A Truly Memorable Dining Experience at Asha’s – Asa’s Contemporary Indian Cuisine Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Asha’s – Asa’s Contemporary Indian Cuisine with a group of close friends, and it turned out to be far more than just a dinner outing. It was a beautiful reunion — a chance to reconnect and enjoy quality time together after a long stretch of being caught up in our own busy work lives. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we felt warmly welcomed. The ambiance was absolutely lovely — soothing music, elegant décor, and a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. A special mention must go to the wonderful staff who made our evening truly unforgettable. Anita, the hostess, greeted us with a bright smile and genuine warmth. She not only guided us to our table with grace but even helped us capture a lovely group photo, which made for a beautiful memory. Ahad, who took our order, was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout. He patiently explained the menu and helped us select some amazing dishes. Paras, a trainee, impressed us with his efficiency and politeness while clearing our table — a small yet important detail that reflects the professionalism of the team. The manager also took time to visit our table towards the end of our meal to ask for feedback, which added a thoughtful, personal touch to the entire experience. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality and team coordination, right down to the smallest role. As for the food — simply wow! Every dish was delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You could feel the care and passion behind every bite. It was a celebration of Indian cuisine at its finest. Overall, it was more than just a meal — it was a joyful evening filled with laughter, conversation, and unforgettable moments. I will definitely be coming back soon, and I wholeheartedly recommend Asha’s to anyone looking for great food, a warm ambiance, and exceptional service. This is not just a restaurant; it’s a place where memories are made. Thank you to the entire team for making our evening so special!

Brilliant time at Asha's, truly magnificent dining experience. We had lunch and were really pleased with the food, the ambience and the service. What was truly special was the level of detail in the menu (some with specific comments from Asha ji herself) and availability of various food options both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Also don't miss on the numerous pictures of Asha ji, Lata ji that makes one nostalgic too. Only downside was the price is a bit too much but quality wise amazing. Highly recommended!

I visited with a friend for iftar buffet. Having heard about this place, we wanted to explore. The place was neat and clean, but that's the only good part about the whole experience. We had opted for vegetarian buffet. They served paneer tikka as a starter along with aloo tikki and mini samosa. The chef apparently had curated this experimental menu as a trail for future and guess what- a no- brainer main course served was curry with paneer tikka again. Wow. The salad was name sake mix of cucumber and carrots. Fruits plate were a mix of watermelon and grapes only. The dum biryani was literally out-of-dum (hindi context) and felt as if water was added as garnish later leaving it absolutely tasteless. The sweets left a bitter note in mouth as umm ali, rabdi and gulab jamoon - nothing was even close to authentic. And no, it wasn't the customization to suit all ethnicity palate. Umm ali in UAE is one of the best, even if bought from super market. I have had better food served by simple cafeterias at 1/10th the price i paid here. When raised this issue, especially about serving a starter and a main as same dish, was received very defensively by the floor manager. She added that this was experimental and I said, it surely was a failed one. Come on, paneer tikka is the least brain used menu and without any consideration of those who are vegetarian. Overall, really disappointing experience without any avail to go back again

Had a good dining experience at Asha’s in Wafi Mall. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Biryani, which was flavorful, but the Kesar Biryani, though a signature dish, didn’t quite hit the mark for me as it lacked taste. The Butter Chicken gravy, however, was absolutely amazing! The highlight of the meal was definitely the Dessert Platter, which came with five different varieties of sweets—a perfect way to end the meal. Another plus is their free valet parking, which makes the visit very convenient. Overall, a nice place with a great ambiance and good service.

This restaurant has a wonderful ambiance and serves some of the best Indian food in town. We had a great time here, enjoying the atmosphere and the delicious dishes. However, the staff seemed a bit distracted with larger orders and weren’t as friendly or helpful in advising us about the food we were ordering. Despite this, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We still had a very nice time and would recommend this place for anyone craving great Indian food

Arrived for a special birthday dinner. Priyanka warmly greeted us and provided a spacious table and assisted senior member of our family to the table and seated them comfortably. Kanchan our host took great care of us. All the food we ordered was excellent. The veg biryani , paneer tikka was super. Dal makhani( compliments from the chef) and gulab jamun with rabdi were delish. Najrul the manager went out of his way to come to our table and welcomed us. Overall a great experience, will return. The music playlist was amazing! FYI-When looking for restaurant, it is located on 1st floor after main entrance.

We went here on our recent dubai trip in December 2024 first half. We were staying close to Wafi mall and decided to try the restaurant. We went post rush hour lunch service around 3-3:30pm, so the restaurant was almost empty. It was a big restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating space. However, the outdoor area was closed at lunch service. We ordered paneer Makhani, naan, lassi and dal. My husband ordered a beer as well. The food was decent, not too spicy but had room for improvement. Paneer makhni gravy was too runny and needed more paneer. Staff was fine but service seemed a bit slow considering there was noone in the restaurant. Ambience is the USP for the place. It has Asha Bhosleji photos all over the place and her songs were playing in the background. If you love old hindi movie songs, you would love the setup. Lots of vegetarian options and we saw some jain food options pamphlets as well. Some other offers also available. Would recommend if you are missing Indian food in Dubai and just for love of Ashaji.
