*Perfect Stay in the Heart of Mumbai – 5/5* |*Stayed: 31 Aug – 8 Sept 2025*||Ascot Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all courteous and helpful, especially *Amala*, who was always kind, professional, and went out of her way to assist with anything I needed.||The location in Colaba is unbeatable — walking distance to Gateway of India, shops, and great restaurants, yet still peaceful at night. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying every morning.||A great place to stay if you're visiting South Mumbai. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it!

At the centre of colaba, next to BPCL petrol pump..this hotel provides Amazing wide rooms provided with all your requirements. The hotel serve Arabic food which meet our likes. The location is near by the main shops we are looking forward to visit and shop.. great place to stay in mumbai

The hotel is perfectly located on a quiet street but only 50m from a busy street packed with shops and eateries. We had a lovely suite which was a great size and very well appointed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good. Would happily stay again.

I stayed in Ascot Hotel and had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and the staff were courteous and warm. One of the staff members, Nayim, was particularly helpful and personally made sure we had a good stay.

Kind and helpful beyond all expectation! The room was lovely, too. Their Garden Road location was quiet and in the midst of Victorian splendor.

We traveled to five cities in India, and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at the entire trip! The rooms were clean, very pretty and spacious, and the staff were always smiling and very friendly (Nayim was especially helpful at getting everything we needed). The location was perfect as you are close to restaurants, shops, and the Gateway of India. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious, and it was very easy to arrange a taxi at the front desk. We look forward to coming back in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at the Ascot Hotel in Mumbai. The location is superb—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in which was a huge plus after a long journey. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great experience in Mumbai!
