Ascott Thonglor Bangkok

I stayed in 3 “5 star” hotels during my stay in Thailand. This was the only property that felt like a 5 star property. The moment I walked in off the busy streets of Bangkok, I was hit with a fresh clean smell and overly friendly greetings from the staff. My one bedroom premium room was perfectly stocked, clean and quiet. My only complaint was the blackout curtains didn’t really work. Just a poor design. Otherwise perfection. Great location with a very short walk to the BTS, 7/11’s, restaurants, etc.

Thank you Ascott Thonglor! We enjoyed our stay. Was checked in by FO Job and checked out by FO Mida. They are both professional and friendly during interaction.||The bell team is a great bunch too! We felt safe and well looked after whenever we returned to the hotel in Grab or taxi. They were quick to assist us with our luggage and bags, also used a torchlight to check if we leave anything in the car.||We were assigned to an impeccable room that has bathtub and bidet!! Room was well-cleaned and also decorated for a birthday touch. Housekeeper Da certainly did a great job with cleanliness and decoration.||Great location. Just 3mins walk to Thonglor BTS. Plenty of eateries and restaurants nearby. Will surely consider Ascott Thonglor again when coming to Bangkok next time!

Great stay overall. The deluxe room was clean, modern, and comfortable — bed and shower were excellent. Downsides: only 4 lifts for 41 floors, so expect long waits. Pool bar makes you pay upfront instead of charging to the room, which feels cheap. Breakfast is very limited and not worth the price. Rooms are great, but service and facilities need improvement. Definitely a 4-star experience, not 5-star.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-equipped gym, which offered a variety of high-quality fitness equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine easily. After a good workout, I enjoyed unwinding at the beautiful swimming pool, which was both serene and inviting. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun, providing a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel's location is another significant advantage; it is situated in a prime area that makes navigating through the busy streets of Bangkok much more manageable. With easy access to public transport and major attractions, I found it convenient to explore the city without the stress of heavy traffic. Overall, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of attentive service, modern amenities, and a prime location made it a perfect choice for my time in Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this vibrant city.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff giving a fantastic level of service throughout our stay. Beautiful and comfortable rooms and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. Some confusing over what ingredients were in dishes at breakfast, which can be challenging if you have dietary requirements. Would stay again and would recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was super nice and sweet. Pepe helped me decorate our room for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was last minute , but he got it done in just a few hours. He is the best.

1. Housekeeping could be better. You can see dust on the desk/ counter/ washroom counter. Should do better given it’s a 5 star hotel 2. Shower room - need to be careful as the water might spill over 3. Refrigerator is good. Cold enough4. Nice city view5. Swimming pool is nice. We were at the pool in the mornings and not so crowded. 6. Shampoo smells good

We had a comfortable stay. Thank you so much to the hotel car drivers and concierge Team Pele, Jack, Jay and Yod! When my son with high fever, they offered great assistant to me about the information of the hospital and sent us to the nearest hospital to have doctor visit. Appreciated!
