunch date! The bread with the chimichurri sauce and the tomato oil/sauce was excellent - the bread was served warm and fresh! Had the beef and chicken empanadas for starters. The beef empanada was good (just a tad dry IMO) chicken empanada was perfectly cooked, soft, and fresh! Utah Bacon Burger was ordered (not my order) and it looked pretty enticing - had a great review about it! The beef patty was thick enough and served on ciabatta bread. Fries served with it were flavorful, had a perfect amount of salt, and were slightly crunchy. Entrada (flank steak) with a side of veggie rice and egg on top was flavorful and wonderful - perfectly cooked, with no fat, and great texture. Dessert (tiramisu cake) was served to us still half-frozen, but not "authentic" tiramisu so don't expect this. Desserts are brought in from an outside source. Will definitely come back as the menu is enticing and had a great first-time experience!

Yelp
Do I even need a caption with these photos? Asado is the BEST when it comes to amazing sandwiches and steaks, affordability, and authentic cuisine. If you haven't tried this Argentine steakhouse, you need to. PERFECT for date night. My whole meal was only $17.71 (I got the, and they gave me complimentary warm bread and bruschetta to start) And if you're here for high-end steaks, they have that too! Some cool people at a table next to me were nice enough to let me snap some pics of their meal and (And I may have had to get an extra dessert after also pictured)

Briyit B.

Yelp
google avatar

Anna H.

Yelp
Excellent service! Our waitress was the best. I forgot her name otherwise I would give her a shout-out! Yummy food! My husband and I shared the Utah parilladas (we are big fans of the parilladas at Chile-Tepin in Salt Lake!) and it was a good amount of food for 2 people (and we had a little bit leftover to take home). The best meat by far was the steak, though it is pretty fatty around the edges. I was a tad disappointed with the sides (side salad and side of mashed potatoes), as the salad was a little flavorless and the mashed potatoes were kind of dry. The highlight of the meal was definitely the meat and the service! The ambiance is fun in the restaurant as well. Would I come back? Probably.
google avatar

Gregg D.

Yelp
Well if you haven't been here...you need to put this on your list! I recommend asking your server for a recommendation...the food is legit and they know their menu!! I can't wait to come back!!

Going Ape C.

Yelp
Food was fresh and delicious! Beautifully plated. Husband had surf n turf, which was satisfying. I had asada cordon blue, which was rich! Empanadas are recommended! Our server, Alex, was friendly and attentive. We'll be back.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants in Utah county is Asado! My wife and I had only ever had their steak sandwiches before (which are delish) but we went at dinner time, when they are no longer offered. This propelled us to try absolutely mouth-watering dishes that we dream about having again soon! ⁣ ⁣ In order of pictures, we tried the Entrana Argentina, Churrasco, Bacon Wrapped Crab Stuffed Shrimp, and the Entrana. All meats were superb, but the most flavorful was the Churassco. We will get that one next time for sure! The shrimp were absolute perfection. We all said WOW with every bite! I can't stress this enough, these meals were top notch! ⁣ Asado is definitely on the pricier side and service takes longer than normal, but the food is unparalleled. Add this to your list!

Kristen M.

Yelp
Asada fries were 10/10! Service was great all of the food we ordered was delicious including the bread board! The Ambiance is beautiful and we can't wait for the patio seating this summer.
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
Fries and steak were delicious, grilled chicken was delicious, Mila Nessa sandwich was delicious Sorry Julio, this time, the food tasted great, but the center of my lasagna was cold.

Chad J.

Yelp
The food is so good. Can't get over the steak. But I have been a few times and there is nothing I have had that's not amazing. Totally authentic.

Yelp
I love steak so we went out with a couple of friends. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Gotta try the bone marrow and empanadas Meat was a bit tough

Yelp
Can't go wrong with Asado great food and outstanding service. The last time I was there I had the churrasco it was delicious and perfectly cooked. A must if you are visiting UT!

Yelp
The service was great and the food was so flavorful and definitely in a category of its own. Will return and recommend to anyone looking to enjoy great good.

Yelp
Tried the Lomito Argentino sandwich, and it was very delicious My wife had the Ham and Cheese empanada, and she loved it !

Yelp
I've been here before and it was pretty good so I recommended it to my friend to meet up here. We hadn't met up in 13 years but she was visiting Utah. The service and food were so terrible. It was embarrassing that I suggested this place to my friend. When we got there she was starving. They sat us down pretty quickly but after 15 minutes no one came to us. So I went and talked to the lady in the front. She was nice and brought us the bread appetizer but it took another 5 minutes before our order was taken. We waited a decent amount of time for our food. We both got empanadas that were pretty good. But our chicken dishes were so awful. The chicken was just warm and tough. It wasn't tasty or flavorful. I got mashed potatoes that certainly were from a box. SO disappointing! And my friend got veggies that they charged an extra dollar for even though we didn't see that on the menu. And her veggies were roughly cut big chunks of uncooked vegetables. I will never come back. I can't believe our experience was so bad and the food was terrible. The waitress was nice but didn't seem to know what she was doing.
google avatar

Josh S.

Yelp
Food was mediocre and expensive. The horchata was 7 bucks and was the worst I ever had. Ham and cheese empanada was practically empty. The tropical pollo was dry and had generic grill flavor. Save your money

Kendra K.

Yelp
First off the food was very good. The bread with the herb oil spread was seriously so good. My husbands steak was probably one of the most flavorful I've ever had at a restaurant, so good. My chicken was also very good and it's a huge piece of chicken. The fries were great and the house salad was very good too. The dressing was so light and fresh! I loved the whole meal. Only thing we didn't love was the horchata it was pretty thick. Definitely different than Mexican horchata which is to be expected. We were so happy with our date night choice and will definitely be back. Also the service was so good! Everyone was so nice and our server was great. Restaurant has a fun vibe. One side was super bright with all the windows and the other was more moody and romantic.

Yelp
An impressive dining experience that stays true to the Argentine palate! Impeccable service, pleasing decor, remarkable flavors and unique authentic cuisine combined have earned five stars from me and a designation of top handful of current favorite restaurants in the state. We ordered the Asado fries for an appetizer. At $14 we were wondering if it came with gold flecks in it but holy mother of potatoes, this behemoth of a spectacle is worth it! There's is enough here to serve four people and includes a mountain of fries mixed with generous portions of steak and chorizo, topped with cheese and chimichurri sauce. Be warned -- it's almost half a foot high and will ruin your appetite for the entree if you aren't careful. Sandwiches were next on the docket. The lomito had a perfectly cooked egg atop myriad levels of tomato, cheese, steak and ham. Delectable! It didn't fall apart and the bread was crunchy on the outside but soft inside. It was served with a basic house salad served with oil. I'm a fan of stronger flavors so I works have preferred vinegar with it, but this is traditional so I managed to get through it. Despite my eyes begging to indulge in the desserts, particularly the dulce de leche flan, my stomach won the argument and I was filled. The horchata came in a as mug -- yes, a glass mug -- versus a cup, so that was a nice thing and held plenty. I texted my Argentine brother in law (born and raised in Buenos Aires) with the menu and photos of the food to get his input on the legitimacy of the offerings. He enthusiastically gave it both his seal of approval as well as his attention for his next meal. Hell, there's even a photo of Maradona atop the blue and white national flag on the wall -- if this doesn't scream Argentina, what does? As mentioned before, the service was great: prompt without being overbearing, accurate and informative. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a solidly flavorful meal with Argentine traditional staples and flavor profile. Cloth napkins and nice decor places this above a fast casual joint and encourage mealtime conversation, something lacking in my visit because my wife and I were enjoying the food more than anything we could say at the moment. Do it, just do it - show up and eat.

Yelp
We always get great service. We love the food, but always save room for dessert! The dulce de leche cake is fantastic.
