I had placed an order early in the day and when i walked in, i was greeted by Sailor. She was on top of her game, and super patient with me as she helped explain some specials to me. There was a mix up with some products but her smiley, cute self made up for it 100%. Get that win and get some free stuff honey! Tou deserve it!

Shout out to Alec & Sailor(sorry if I spelled your name wrong,girl!) always so pleasant and helpful. Also I’d like to let Sailor know the simply herb mango sticky rice vape pen was really good! It was mango with a hint of coconut and was perfect! Thanks again.

I had a great experience. The kiosk were easy to navigate, they were kinda low but that's not a big deal. Cecil was very polite, respectful, courteous, helpful, and just all around professional.

I had a horrible experience with a cashier here today who became incredibly irate with me over a glitch in THEIR system. The main issue was that my order was checked in, but did not come through on the back end, meaning the cashier, a short, stocky redheaded man with a beard, had to go to the back and grab my order himself instead of waiting at the window. He treated me so poorly because of this, I was left in shock. I come here ALL the time and have encountered this cashier before -- he ALWAYS had a bad attitude, but this time his rudeness was unreal. I get that it's an inconvenience, but how is that MY fault!?

Erin was extremely helpful. She took the time to walk me through some product choices to best help me with my needs. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to go to based on my questions. Very educational and I highly recommend chatting with her.

Honestly this is the only dispensary that I will ever go to for the best prices and always having deals/sales available. Everyone is so prompt and quick. The kindness is what I typically go there for because everyone is always smiling and it's a genuine smile and it's not something that they're forcing. I like a good genuine location with good people and this is where you have to go to get it! Not to mention loving the point reward system to make us keep coming back. Love it! Good weed. Good people. Shout out to Erin! She always takes care of me when I come in and really helps you choose the right strain for you when you're indecisive. Always a joy seeing her face! The deals here are great and the staff is too! Update: I will say though, not a fan of management. I came in the other day and there was ONE budtender working the floor, another working the front desk. After there was a line of 10 people the manager showed up to help. She called me over and I plainly pointed out that they were short staffed and asked if they were hiring as I have worked at multiple dispensaries. She brushed me off and said they just hired 3 new people. I put in 2 applications (one in person, one online) a month or two ago and never heard back as to a yes or no. Just nothing. A little common courtesy goes a long way when its your customers offering to help staff your understaffed store and are STILL coming in to purchase. Really put a bad taste in my mouth as I know the previous store manager of Ascend and SHE was the one who told me to apply.
