Amazing stay, AGAIN! I have had many family vacations with Asheville Log Cabin Rentals! The host never disappoints! Magic mountain was great for our large family Christmas, & Blue Wolf and Cedar mountain were amazing for a small couple getaways. The host is kind and helpful in many aspects. We definitely will be booking again to try all of their rentals in future!

What an absolute pleasure to return to these cabins for another incredible 11 day stay! This year I got to spend it with my boyfriend. From the moment we arrived the vibes up in those mountains were amazing. The cabin oozes with such charm and has all the amenities of home. During our stay we got to enjoy hiking trails, going on a pontoon boat on Lake Lure, shopping and dining at local businesses. The best part of each day was returning to the cabin to unwind, relax and enjoy the hot tub before retiring for the evening. As always Elizabeth Shutrump, our leasing agent, exceeds ALL of our expectations! We highly recommend staying in her cabins! I stayed in Bears Den with friends for 4 days in Asheville, North Carolina. We had a fabulous time taking in the sights and enjoying the live entertainment downtown. It was a trip I will fondly remember thanks to the generous hospitality of our leasing agent Elizabeth Shutrump. I’ll be back next year.

This was my second visit to these cabins in NC. The Chestnut Hills cabins were the perfect location to enjoy a Girls Getaway. Here our high expectations were surpassed by the comforts of this cabin. From the moment we walked into this cozy cabin we experienced all the comforts of home with its well stocked kitchen to enjoy home cooked meals. Relaxing outside on the decks we experienced the beauty of the mountains, listening to the church bells was absolutely beautiful and we all thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after taking many hikes on nearby trails. Dining out at the local restaurants was an absolutely amazing experience too. In addition we enjoyed renting a pontoon boat, went white water rafting and enjoyed shopping in nearby Chimney Rock. I would highly recommend these cabins!!!!!

We've had several fabulous vacation experiences with Asheville Log Cabin Rentals. We loved our family reunion at Magic Mountain. 4 of my friends and I enjoyed a girls week at Bear's Den. My husband and I came back for a romantic get away at Blue Wolf Lodge. We've been thrilled with the courteous, professional service. From our first contact with Asheville Log Cabin Rentals, we have been totally satisfied. We wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Asheville Log Cabin Rentals.

We have had the pleasure of staying in "Cedar Mountain" twice! My husband and I loved this cabin. It is very cozy. It is beautifully decorated and has everything any couple would need on a get-away weekend. We especially loved the stone fireplace, which is the focal point of the great room. If you and your "honey" want a romantic weekend in the mountains, "Cedar Mountain" is the perfect spot for you. We have recommended Asheville Log Cabin Rentals to many of our friends who are looking to stay in the Asheville area. We have always had good luck working with this unique company. What a fabulous selection of cabins.. in the most beautiful place in the USA! CLEAN, Safe, secure, & yet, secluded..;-) AND, Within a ‘stones throw’ of all the city of Asheville has to offer! Our romantic getaway was very special.. And we WILL RETURN, someday soon, with the kids. The Owner was wonderful, easy to contact, & aims to please. She made sure our every need was met! We had a large family vacation booked through Asheville Log Cabin Rentals, and unfortunately had to cancel due to schedule conflicts and other issues that arose. Though I don't have experience with their cabins (yet), I can speak to their customer service. This company had great customer service! It was easy to book through them, and all charges were clearly laid out and presented before booking. They are pet friendly as well which I really appreciate. They were very understanding about my having to cancel and they had refunded my charges within a few hours. I found them to be considerate, friendly, and professional in all of my interactions with them, and would not hesitate to book with them in the future!

I have chosen this company for the second time. Last year stayed at Chestnut Hills and adored the cabin and the porch view of the valley was serene and beautiful. The location is higher into the mountain(which is a cooler weather reprieve from my hot state of Florida)but not isolated. This year we booked Bears Den with five friends and had all the privacy we needed with a relaxing wrap around porch, new BBQ, lovely heated spa all in the tree tops. We were surprised with local homemade baked goods and guidance to do all we could fit in. The location was around the corner from Chimney Rock and the gorgeous Lake Lure where we cruised on a pontoon boat. I would highly recommend this company. Absolutely perfect without a glitch.

I cannot rave more about this place! At the same or even cheaper rate than a standard room at a roadside hotel, we stayed at Hickory Nut Lodge at the top of a mountain right outside Asheville, NC. We enjoyed all the benefits of being by the city while enjoying the feel of being in a natural setting. We had neighbors next door, but it still felt somewhat secluded up a gravel road. Gorgeous mountain view with everything you'd need plus a hot tub and remote controlled fire place. Fell in love with the place and with each other again after 25 years! Never wanted to leave!

This company is a bait and switch operation. Their first correspondence was that they were generating an invoice for us to pay and lock in our rental. The next correspondence was that is was unavailable but they did have another which turned out to be $350 more. When I inquired as to why it was available initially but then magically not, they never answered my question. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM !

My fiance and I enjoyed four nights The Cottage on Kelly Hill, a beautiful pet-friendly mountain retreat, complete with hot tub, privacy, and outdoor stone fireplace.That said, for over $1,200, we expected a clean home and a responsive owner. The instructions said to notify the owner within 12 hours of arrival of any issues. Within an hour of arrival, we advised our contact that the floors were covered in animal hair, the garbage pail was dumped over and garbage was strewn on the ground, and there was an active hornets nest at the front entrance. Our contact offered for the cleaning company to come back, which they never did, so we vacuumed ourselves (see picture). She refused to do anything about the garbage, but she did arrive the next day with a can of bee spray. None of these items were deal breakers for us, and we conveyed that we'd hoped to stay here again in the future. Instead, our contact advised us multiple times that 'this was her sister's place', and it was clear we were inconveniencing her. Our primary concern was that during a pandemic, the place was cleaned properly, and it wasn't. Ultimately, our contact advised us that we were not welcome back. Good luck.
