The service was outstanding from the moment we entered, with staff offering a warm, professional welcome and an efficient, seamless check-in experience that is exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Amenities included an in room safe, slippers, minibar, business desk, television, hair dryer, iron, coffee machine, and a deep soaking bath, which was a particularly nice touch after a long day exploring the city. The room layout was practical yet stylish, making it suitable for both relaxation and work. Overall, this hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and service. Whether visiting Bangkok for business or pleasure, it offers a high quality stay in one of the city’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. Such a great stay here. The room was very clean, a lot of complimentary food. The staff was so nice, arranging and very helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. We really liked the view of the room, morning or night it was great to see Bangkok getting alive. The pool looked also very nice but we didn’t have time to go unfortunately. Will definitely come back and try it next Time! I highly recommend this hotel for a spacious, clean and great room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ascott Thonglor. It was a welcome relaxing place to go to after spending it in a busy city. The location was perfect as right on the start of the skywalk to the BTS train and so much close by. The amenities were top notch with the pool and breakfast. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I would stay there again.

amazing stay. the service is top notch. honestly it was worth more than what we have paid because of the friendly and warm service we received. room was spotless. it my daughter's birthday and they gave a cake. the cake itself has so much effort and thought put into it not just for the sake of providing a service. So happy we stick to this hotel. breakfast was sufficient with everything we needed. not overly done and not under done. the service from the front desk to the bellboy to the restaurant staff was amazing. loved the fact that they provide lip balm in the room knowing how hot weather can cause chapped lips. complimentary snacks was good. i cannot find fault in this hotel and honestly what makes is amazing was the service where they greet you anytime they sees you and remembering your child's name it all takes the service up to a different notch. so close to the thong lo bts station.was greatt. would love to return whenever we are back in bangkok. Stunning hotel in my favorite part of Bangkok! The room had a spectacular view and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was very nice, though a bit too dimly lit for my taste. Breakfast was good, but honestly not at the same high level as the rest of the hotel or other luxury spots nearby. Still, the location and the room quality make it a winner. Recommended!

Have been coming to Bangkok as a family for 15 years and the Ascott is the perfect mix of location, service, flexibility, space and quality.||Firstly, it's located between Thonglor and Ekkamai BTS and an easy walk to both stations. So many local and international food options from street food cheap to guide-worthy prices nearby. As per Bangkok, the more you explore the more you find. This is especially true in this area of the city which always had a fast paced vibe in effect and the Ascott is the calm oasis in the centre of it all. ||Concierge, room service and desk staff are all an asset to the place - professional, in control, attentive and helpful whilst not falling into the trap of over servicing. Not a single fault. ||The rooms are a major selling point. Spacious, option-laden, clean and extremely liveable. Our family of four had heaps of space and plenty to spare. Of course you have to get the room configs right and pay for it, but it is worth it. Beds were modern and comfortable and big. Couches might possibly need a refresh in style and size (just a slight bit bigger) in the near future - especially in the larger shared family room options. ||The pool is very good and gladly, doesn't suffer from being overheated. Like the rooms, there was plenty of space and you never felt like you were on top of other guests. ||Our second stay at the Ascott and planning the third already - which is saying something in a place like BKK that has so many options.

Fantastic "pure hotel" experience, not best service. This is a good hotel - you get a spacious room, decent view, fridge, kettle, coffee, the usual. Wish it had a rooftop bar/pool Location is ok, close to Octave and other bars. Not immediately close to BTS so you're doing some walking or getting Grab What I didn't like is the service - and it's small but set a bad tone for me. I moved around a lot and every hotel in BKK has been able to accommodate early check in for me. For this one, they said - we can do early check-in but only if you sign up for Ascott Rewards program right now, AND show them the email confirmation. So room is ready and you're just extorting me for a membership signup? Ok... This is a pretty hard sell that I really did not appreciate. Don't get me wrong, if they said, sorry sir no rooms are available until 3pm because we're fully booked and they are being cleaned - no problem. But to use "policy" or do this opportunistic membership signup is just dumb. Unless you're super picky like me, you're probably OK but I have been spoiled with great service on this trip. Enjoy your time 😊👋

Loved my stay at Ascott Thonglor!|The location is perfect—super close to the BTS, so getting around is a breeze. The atmosphere is really chill and high-end, especially the pool bar on the 11th floor. Watching the sunset from the infinity pool was definitely the highlight of my trip!|My room was huge, modern, and very clean. For the price, the value is unbeatable given how nice the facilities are.|The best part of the experience was the service. Really appreciated friendly service, Jay the bartender! He’s such a cool guy and makes amazing drinks. He really made us feel welcome every night.|If you're in Bangkok, stay here and go see Jay at the pool! 🍹✨
