Ascot Hotel

We had amazing stay for about 7 days at Ascot hotel, Colaba, Mumbai. Big thanks to Mr Shashank, Mr Nayim and their team for making our stay comfortable. Overall it was a positive experience.||||Thanks to Mr Shashank, the head manager who was really very helpful. What really made him stood out was his approchability and the way he genuinely cared for our comfort etc. Thanks to him, We had a very comfortable stay and more importantly a hassle free and quick check-in after such a long flight.||||Mr Nayim, the manager also contributed to our pleasant and comfortable stay. Everyday, he made sure that hotel service is delivered to the highest standard. His helpfulness extended just beyond the basics.||||We would simply say that all the personnel that we have come across contributed to a wonderful stay. Staff ( security personnels, receptionists, bell boys, managers, waiters, chefs, house keeping dept) went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Staff showed professionalism, helping and caring.||Staff went extra mile and this gesture was highly very appreciated i.e., leaving complimentary snack in our room, attention to details during our breakfast time, enquiring if we ll have something to eat before our flight, wake up call ( the night we had to catch our flight).||||Staff were really accommodating and paid extra attention to our needs. Staff takes pride in their work and truly cares for our comfort. I must say that most of the staff made lasting good impression.||||I must also add that the aloo paratha made by Ascot's chef was the tastiest one.||||Keep the good work Ascot team. We definitely recommend Ascot hotel.

The hotel location is very good. Rooms are very nice.. well maintained. Staff is well behaved and prompt in service. The reception manager Me. Glen was especially helpful. Would recommend the hotel to all..The most important thing if you are getting a car. They have their OWN PARKING.. Now that’s great

The room was spacious, the bed was comfy. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. I can’t comment on the food as we ate out of the hotel but the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They organised the airport transfer for us for a reasonable price and let us store our bags at the hotel while we explored the city on our last day.

The hotel is full of old world charm and in an ideal location just off Colaba Causeway. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms large and have a great design. Breakfasts include Indian and western options ...with lovely fruit. Bathrooms are fine but could use a few more towels. We enjoyed our stay.

The stay and service at Ascot amazing! The room was well-maintained and the service was fast for anything that I might need. What made my stay special, however, was Nayim. No task was too big or too small for him, from bringing my bags up to the room to making sure housekeeping and all the other departments were getting their work done promptly as well. Ascot’s experience pleasant, Nayim made it extraordinary!

Very good hotel in an excellent location. Rooms were a good size especially the bathroom with place for a separate bathtub and shower. All staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. Restaurant food is a bit on the expensive side and catering a bit more to the mostly middle Eastern clientele but this is absolutely no problem as there are loads of restaurants around for all kinds of budgets. Colaba Causeway is at your doorstep and you can also walk to Gateway of India and the museum and Jehangir Art Gallery. Bus stops also nearby as it is located just off the busy road. What more can one ask for?

Really nice starting point to explore south Mumbai with many tourist attractions in walking distance, it was a pity I didn't have more time to stay in Colaba. My choice fell on this hotel because I wanted to get the first boat to the Elephanta Island in the morning, which worked without any rush. The area is full of nice restaurants and cafes. Very welcoming and attentive hotel staff made me feel at home during my short stay - special thanks to Aniruddh and Nayim!

This was very nice hotel in colaba, love the hospitality, Nayim there helped us a lot, I would recommend this. Also colaba street shopping is just step away and ofcourse Taj hotel just 100 steps away. Lot of good restaurants near by and with very good options.
