I had just arrived in Pamplona got right down to the business of walking and finding some lunch. Only wanted something light and Pintxos is perfect for the solo traveller. Happened across this place and chose it because it was buzzing but not frantic and everyone was local. Chose two yummy Gilda and a little dumpling kind of thing that had red pepper and beef filling - much like a croquette but in batter rather than crumbed. Both were delicious and did the trick for a quick bite to keep my strength up to keep walking.

Best place to eat tapas and drink wine in town! They are super friendly and kind towards pets, the bartender told me that they treat dogs like they treat any customer when I asked if dogs were allowed🥰 we were surprised about the prices, a glass of wine was only for 2.5€ and it was delicious🥂 100% recommend this place to any visitors of the town!!

To Carlos at the bar, fantastic service. Quick, efficient and yet polite. I went back another time for lunch and the food was amazing! The fish and steak were probably one the best I’ve tasted in Spain thus far. Pardon peppers were also delicious. Enjoyed the food so much that I think I will be back again!

I recommend this restaurant. Over all its 5 stars. We had avocado salad, shrimps, T bone. All were very good. The dessert was my favorite.

They were very kind to find us a table, even without a reservation. And the waiter was very attentive. Excellent typical ox tail (rabo de ternera). The sirloin (solomillo a la brasa) was algo very good.

The grilled peppers were great! but even better were the gourmet croquettes ^^ The two that I would by all means recommend you to try: - The Iberan ham croquette (acorn fed pigs) - The red pepper + meat croquette Both were excellent. We went for the local white wine from Navarre which went well with the tapas. had to scramble a bit to get chairs. The place is especially known for its meat and they have a restaurant in the back (tapas are served at the bar)

Another lively bar in the narrow streets of the Old Town. Good atmosphere and surroundings. Definitely worth a visit as part of the evening's bar hopping.

Really great steak and all the dishes we tried were fantastic. Will definitely be going back again and again! Great atmosphere, get a table in the back, very good service, and prices were low for the quality of food they serve. Hands down they're dry aged 1 kilo ribeye was one of the best steaks I've ever had. Too bad Google makes it almost impossible to find, because I imagine they don't pay outrageous fees to promote, but they're always packed because of their great food and value. They don't need to.

Yelp
Awesome place in a great town! This is one of few places I'd stop by on regular basis without a doubt. Tremendous foie gras pintxo (fua like the locals call it)! It can be busy like any other pintxo bar in the afternoons. Definitely i'll go back specially during the san fermin festivities. cheers

Yelp
Great food. Good value. Good atmosphere. One of the better places we visited in the old city.

Yelp
Amazing bone-in ribeye steak. We had the steak at the bar which included a premium bottle of red wine, salad, and bread. Everything for only 60 euros. I highly recommend

Yelp
This place promised a lot and delivered on all counts! Very crowded area and a small place however, if you have a reservation, they can seat you in a quiet beautiful dining area. Great aged steak chuleton (rib eye). Salads, side dishes and top notch wines. We had fantastic service after chatting it up with the staff. We had one of the best meals of our vacation!

Yelp
A seriously good restaurant. Staying nearby we looked for somewhere convenient for dinner. This was much complicated by a soccer match in town with boisterous fans and sulky cops everywhere. We fought our way through the crowds to get a seat at the back. It was worth the effort. We shared calimari, croquettes and sausage with several glasses of Navarre red. Service was friendly and efficient. The place was heaving with hungry men because the main attraction seems to be the enormous steaks. We bucked the trend but we're more than happy with our choice. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Yelp
Tucked in a little side street in the center of Pamplona is this great steak and tapas restaurant. The front bar area is very busy (even on a Monday night) but the back seating area is quiet and charming. In classic Spanish style, the restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 8:30, but tapas and drinks are available earlier. Offering classic tapas and also beautifully prepared steaks we found the menus to be quite varied. We ordered our steak cooked medium rare and it was barely cooked inside. If you like your meat well done be sure to let the server know!
