I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that my room was not only spotlessly clean but also modern and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-equipped gym, which offered a variety of high-quality fitness equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine easily. After a good workout, I enjoyed unwinding at the beautiful swimming pool, which was both serene and inviting. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun, providing a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel's location is another significant advantage; it is situated in a prime area that makes navigating through the busy streets of Bangkok much more manageable. With easy access to public transport and major attractions, I found it convenient to explore the city without the stress of heavy traffic. Overall, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of attentive service, modern amenities, and a prime location made it a perfect choice for my time in Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this vibrant city.

ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with Ascott Thonglor!!! If you’re heading to Bangkok and not staying at Ascott Thonglor, WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?! This place is an urban sanctuary in the heart of the city — sleek, stylish, and seriously next-level in comfort. The rooms? INSANELY gorgeous. Think modern luxury with a splash of warmth. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud — I didn’t want to leave. And the bathtub? Don’t get me started. It’s a soak-and-sip-wine kind of vibe. Service? 10/10. The staff made me feel like royalty from the moment I walked in. Friendly, helpful, and always one step ahead. They literally read my mind. Now let’s talk about LOCATION. You’re in the middle of Thonglor, surrounded by Bangkok’s trendiest cafes, bars, and boutiques — yet the hotel is SO peaceful. The best of both worlds. BONUS: The rooftop pool and gym are chef’s kiss. Infinity pool with a view of the Bangkok skyline? YES PLEASE. This place isn’t just a stay. It’s an EXPERIENCE. I’m already planning my next trip back. Ascott Thonglor, you have my heart!!!

1: facilities - gym, ice bath, kid's play room, a lounge where you can work that has free water, coffee and tea besides the bar with paid drinks||2: room (studio executive for me) - fully stocked kitchen (besides the usual plates, cups and cutlary (which also include chopsticks, cutting knives, ladle and more) there are a can opener, wine bottle opener, 3 size bowls, frying pan, cooking pot, a toaster, kettle, coffee machine), comfortable bed, bath and shower stall, washer dryer, working area, bedside lamps that have a softer light ||3: activities - there are weekly activities like working out classes, yoga, arts and crafts for kids, movies for kids (shown in the kid's room), movies for adults (shown near the pool, where you can also buy popcorn for 60 baht) at no cherge, plus monthly activities like a cooking class, a trip to the planetarium, a trip to the flower market etc also at no charge (but here it's limited by numbers. you can still join if all the complimentary spots are taken, you'll just have to pay) and single activities like on international father's day (we had a mocktail making workshop at the lounge)||4: environment - besides the usual things, the water bottles are glass instead of plastic, and there are 2 trash cans on each floor. the regular one and one for COMPOST. ||5: misc- train station that is a 5 minute walk, free shuttle service that runs for most of the day and goes to all the important places (supermarket, mall etc) ||6: staff- i know it's their job to be friendly and smily and all, but you can feel they are genuinely happy to see you and interested in you, not as a client but as a person.

I had a really great stay at the hotel! I want to thank Bibi at the front desk for her excellent service—she was friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The rest of the team was just as kind and thoughtful! Everyone made the place feel warm and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back !

Amazing stay! The service is top-notch. However, there could be improvements in the room equipment: my coffee machine leaked but was replaced immediately, the shower knob came off but was fixed immediately. Nevertheless, the warm hospitality and quick responses made up for the room deficiencies. Will be staying here again and hope to have a flawless experience this time!

We were remarkably well received at Hotel Ascot by Job, Bibi, Mith and Jay who were extremely kind and accommodating, even though we arrived a little earlier than expected. They made sure everything was ready for us and welcomed us with great care. A lovely experience from the very start of our stay.

Our stay at Hotel Ascot was marked by exceptional hospitality from Job, Bibi, Mith and Jay, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. Despite our slightly early arrival, they were flexible and attentive, and their kindness continued during our entire stay. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference.

The location was great which just takes 3 mins to Thong Lo BTS and the famous mango sticky rice.The facilities was not as good as I expected, only steam room available for female and sauna for men. And guest need to go down to front desk for getting locker key which is very inconvenient for guests. Why cant they offer some staff to provide the key on the swimming pool floor. Besides, the splashing water when having shower make the bathroom getting wet easier.
