I had a horrible experience with a cashier here today who became incredibly irate with me over a glitch in THEIR system. The main issue was that my order was checked in, but did not come through on the back end, meaning the cashier, a short, stocky redheaded man with a beard, had to go to the back and grab my order himself instead of waiting at the window. He treated me so poorly because of this, I was left in shock. I come here ALL the time and have encountered this cashier before -- he ALWAYS had a bad attitude, but this time his rudeness was unreal. I get that it's an inconvenience, but how is that MY fault!?
