Ashford Motor Lodge

The rooms at Ashford Motor lodge are very well maintained and cleaned. They have clearly spent time renovating these units and it shows. The kitchen is well organised and the bathroom is incredibly spacious and contemporary. The bed is very comfortable and the heated blankets are an amazing addition for those cold Christchurch mornings (not that you would notice in these rooms). Shelley is incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely be recommending this is our new place to stay in Christchurch.

A great base if you're out all day sightseeing. My fiancee and I were in Christchurch for a week, it was handy for pretty much everything location-wise, was fully equipped with all the amenities and were flexible with key pickups, thank you ashford motor lodge!

Refreshing and lovely stay after shocking experience at Southern Comfort motel where owner/manager used every second word that started with F and told our friend she was an f#&$ing ugly pig for requesting more tissues as the container was empty. The very refreshing and helpful staff at ASHFORD LODGE were so lovely and it was a great choice to use them. The unit was lovely and clean with all supplies catered for. Very definitely use Ashford Lodge when trying to book accommodation in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Great value. Reception lady is tops. Booked direct by phone. Dont need t the lijes of travago etc. Could not fault anything, and my car way off the street. Price for one nite stay as good as you will. It is our place to go from now on.

Rooms were as described and value for money. Location is also very central and close to supermarkets and landmarks in Christchurch. Stayed with my family and it was enjoyable.

No issues with staying at this place. It was cheap, we got a free room upgrade when we arrived, beautifully clean room. Lady on reception was friendly and helpful. No complaints, would come again!

We stayed one night in christchurch, lodge was booked by from someone else for us but will never stay there again. we family of 3 with one child and the bed was not big enough. Once tou check-in there is no one to contact about any amenities, shower was the worst case with low pressure and fungus.After 8pm you are your own, there is no contact only for emergency.Not freindly environment.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, especially being able to bring our dog, the room was big, very clean with everything anyone could need for our 3 night stay. Loved the special fully fenced dog area out the back. High recommend thank you so much, will be back
