I have travelled extensively across the country and stayed at many hotels and resorts of varying standards. Never have I experienced a stay this poorly managed, misleading, and lacking in even basic hospitality. At no point during booking or prior to arrival was it disclosed that the restaurant was non-functional or that the pool and hot tubs were closed. These amenities were a major reason for choosing your resort. I drove four hours expecting a proper resort experience and instead ended up doing absolutely nothing except sleeping and leaving. Paying resort prices for this experience is unjustifiable.
The room and services were equally unacceptable. The heater was not working, hot water was not available, and the so-called breakfast was not breakfast at all, it was more like snacks, yet I was still charged extra for it. No dental kit was provided, and when I asked, I was told it was chargeable. To make matters worse, there was no toothpaste or toothbrush available for purchase, which is basic and expected even at budget hotels. This stay felt misleading, careless, and completely below standard. Between the undisclosed amenity closures, lack of essential services, and the overall experience, this property should not be marketing itself as a resort.
