Good food and service in a traditional environment.
As starter we went for the cold leek salad with maldon salt and Modena vinegar, refreshing and tasting.
Lamb prepared in a traditional wood oven is a classic in the region and was up to be expected in a nice restaurant.
For deserts we have either baked apricot with ice cream, very good or the excellent Homemade Soria butter ice cream, a must have I would say.
