Dear Mr. Maneez, I hope you are doing well. I would like to sincerely thank you for the outstanding welcome you gave us during our stay at Ascot from the 1st to the 3rd of January. Your professionalism, kindness, and attention truly made our experience memorable. I would also like to extend a big thank you to the entire team who worked during our stay, especially Mr. Balram and Jamal, as well as the always-smiling staff member who took care of cleaning our room who was there before we even calling him forgot his name and the staff present for breakfast. Everyone was extremely attentive and responsive to every request, which made us feel truly comfortable and well looked after. Please convey our gratitude to the whole team. At the centre of colaba, next to BPCL petrol pump..this hotel provides Amazing wide rooms provided with all your requirements. The hotel serve Arabic food which meet our likes. The location is near by the main shops we are looking forward to visit and shop.. great place to stay in mumbai

The hotel is perfectly located on a quiet street but only 50m from a busy street packed with shops and eateries. We had a lovely suite which was a great size and very well appointed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good. Would happily stay again.

The staff were all courteous and helpful, especially *Amala*, who was always kind, professional, and went out of her way to assist with anything I needed.||The location in Colaba is unbeatable — walking distance to Gateway of India, shops, and great restaurants, yet still peaceful at night. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying every morning.||A great place to stay if you're visiting South Mumbai. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it!

I stayed in Ascot Hotel and had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and the staff were courteous and warm. One of the staff members, Nayim, was particularly helpful and personally made sure we had a good stay.

We traveled to five cities in India, and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at the entire trip! The rooms were clean, very pretty and spacious, and the staff were always smiling and very friendly (Nayim was especially helpful at getting everything we needed). The location was perfect as you are close to restaurants, shops, and the Gateway of India. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious, and it was very easy to arrange a taxi at the front desk. We look forward to coming back in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at the Ascot Hotel in Mumbai. The location is superb—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in which was a huge plus after a long journey. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great experience in Mumbai!
