Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila

We stayed for one night at Ascott BGC on March 7 and had a wonderful experience. The place was beautiful, very clean, and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stay. We booked a 3-Bedroom Executive unit and stayed with my kumares. The space was impressive and very comfortable. It had a spacious living room, dining area, and three adjacent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The unit also included a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and stove, plus a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. It really felt like a complete home away from home. The amenities are excellent, making it ideal not only for long stays but also for small gatherings or board meetings. Another great advantage is the location—it’s just beside High Street BGC, where there are many shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. A free buffet breakfast was also provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a delightful stay and were happy to get it at a discounted price. Highly recommended!

My family stayed in a double suite a couple of days before our flight out of Manila. The facilities and rooms are very comfortable. I was able to do a couple loads of laundry in the kitchenette. The hotel also provided one of those giant jugs of drinking water, so that was convenient. The water coming out of the faucets and the shower had a strange fungal smell that lingered. I guess the pipes are old? The breakfast buffet was alright. They had dishes from a handful of other Asian cultures but the taste left a lot to be desired. I would suggest eating outside of this hotel for breakfast if you want to enjoy your calories. The service from the hotel staff was AMAZING! The world renowned Filipino hospitality is evident here.

This place is truly exceptional and absolutely worth the price. While it is on the pricey side, the level of service you receive is outstanding. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and every staff member—from the valet and security to the receptionists, bellmen, and waiters—was professional, courteous, and attentive. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with complete amenities. We stayed with our daughter, and the generous room size allowed her to move around and play comfortably, which made our stay even more relaxing as a family. The location is another major highlight—perfectly situated in the center of everything, making it an ideal choice for families seeking both luxury and convenience.

Room number 1210.|1) View is good |2) Sound proof walls|3) Good cleaning |4) Ceilings are high|5) Indian counter food is good|6) Rest good also good|7) Lifts are faster|8) Nil or less queue for breakfast tables|9) Breakfast starts at 6 am till 10:300 am. 11 am on weekends.|10) Fridays open music . Mostly English singers ,songs.|11) Nice TV 65" inches. Modern TV. Some previous guest forgot to log out his Apple account:). We stayed in a 1 BRM Suite. Very nicely furnished and spotless. Small details looked after…plenty of trash bins, washer/dryer, nice ref, two huge smart TV’s, super soft bed and bedding and ultra-quality towels. Nothing negative here (but a few more power outlets would be nice). Top notch hotel, walk to everything. And stone quiet at night.

Finally making a review here after countless staycations with Ascott since 2023. Definitely worth every penny! Okay, so let me start with parking space. Security greeted us respectfully and made sure to check around our vehicle with their cute sniffer dog. Directed us properly to where we can park and had no issues with how well-thought the space is. You wouldn’t have a hard time parking. Smooth! Next, check in counters: Well-versed! That’s how I describe them. They’re detailed, courteous, and accommodating to the best of their ability. Rooms — modern, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. They provide enough and useful toiletries. I like their brand of shampoo, body wash, and lotion. Plus, I like how soundproof the rooms are. What else? Well, I’ve got a lot of so many good and top-notch things to say about them. I might need to put up a blog then. Oh, let me not forget about breakfast buffet. I love the noodles/pasta/soup area. Lots to choose from. If you have kids, they’ll definitely enjoy the pool area. I just hope they can also put up a playroom soon. Overall, Ascott BGC is top-notch!

The Ascott is a spacious, modern oasis right next to the restaurants and shops of BGC. The check-in process was efficient, welcoming and all-smiles. My room, an executive suite on the 29th floor, had all the luxuries and necessities for a comfortable stay: lots of space, kitchenette with washer/dryer, great bathroom, super comfortable bed. The gym and the pool on the 7th floor are facilities that you’d actually want to use. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread but better to come early because it did fill up with a resulting wait for later diners.

We travel to Manila 2 to 3 times a year. We have always stayed at a specific hotel. For this family trip we thought we would try Ascott BGC. The family and I booked 3 rooms. My wife and I stayed longer and we have been here nearly 2 weeks. This morning after breakfast, we started feeling a little uncomfortable and rested in our room. I asked around to see if I could find some camomile tea to help. I was able to find some at the restaurant where we usually have breakfast and ask for 4 tea bags. To my surprise I was charged 560 peso’s for it. There are other things I can write but this one was the final straw.

World class. Ascott BGC is a gorgeous resort in the heart of high street BGC. Immediately you're greeted with a gorgeous foyer where their luxurious decor is matched only by their accommodating staff. I like the chest touch they do when they welcome you at Ascott, subliminal heart touch goes a long way. We stayed here as guests in the past, and are now using their conference room facilities for our small business. Would highly recommend.

Great location and amazing staff. We loved our stays here in the past that's why we chose to stay here again on our recent trip. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. There were a lot of little inconveniences everyday throughout our stay. 1st day - They had their annual preventative maintenance, which meant complete black-out from 8pm to 12 midnight. This was extremely inconvenient especially with a young kid whose bath and bedtime falls around 8pm. The room was completely dark and hard to find anything (towels, clothes, etc.) The flashlight provided little help. We wished this was done during the day time when there's daylight and less people. 2nd day - We found a cockroach in our room. Although it was treated promptly, we found another cockroach under the fridge caught in a trap. 3rd day - It was Chinese New Year and the BGC Lion Dancers came upstairs in the restaurant during breakfast. It was very loud and intrusive where it was difficult to get to our seats. It was not a very relaxing breakfast experience. 4th day - The restaurant kept forgetting our drink orders during breakfast. It took 4 tries to finally get our morning coffees. 5th day - Room service got one of our orders wrong. It also took a while to get our food (approximately 45min-1hr). But because one of the order was big enough for 2 people, we just cancelled the incorrect one.

Fantastic place to stay whether you are here with family or for work. I was here for the latter this time working nights and the hotel is in a very safe area where I could walk to/from office in the middle of the night as well as plenty to do in close proximity when I had spare time. I was here for 10days and spaciousness made me feel at home and having kitchen was great for leftovers or when I didn't want to go out to eat. I also used washer/dryer in the kitchen area. Breakfast Buffett was decent and I found something different each day to enjoy. The entire staff was personable and helpful. I even used the spa this visit and it was exceptional, open 24/7 so book whenever you visit. I'll definitely stay here again and will bring my swim suit to enjoy the beautiful pool & hot tub too.

My wife and I were looking forward to our stay the Ascott Bonifacio Global City (BGC) for some time ever since we booked considering how beautiful the hotel looked in videos and pictures! Upon arriving, we were helped with our luggage and were assisted with our check in really quickly. We were able to get in our hotel room with no wait and our first thought was wow, it definitely looked worth the price! The view was phenomenal! The cleanliness and overall vibe of the hotel room felt like a home! The separate areas for a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom made us feel at home right away. The delicate touches in the room made us feel very special. The food at the breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Nothing remarkable to note but clean, tasty and helpful, serviceable staff. As for the room service, I had issues contacting them for room cleaning. I tried calling several times but did not receive an answer. We also left to go out of our room with the room cleaning light on and did not get any help with it. I was very disappointed by this and hope the front desk attendants can be more serviceable to phone calls not just the people at the front. Overall, our hotel stay was memorable and special in terms of the quality of the room, the hotel amenities and experience! My hope is that phone calls regarding room service will be improved for the upcoming guests.

Great start of the trip! Met with friendly staff and greeter at the door. Second floor had buffet style food in the morning and the lechon was to die for and chicken adobo! They had a cocoa mini bar and that was delicious and rich. They had delicious drinks at the bar as well. The rooms are big and clean! Great views as well! Guest services were excellent and quick! Recommend coming here again! I love the location and walking distance to a lot of different places! Most of the staff speak English as well!

Ascott BGC is 10/10. From the moment we pulled up to check in at the lobby, staff was exceptional. The check-in area have desks rather than a counter. Guests can sit down with a rep rather than standing that really places focus on the one-to-one interaction. Guests are also treated with a welcome drink of refreshing fruit juice. Bell service brings up all the luggage to your room so you don't to fuss. We stayed in the Executive Suite which was exquisite. The furnishings were top quality and you can tell that cleanliness is top priority here. The executive is a 2-bedroom suite that comes with a separate dining, living room and kitchen area. This room is meant for longer stays which is why it also comes equipped with a full-size high efficiency washer and dryer. One room came with 2 twins beds and a queen in the master bedroom. A soaking tub is ready for use in the master bath for those looking to unwind before bed. The views of the city landscape are phenomenal from any room in this particular suite. Not pictured here is what I would consider a more upscale breakfast buffet experience that goes beyond your mediocre continental. Available on the second floor, each guest is sure to be delighted with the vast selection tailored to an international clientele. No wonder Ascott BGC won TripAdvisor Traveler's Choice for 2023.

I really enjoy this hotel, especially when traveling for work and having to work odd local hours. The breakfast buffet is very yummy, staff are nothing but friendly, rooms are well equipped for long term stays (1-4 weeks) any longer and you'd need more cooking tools ect.

Ascott has top of the line service, location and amenities. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, after several days the will know your names and preferences. Great location in center BGC. In the corporate heart of Manila. Hundred of local and western food option here. Rooms (suites) are roomy well maintained and comfortable. TV selection are spotty. Wi-Fi in the building is a issue. Very spotty and drops out often. Lobby and hallways are showing some age. Textiles are picked out and carpets are in Ned of restretching. Gym is nicely maintained and staffed. Plenty of treadmills, weights and machines. Pool area is nice. Hot tub is somewhat finicky. Heater is currently out.

This review is for the Ascott's breakfast buffet as there is no separate listing for it on Yelp. Walked in with my friend yesterday morning, a Saturday. In short, it was really PATHETIC. Multiple stations had empty and unrefilled trays. What was left was unappetizing, old food. Lots of cheap packaged foods like hash browns and fish sticks (!!!!!). The juices were all boxed, canned stuff, nothing fresh. Service was slow, we had to wave to staff to bus our table. A truly very, very low class establishment. For 1200PhP per person, it left an acidic taste in my mouth (yes, think GERD!). Did the breakfast buffet at the Grand Hyatt the day before and the Shangri-la the day after, both very close by. True, you pay about 35% more in those places but you certainly get your money's worth. Not here at Ascott. I was sooo embarrassed to have brought a friend here. Never again..

The Ascott Group has really mastered the art of aparthotels. Ascott Residences is the highest brand in the group (which also includes Citadines, Somerset, etc) and is equivalent to a strong 4-star hotel. Large rooms with kitchenette and washing machine, good-quality equipment and toiletries. The breakfast buffet is decent, even if it is not 5-star. Decent gym and swimming pool. Friendly and efficient service. It's only two blocks away from the Shangri-La, so if it's only for a short stay and you don't need 6-star pampering, this would do!

I came to Manila for work. This hotel turned the trip into a spa vacation for me. I'd start my day with a gym session (thanks to jet lag, you'll be up at 5 am). I'd follow that with a huge breakfast from the buffet. You could have lunch for breakfast, given the large selection of warm meals. They also have pancakes, waffles, eggs, toast etc. I was most excited about my daily dose of sweet mango and watermelon . Soooo good. Ok, then I'd work and be excited for my return because... in the evenings I'd go swimming and jacuzzing. Yes, now it's a verb. I ordered room service on two evenings and that was great as well. Lots of meaty and veggie choices. I loved my stay here and can recommend it to anyone. The rooms were super clean. The bathrooms huge with wonderful water pressure. Just perfect.

I highly recommend this hotel. Luxurious, great service, ample parking, strategic location, and modern facilities. Looking forward to my next stay.

I really like staying here. Very convenient with High street ( green space, shopping and restaurants) just one block away. Extremely clean and well maintained. If you are staying for a bit the whole "apartment" makes it so much nicer

omg loved everything about my stay here at the Ascott Bonifacio Global City! i was only here 2-nights but so glad that i was about to check out the BGC area of Metro Manila and the Ascott was the perfect choice for me and justin b. first off, the hotel itself looks really new and everything is still in perfect condition. we booked a studio executive room (~$150 USD per night) and it was more than enough space for 2 people. comes with a mini-kitchen with stove top, sink, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and all your pots/pans/utensil needs. since we had a short stay, we didnt utilize any of the ktichen amenities, but we did do a full load of laundry in our washer/dryer in the room! such a nice luxury to have while on a vacation and having a suitcase of dirty clothes haha. loved the bathroom too - separate soaking tub and overhead rain shower and was just really spacious when getting ready. oh and was a big fan of the provided robe and slippers while just lounging in the room. we had an awesome king bed, small dining table, couch, and desk in the room too and best part was the awesome wi-fi! no trouble connecting and staying connected haha. central air con worked really well too and it was nice to stay cool in the humid manila weather. oh and in-house bottled water was an added bonus as well as the provided breakfast at the Alta restaurant. really good breakfast buffet with lots of variety and freshly made omelettes which was brought to your table so you didnt have to stand around waiting for it to be done. service at the restaurant, front desk, and parking areas and everywhere else at the hotel was really nice - very friendly, helpful and timely. we even booked a 1-hour massage that is done in-room and that was a really nice feature that the hotel offers too. there is a pool as well as gym at the hotel that i didnt get a chance to check out unfortunately but next time! and if you ever decide to actually leave the hotel, the location in BGC is wonderful! we walked the entire High Street shops area and made it to the market market and also Aura malls which was maybe a 15-minute walk at most. since the BGC area is pedestrian friendly, we felt safe walking around and checking out the shopping and restaurants at night and loved this area of metro manila. highly recommend this area for tourists since its safe and clean and there's lots to do/see/eat without needing a car. and even recommend this area for locals as a mini getaway/staycation to get away from it all for a little bit.

I had the pleasure to stay at the Ascott for close to 4 months now and have truly been amazed at the service I have received time and time again. I had the chance to move to another hotel down the st. The grand Hyatt but the service here is unparalleled, from the moment you walk in Les who is professional in all aspects makes you really feel at home and even in one instance when I was sick was able to personally deliver some fruit to my room. That is something cannot get elsewhere. As well as Patrice in the front desk always helpful and kind with a smile to any request, to the breakfast people Shaan MJ and Ellie were amazing always saying hi and knowing what you like and asking about your day. To room cleaning service who I truly felt had the best cleaning person Kheesy always made sure the room was to the tip top shape and even you would expect for over 4 months for something to be not to standard but never was, always a superb job. All of these factors make the stay at Ascott one of the best services in any industry able to get. Definitely a recommended place to stay will not be disappointed.

Worth the money. Room was fabulous! Exceptional service from every staff employed by the hotel. From the guards in the front to their restaurant staff, everyone there was courteous. Other hotels should go through the same training Ascott employees go to. Washer/dryer combo was such a bonus. I couldn't get enough of our room, it smelled so clean and it was so clean. Our pillows were so amazing. I wanted to take it home the pool was nice I just wished it was a bit deeper. I appreciated the security protocols they provided. The breakfast was lovely, I just wished there was more to offer. I basically just feasted on the bacon and tocino haha. Price is a bit high for a mediocre menu, but I still love it because the wait staff were attentive. I didn't really appreciate the cook staff and other not busy staff members crowding around the soup/egg area just standing around there in the front chit chatting in front of the guests. Throws off the whole scene. Still, friendly staff
